DETRAZIONE FISCALE 50% SU RISTRUTTURAZIONI EDILIZIE
Il D.L. 22 giugno 2012 n. 83 (Decreto Sviluppo), pubblicato nella G.U. del 26 giugno 2012 n. 147, ha innalzato dal 36 al
50% la detrazione IRPEF relativa alle spese sostenute per la ristrutturazione degli edifici. La massima spesa ammessa per
unità immobiliare è pari a 96.000 € e tra le operazioni contemplate c’è anche la sostituzione di un vecchio generatore
di calore con uno nuovo ad alto rendimento. La detrazione avviene in dieci rate annuali di pari importo.
Tutte le caldaie a gas a combustione “tradizionale” o a “condensazione”, realizzate in ottemperanza agli attuali
Regolamenti Europei ErP, danno questa opportunità.
Negli anni successivi al 2012, il provvedimento è stato prorogato di anno in anno. Attualmente, la Legge 11 dicembre
2016 n. 232 (Legge di Bilancio 2017), ha portato il termine di scadenza al prossimo 31.12.2017.
