Il camp si rivolge a ragazzi dagli 8 ai17 anni che si vogliono avvic­inare al mondo del windsurf.
Il camp ha durata settimanale dal lunedì al venerdì dalle
9:00 alle 13:30 o alle 17:00 (con intrattenimento pome­
ridiano). Il camp comprende l’attrez­zatura tecnica, pranzo, quota sociale, tessera FIVeT-shirt.

Rappresenta uno dei più splendidi esemplari di architettura
militare. Costruito dagli austriaci nel 1860-61, era parte di
una cintura di trenta forti costruiti a difesa del confine tra
l’impero e il regno d’Italia. Disponeva di otto cannoniere al
primo piano e di sei al secondo ed era anche dotato di una
serie di feritoie per fucilieri. Visitabile all’interno. Dalle sue
bocche di lupo si possono ammirare stupendi panorami
sull’alto Garda.
Die Befestigung von Nago stellt eines der wunderschönsten
Beispiele von der Militärarchitektur dar. 1860-61
von den Österreichern gebaut war sie ein Teil eines
Verteidigungsgürtels mit dreißig Forts an der Grenze zwischen
dem Reich und dem Regno d’Italia.
Sie hatte acht Geschützpforten im ersten Stock und sechs im
zweiten Stock; sie verfügte auch über einige Schießscharten
für Schützer. Man kann die Befestigung auch innen
besichtigen, von ihren Befestigung-Löchern genieß man ein
herrliches Panorama über den Oberen Gardasee.

The fort of Nago represents one of the most splendid example
of military architecture. It was built by the Austrians 1860-61
as a part of 30 forts belt to the defence of the border between
the Empire and the Regno d’Italia. It had eight gunports
on the first floor and six on the second one and it was also
equipped with some slits for riflemen. You can visit it inside.
From its apertures you can enjoy marvellous panoramic views
over the upper Garda.

È il più grande lago italiano (370 kmq), a 65 m sul livello del mare,
compreso nelle province di Trento, Brescia e Verona. Di origine glaciale,
ha forma allungata (51,5 km) e occupa un vasto solco vallivo tra le alpi
Giudicarie e la catena del monte Baldo. La sua profondità massima è 346
m, al largo di Campione (media 136 m). Il principale immissario è il Sarca,
presso Torbole, l’emissario è il Mincio, che esce a Peschiera e confluisce nel
Po. La parte meridionale del lago ha sponde basse, è molto espansa ed ha
una larghezza massima di 17,5 km. È caratterizzata dalla presenza della
sottile penisola di Sirmione. A nord il lago si incassa, come un fiordo, tra
montagne aspre e rocciose che raggiungono i 2000 m di quota. La bellezza
del paesaggio, la vegetazione lussureggiante, di tipo mediterraneo (vigneti,
oliveti, agrumeti), favorita dal clima mite, rendono quella del Garda una
delle più fiorenti zone climatiche e turistiche. Le riviere sono un susseguirsi
di stazioni climatiche note, come Desenzano, Sirmione, Salò, Gardone,
Peschiera, Garda, Torri, Malcesine, Riva e Torbole. Nel lago ci sono quattro
isolette, di cui la maggiore è l’isola di Garda, al largo di Salò.

Lake Garda is the largest of the Italian lakes, (sq.kms 370) 65 m a.s.l.,
belongs to the provinces of Trento, Brescia and Verona; of glacial origin,
the lake extends 51,5 km between the Giudicarie Alps and the Monte
Baldo chain. It has a maximum depth point of 346 m, off Campione. The
main influent is Sarca, at Torbole, the effluent is Mincio, at Peschiera and
flows into the Po. The southern side of the lake has a breadth of 17,5km,
it’s characterized by the presence of the thin peninsula of Sirmione. Its
northern side is narrow and closed in between mountain ranges (to 2000
m high), which give it the aspect of a rough Norvegian fiord. The beauty
of the landscape, the luxuriant Mediterranean vegetation (vineyards, olive
trees, citrus fruits), the extraordinary mild and temperate climate, make
lake Garda one of the most flourishing climatic and tourist areas. Along
the coasts follow one another many well known health resorts: Desenzano,
Sirmione, Salò, Gardone, Peschiera, Garda, Torri, Malcesine, Riva und
Torbole. On the lake there are four islands, among them the largest is the
Garda Island off Salò.
Der Gardasee ist der größte See Italiens mit einer Fläche von 370 kmq und gehört zu den Provinzen von Trient, Brescia und Verona. Die Urkraft gigantischer
Gletscher hat das Riesige Becken gegraben, ihre Schmelzwasser haben es gefüllt. Der 65 m ü.d.M. gelegene See erstreckt sich von Nord nach Süd über 51,5 km
zwischen der Baldo Berg Kette und den Giudicarie Alpen. Seine maximale Tiefe liegt bei 346 m, auf der Höhe von Campione ( 136 m). Der wichtigste Zufluß ist
der Sarca, der bei Torbole in den See eintritt, der Abfluß ist der Mincio, der bei Peschiera aus dem See austritt und mündet in den Po. Der Süden des Sees mit der
zungenförmigen Halbinsel Sirmione ist umgeben von fruchtbaren Moränenhügeln. Hier liegt seine maximale Breite bei 17,5 km. Der lang gestreckte See ist im
Nordteil schmal und wie ein Fjord klemmt er zwischen steilen Felsenwänden die auch 2000 m hoch erreichen. Nord und Süd begegnen sich, der Gardaasee ist
eingerahmt von mediterraner Vegetation ( Olivenbäume, Weingärten, Agrumenpflanzungen), das Klima ist einzigartig, außerordentlich mild. Der Gardasee ist ein
tolles klimatisches und touristisches Gebiet. An den Ufern reihen sich malerische bekannten Dörfer aneinander: Desenzano, Sirmione, Salò, Gardone, Peschiera,
Garda, Torri, Malcesine, Riva und Torbole. Vier Inseln liegen im Gardasee, die größte ist die Isola del Garda auf der Höhe von Salò.

Natura. Sul Garda la natura ha profuso i suoi doni a piene mani, caratterizzandone
l’ambiente con una straordinaria ricchezza e diversità di aspetti. Vi si trovano
infatti, interessanti biotopi, cascate, sorgenti, spiagge, grotte e pozzi glaciali, falesie
d’arrampicata, un arboreto e diversi laghi.
Cultura. Tutti gli amministratori pubblici hanno sempre mostrato una particolare
attenzione alla promozione dell’istruzione e della cultura per una crescita intellettuale
e spirituale della popolazione. Sono così stati aperti musei, biblioteche, una Casa degli
Artisti, gallerie d’arte, un centro congressi, un centro per la valorizzazione scientifica
del Garda, pinacoteche. Inoltre, sono visitabili, castelli, centri storici, forti e scavi
archeologici.
Attrezzature sportive. Al pari della cultura, la pratica dello sport ha avuto qui molte cure
e attenzioni, nella consapevolezza che, soprattutto per i giovani, lo sport rappresenta
una attività formativa di vitale importanza. Anche il turista può frequentare campi
sportivi, centri polisportivi, centri ippici, maneggi, crossodromi, palestre, palestre di
roccia artificiale coperte, bocciodromi, piste ciclabili, percorsi ciclopedonali, percorsi

Svago. Le occasioni di svago sono assai numerose in diversi ambiti. Accanto a quanto
abbiamo già esposto elenchiamo ancora: escursioni organizzate, cantine vitivinicole,

Tra tutti i paesi della riviera gardesana Torbole è quello dove il vento soffia con maggiore
intensità e costanza. Ciò è dovuto alla sua posizione geografica che lo vede sulle rive di
un grande lago e alla conformazione orografica del territorio circostante. Nelle giornate di
tempo buono il vento soffia costantemente da nord al mattino e da sud al pomeriggio a
causa della differenza di temperatura tra la superficie lacustre e il territorio a settentrione
del lago. Normalmente il nostro vento ha regime di brezza, ed è particolarmente adatto
alla pratica dello sport della vela e del windsurf. Questo specchio d’acqua viene scelto
annualmente dai principali club velici europei per lo svolgimento di importanti regate.

Gardasee. Auf Grund der unterschiedlichen Erwärmung von Bergen und Wasser entsteht
bei schönem Wetter eine Thermik, welche vormittags einen kräftigen Nordwind und
nachmittags einen starken Südwind entstehen lässt. Diese idealen Bediengungen sind
auch einer der Gründe für die jedes Jahr wieder zahlreich ausgetragenen internationalen
Segel und Windsurfregatten.
Of all the towns surrounding Lake Garda, Torbole obtains the wind of the highest intensity
and reliability. This is due to its geographical position on the edge of the large lake,
tucked in beneath the surrounding landscape. In the warm summer months a light
northern breeze in the morning turns into a fresh breeze from the south in the afternoon.
The temperature difference between the warm northern rocks and the cooler lake surface
results in this switch in wind direction. This unique wind pattern makes Torbole an
attractive venue for sailing boats and windsurfers. Every year, this stretch of water is
chosen by the principal yachting clubs of Europe to host important regattas.

Lo splendido sentiero naturalistico a balcone sul lago di Garda è stato inaugurato di recente ed aperto agli
escursionisti.
Dal Parco delle Busatte che sovrasta l’abitato di Torbole, si arriva in un’ora e mezza circa, attraversando
paesaggi mozzafiato, fino a Tempesta, località che ai tempi dell’Impero Austroungarico segnava il confine
con l’Italia. Il sentiero è un’ardita realizzazione, con tratti a sbalzo superabili grazie ad una scala di ferro
fissata direttamente in roccia ed altri lungo sentieri tracciati grazie al lavoro del corpo dei Vigili del Fuoco;
un’escursione che è quindi accessibile a tutti in estrema sicurezza.
La spettacolare passeggiata vista lago si snoda per quattro chilometri a mezza costa, supera due costoni,
Corno di Bò e Salt de la Cavra, con scalinate di ferro per quasi 400 gradini. Il per-corso è caratterizzato da
aspetti geologici, floreali e paesaggistici straordinari. Nei prossimi mesi saranno individuati e segnalati
con apposite tabelle didattico-informative i siti di maggiore interesse naturalistico.
Il percorso è stato tracciato nel rispetto di un ambiente unico, scoperto passo passo dagli stessi addetti ai
lavori. La vegetazione è quella tipica della macchia mediterranea con caratteristiche uniche.
Un’avvertenza: le scalinate metalliche non si prestano ad essere percorse in mountain bike.
L’escursione è stata dotata anche di un comodo ritorno verso Torbole grazie agli accordi tra APTV e
amministrazione comunale di Nago Torbole.
Vor kurzem wurde der Wanderweg von Busatte nach Tempesta geöffnet. Der Pfad „hängt” teilweise wie ein
Balkon über dem Gardasee, entsprechend atemberaubend ist der Blick auf den See.
Vom Busatte Park über Torbole führt der Steig dem steilen, zum Teil fast senkrechten Berghang entlang
durch eine einmalige mediterrane Macchialandschaft in anderthalb Stunden nach Tempesta, ein Ort, der
zur Zeit des österreich-ungarischen Kaiserreiches die Grenze zu Italien bildete. Unzugängliche Stellen
wurden mit Stahltreppen überbrückt, die am Felsen befe stigt sind. Es ist ein absolut sicherer Wanderweg,
4 km lang in einiger Höhe über dem See; mit insgesamt ungefähr 400 Stufen werden zwei enorme
Verwerfungen überwunden. Die Trasse wurde Schritt für Schritt abgesteckt, um den Schutz der Landschaft
so weit wie möglich zu gewährleisten. In den nächsten Monaten werden Informationstafeln zu besonders
interessanten Aspekten angebracht.
Achtung: nicht geeignet für das Mountainbike!
The splendid nature path overlooking Lake Garda was recently inaugurated and opened to walkers.
From Parco delle Busatte above Torbole in approximately one and a half hours, the route goes through
breathtakingly beautiful views to Tempesta, a place that marked the Austro-Hungarian Empire’s border with
Italy.
The path is a bold undertaking, with overhanging stretches to cover by means of metal steps fixed into
the rock and other long paths cleared by the Fire Brigade; an excursion accessible to all in perfect safety.
This spectacular lake view walk covers four kilometres of hillside, over two ridges, Corno di Bò and Salt
de la Cavra, with almost 400 metal steps. The route features extraordinary aspects of geology, flora and
landscape.
Over the next few months the most interesting nature areas will be furnished with special in-formation
boards. Warning: the wide metal steps are not suitable for mountain bikes.
The excursion also has a convenient return towards Torbole, thanks to arrangements with APTV and the
municipal council of Nago Torbole.

Dolci: oltre ai soliti dolci a base di frutta, in particolare strudel di mele e crostate varie, troviamo la torta di carote, la
caratteristica torta e il pane di molche il cui ingrediente principale è derivato dalla spremitura delle olive.
Vini: I vini più caratteristici della zona sono: Rossi: Teroldego, Marzemino, Merlot, Cabernet e Schiava (Rosè). Bianchi: Nosiola,
Moscato, Pinot grigio, Pinot bianco e Pinot Chardonnay. Segnaliamo in particolare il Vino Santo che è un vino aromatico ottenuto
da uve appassite (Nosiola).

Distillati: Il distillato tipico per eccellenza è la Grappa Trentina che è un distillato di vinacce il cui pregio gustativo varia dal tipo
di vinacce. Dalla lavorazione della grappa si ottengono anche liquori dolci (alla frutta) e amari (a base di erbe).

Die Küche des “Alto Garda“ ist durch den See geprägt, doch auch der
Einfluss der den See umgebenden Berge auf die lokale Küche ist deutlich
spürbar. Neben Fisch und Gemüse finden sich auch deftige Gerichte wie zum
Beispiel die Polenta mit Wild, Soßen und Pilzen.
Einige typischen Gerichte sind zum Beispiel:
- Strangolapreti (eine Art kleiner Knödel aus Brot und Spinat).
- Bigoi co le pessate salae (Spaghetti mit kleinen gesalzenen Seefischen,
ähnlich den Sardellen).
- Polenta (ein Maisbrei) zu der Fleisch, Wild oder Fisch, meist begleitet von
deftigen Soßen (auf Wein- oder Olivenölbasis), gereicht wird.
- Gardaseefische wie Hecht, Forelle, Barsch, Döbel, Sarde.
- Sisam (ein mit Zwiebeln angemachter Fisch).

Neben den üblichen Süßspeisen auf Obstbasis, wie zum Beispiel dem
Apfelstrudel, finden wir im “Alto Garda” die Karottentorte, die “Molchetorte”
und das “Pane di molche” ein Brot, welches aus den Resten der gepressen
Oliven hergestellt wird.
Ebenfalls sehr beliebt sind die lokalen Weine:
- An Rotwein der Teroldego, Marzemino, Merlot, Cabernet.
- Als Rosé der Schiava.
- An Weisweinen der Nosiola, Moscato, Pino grigo, Pinot bianco und der
Pinot Chardonnay.
Als etwas Besonderes gilt der “Vino Santo“, ein Dessertwein der sehr
aromatisch ist und aus passierten Trauben (Nosiola) gewonnen wird. Als
klassischer Schnaps gilt der Trentiner Grappa. Ein Destillat aus dem Treber
der lokalen Weine (in Kombination mehrerer Trauben oder auch aus einer
Traubensorte gebrannt). Ferner gibt es den Grappa als „ Aufgesetzten“
aus verschiedenen Fruchtsorten und auch als „Bitter“ mit verschiedenen

The “Alto Garda” cuisine is strongly influenced by both the lake and the
surrounding mountains. So, near a delicate plate of fish with vegetables it
is easy to find tastier dishes like Polenta (a type of thick porridge made with
maize flour) served with different types of game and mushrooms.
Some typical courses:
- Strangolapreti (Spinach dumplings).
- Bigoi co le pessate salae (Spaghetti with salted fish).

different types of meat, game and fish, cooked with olive oil sauce or wine
sauce.
- Lake fish: trout, pike, perch, chub, carp, pilchard.
- Sisam (fish marinade with onions).
- Carne salada e fasoi (Pickled Beef with beans) - one of the most typical
courses of GardaTrentino.
Cakes: fruit-based cakes such as apple strudel and tarts, carrot cake and
the very typical molche-based cake and bread (where the main ingredient
comes from olive pressing).

I Broccoli di Torbole
Il Broccolo di Torbole è da considerarsi come una pianta indigena. Il forte vento invernale non permette la formazione di brina
e ghiaccio e quindi ne facilità la crescita. Importato dal veronese attorno al XVII secolo, ha trovato nella nostre campagne
le condizioni ideali per migliorarne il sapore, dolce e delicato. Un tempo il mercato dei broccoli di Torbole era fiorente,
infatti forniva tutti i mercati più vicini, compresi quelli di Verona e Brescia. Il broccolo inizia la sua maturazione verso
i primi di novembre e termina ad aprile inoltrato. Un abbinamento ideale, oltre che con un ottimo fritto di pesce, è
con cibi tipicamente invernali quali la carne salada, la selvaggina ed il maiale. Un bicchiere di rosso Teroldego
renderà ancor più gradevole questo prezioso sapore.
Blumenkohl aus Torbole
Der Blumenkohl von Torbole müssen wir als hier heimische Pflanze betrachten. Der starke Wind verhindert im
Winter die Bildung von Eis und Raureif und hilft die Wachstum. Um die Mitte des 17. Jahrhunderts aus dem
Veroner Raum importiert, hat der Brokkoli auf unseren Feldern die idealen Bedinungen vorgefunden seines
unvergleichlich guten, milden und feinen Geschmacks. Torbole war viel berumt und belieferte die Märkte bis
Verona und Brescia. Er kann von Anfang November bis in den April hinein geemtet werden.
Ein gutter Koch aber wird dem Feinschmecker den Kohl zu gekochtem Fisch und Fleisch empfehlen. Ein Glas
Teroldego – Rotwein würdigt und rundet diese Genüsse.
THE BROCCOLI OF TORBOLE
Broccoli of Torbole has to be considered as an indigenous plant. The strong winter winds prevent ice of frost from forming
and so it help its growth. Imported from the Verona region around the 17th century, it found in our fields the ideal conditions to
improve its flavour, sweety and delicate. Once the market of the Broccoli of Torbole was very flourish, in fact it served all the closest
markets, included those of Verona and Brescia. Broccoli starts ripen on November and ends at late April.
Its ideal match, apart from a good fish fry, is to all those dishes typical of the winter season, such as Carne salada, game and pork meat.
A good Teroldego red wine will render more palatable this precious taste.
La Sbigolada
1874, dall’archivio storico di Innsbruck si legge in un giornale che nel paese di Torbole, allora impero Austroungarico, a Carnevale
nella piazza principale vengono preparati spaghetti al pesce di lago per tutta la comunità....prima notizia di quella che poi diventerà la
SBIGOLADA TORBOLANA. Ogni anno, l’ultima domenica di Carnevale, la tradizione si replica. Per tutto il pomeriggio 400 chili di spaghetti
con sarde ed olio extravergine di oliva sono offerti ai torbolani e agli ospiti presenti che vogliono far parte di questa tradizione lacustre.
In passato per condire gli spaghetti si usavano le “aole”, piccoli pesciolini di lago ormai quasi estinti. Tutto questo regala alla comunità
circa 5000 porzioni di “bigoi con le sarde” che, oggi come in passato, sono un graditissimo finale al Carnevale torbolano.
In the historical archive of the city of Innsbruck has been found a newspaper dated 1874 reporting about an old tradition in Torbole that
at those times was part of the Austro - Hungarian Empire. During the Carnival time, it said, people used to cook spaghetti and lake fish to
serve to the whole community, this was the first hint of the Sbigolada Torbolana. Every year, on last Carnival sunday, this tradition keeps
going on. For the whole afternoon more than 400 kilos of spaghetti with Sarde and extra-virgin olive oil are offered to Torbole citizens and to
whom wants to enjoy this old but modern delicacy. Once spaghetti were dressed with “Aole”, little lake fishes, that unfortunately, nowadays
are almost enstinguished
