Short CV Leo Breedveld
Leo Breedveld, 2B Srl (Italy), LCA expert, university degree in both Chemistry and Environmental Sciences at the University of
Nijmegen (the Netherlands), followed by a long carrier at the Dutch governmental water research centre (RIZA). Here he starts
using LCA, which he introduces to the Dutch water policy and in Sevilla (Spain) to the BAT working groups under the umbrella
of the European IPPC Directive. He is co-owner of 2B Srl, providing LCA/LCC training and consultancy to Italian universities,
business, and public administration. He has experience in various sectors and is a suitable partner for EU research projects in
the role as LCA expert (e.g. ShapeRisk, Integrisk, PlasmaNice, Succipack). He is active both in Italy and abroad and member
of various international networks.
2B Srl
2B Srl is an environmental consultancy specialised in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) offering a range of related services like
ecodesign, ecolabel, industrial ecology and environmental marketing. Its philosophy consists in sharing know-how and a
