in relazione a quanto me segnal a in materia di doppia cittadinanza, ·con 1 a
Sua lettera del 16 u.s., desidero 'confermarLe che il Governo ha approvato ed
inviato all' esame d,el Parlamento un progetto di legge che p"revede che il termine per I'esercizio dell'opzione di cui all'art. 5, secondo comma, della legge
21 aprile 1983, n.123, venga prorogato fino all'entrata in vigore della nuova
legge organica ·sulla cittadinanza.
Inoltre, secondo il dettato del predetto
prowedimento, chi ha perduto la cittadinanza per non aver reso I'opzione prevista dall'art. 5, secondo comma, della legge 123/1983, la riacquista ove renda
apposita dichiarazione all' Autorita' competente.
Va poi precisato che e' in fase ava!1zat~ di preparazione un disegno di legge
organico in materia di cittadinanza.
Pur dovendosi ritenere urgente la sua adozione, la delicatezza e complessita"
della materia fa prevedere che un'approvazione potrebbe non· awenire in templ
brevi. Proprio p~r non deludere le pressanti istanze di tanti connazionali interessati a non perdere la nostra cittadinariza, il Governo ha predisposto il disegno di legge' a ,!!odifica dell'articolo 5, secondo comma della legge n.123.

TORTELLI OF DRIED FIGS

100 gr dterili di noci
300 &r fichi secchi
100 gr mandorle.,pelate
100 gr uva sultanina
2 cucchiai di miele 0 marmellata
1> cucchiaino di canella
Filling
120z dried figs
40z shelled walnuts
40z blanched il.rmonds
40z' sultanas
l' teaspoon ground cinnamon
.2 tablespoons honey .2! jam
Schiacciate bene le mandorle e le' noce.
Ammorbidite l'uvetta in acqua tiepida per
15 minuti; poi scollateli.

Cucinate i ,fichi in acquaper 10' minuti.
Scollateli e tritateli.
Mescolate bene insieme i fichi, I' uvetta, le
'!1andorle i gherili, la canella, il niiele 0
la marmellata.

Soak ,sultanas in warm water for 15
.min~tes, then; drain.
Crush the walnuts and almonds.
Cook the figs, in water for 10 minutes,
drain and chop them.
Mix figs, sultanas, walnuts, almonds, cinnamon and honey (or jam) together.
