MATERIALI
Lanterna classica di medie dimensioni, con struttura interamente in pressofusione di
ottone. La lanterna è composta da una gabbia centrale, realizzata in un unico
pezzo, supportata dalla griffa a quadripode. A questa gabbia è solidale la cornice di
sostegno del vetro piano sul quale si appoggia l’ottica con relativa guarnizione
siliconica. La gabbia con la cornice sono incernierate al telaio superiore in modo che
questa possa aprirsi. Questo per accedere al vano lampada, con l’ottica solidale al
telaio superiore, fissata al vano portacablaggio. Il telaio superiore sostiene il
cappello, che con la goletta e il fumino completano la lanterna. Il vano
portacablaggio è sostenuto da un telarino di supporto fra il telaio superiore e il
cappello; per accedervi basta svitare le 4 olive in ottone. Superfici finite sbavate e
levigate con burattatura meccanica per ottenere una ottima finitura con brunitura
galvanica e film protettivo. La griffa a quadripode dispone di un foro Ø 28 mm per
l'attacco al sostegno dotato di boccola in nylon per garantirne la Classe II. Questa
versione mantiene i 4 vetri laterali inferiori, float 5mm trasparenti temperati.
Classic Lantern medium sized with die-cast aluminum construction throughout.
Composed of a central cage, made of one piece, supported by the jaw at
quadripode. In this cage is integral with the frame supporting the glass on the floor
which supports the lens with silicone gasket. The cage with the frame are hinged to
the upper frame so that it can open. This access to the lamp, with an eye fixed to
the upper frame fixed to the gear housing. The upper frame supports the hat, with
the schooner and the smoke round the lantern. The gear housing is supported by a
telarino support between the upper frame and the hat: to access it, just remove the
4 brass olives. Deburred and polished finished surfaces with mechanical tumbling to
get a good finish with burnishing and galvanic protective film. The jaw at quadripode
has a 28 mm diameter hole for the attack on the support with nylon bush to ensure
that the Class II. This version maintains the 4 side windows lower, 5 mm clear float
tempered.

Cablaggio elettrico per lampade a scarica del tipo a vapori, costituito da un complesso di alimentazione
precablato comprensivo di alimentatore induttivo con protettore termico, accenditore elettronico
incorporato, condensatore di rifasamento e fusibile con morsettiera a spina polarizzata a 2 poli. Ottica
stradale tipo cut-off con vetro piano temperato. Riflettore in lamiera d’alluminio P-AL 99.85% UNI 9001/4
brillantata ossidata con riflessione speculare 80 sui 60°(Iso 7668).Conforme alle direttive sull’inquinamento
luminoso ed il risparmio energetico. Imax a Gamma 90° pari a 0.00 (cd/Klm).
Electric wiring for ellipsoidal lamp, with integrated system composed by inductive ballast with termal
protector, electronic ignitor, high power factor capacitor with fuse and 2 pole disconnectable terminalblocks. P-AL 99.85% aluminium reflector optics for roadside lighting. Specular Reflectance 80 sui 60° (Iso
7668).
AVVERTENZE PER LA CORRETTA INSTALLAZIONE
1. Per il collegamento al sezionatore utilizzare cavo elettrico 2x1
H07RN-F, spellandone 27mm con puntalini compresi (vedi
disegno).
2. Gli apparecchi di Classe II devono essere installati in modo che
le parti metalliche esposte non siano in contatto elettrico con parti
dell’installazione elettrica collegate ad un conduttore di protezione.
3. Verificare che la tensione e la frequenza della corrente
d’alimentazione corrispondano a 230 V - 50 Hz.
4. La lanterna deve essere montata in posizione verticale.
5. Alimentare l’apparecchio solo a collegamento avvenuto.
■✕ Annotare sulla tabella cablaggi la potenza riportata in etichetta
AVVERTENZE PER LA MANUTENZIONE
1. Sostituire gli schermi danneggiati.
2. Sostituire subito le lampade con il bulbo esterno danneggiato.
3. Togliere tensione prima di sostituire la lampada e/o
l’alimentatore.
4. Per le versioni a Ioduri Metallici usare lampade Osram
HQIE70WDL (70W) / HQIE100WDL (100W) / HQIE150WDL
(150W) o equivalenti.
INSTRUCTIONS TO INSTALL ITEMS CORRECTLY
1. For connecting with terminal block use cable 2x1 H07RN-F,
peeling 27mm including the wire connectors (see drawing).
2. The Class II lanterns must be fitted so that the exposed
metal parts are not in contact with electrical parts connected to
a safety conductor.
3. Check that the voltage and power frequency correspond to
230V/50Hz.
4. The lantern must be fitted vertically.
5. Connect lanterns to the mains only after the installation is
completed.
■✕ Mark on the wiring table the power declared on the label.
MAINTENANCE NOTES
1. Replace any cracked protective shield.
2. Replace promptly lamps with damaged exterior bulb.
3. Turn the power off before changing the bulb.
4. In Metal Halide wiring use Osram lamps HQIE70WDL
(70W) / HQIE100WDL (100W) / HQIE150WDL (150W) or
equivalent.
✓ Keep these instructions for future maintenance use.
N.B.: Il collegamento deve essere effettuato secondo la norma CEI
64–7 fasc. 800 “Impianti elettrici di illuminazione pubblica e
similari”.
Note: The electrical connections must be made according to
the Standard CEI 64–7 leaflet 800 “Electrical illumination for
public and similar installations”.
