La présentation en Italie du Sonangol Africa Eco Race 2013 s’est terminée avec succès. Mardi 15 mai chez le
concessionnaire KTM P & D à Milan, de grands pilotes qui ont façonné l'histoire des compétitions africaines
en Italie, sont venus nous en apprendre davantage sur la nouvelle édition. Au premier rang Franco Picco,
avec Luigi Algeri, Mario Conforti e Giampietro Dalben Energie & Sourires, parc de stationnement moto auto
et camion. C’est une grande audience qui a suivi de près toutes les informations communiquées par les
témoignages d’Oscar Polli et de Matteo Castelli ainsi que toutes les émotions retransmises en direct par leurs
voix, vidéo et présentation de photos.
René Metge, directeur de course et invité d'honneur de la soirée, a ensuite décrit le nouveau tracé suite aux
pré-reconnaissances déjà effectuées. Il nous a parlé ensuite des nouveautés de la prochaine édition, une
compétition encore plus technique, et certainement émotionnelle du point de vue paysage. De nombreuses
demandes d'information et de réponses aux questions, puis nous avons invité les participants à trouver
toutes les informations sur le site officiel www.africarace.com ainsi que les nouvelles sur la page facebook
officielle de la course, tant au niveau international qu’en italien.
Au cours de la soirée nous avons ressenti une grande chaleur entre les pilotes qui ont déclaré retrouver
l’atmosphère très conviviale que l’on trouve sur les bivouacs du SONANGOL AFRICA ECO RACE .

Si è conclusa con successo la serata di presentazione dell’edizione 2013 Della SONANGOL Africa Race.
Martedì 15 Maggio presso la concessionaria Ktm P&D di Milano, grandi piloti, che hanno fatto la storia delle
competizioni africane in Italia, sono arrivati per informarsi sulla nuova edizione della gara. In prima fila
Franco Picco, con Luigi Algeri, Mario Conforti e Giampietro Dalben di Energia & sorrisi, per i settori moto auto
e camion. Un parterre davvero nutrito che ha seguito con attenzione tutte le informazioni riportate dai
testimonial Oscar Polli e Matteo Castelli e tutte le emozioni riportate in diretta dalle loro voci, dai video e
dalle foto di presentazione. Renè Metge, direttore di gara, e vero ospite d’onore della serata, ha poi descritto
il percorso e tutte le novità che verranno apportate nell’edizione 2013, lasciando trapelare che sarà una
competizione ancora più tecnica, e sicuramente emozionante dal punto di vista paesaggistico.
Numerose le richieste di informazioni e le domande a cui hanno risposto i relatori della serata, invitando poi i

A great success for the press conference that introduce 2013 edition of SONANGOL AFRICA ECO RACE.
Tuesday May 15 at the KTM dealer in Milan P&D, great Italian pilots, who wrote the history of African tout
terrain competitions, met to be introduced to next edition of the race. In the front row Franco Picco, Algiers
with Luigi, Mario Conforti and Giampietro Dalben Energy & smiles, for motorcycle parking areas and truckA
large audience that kept attention to all informations and emotions that the testimonial Oscar Polli and
Matteo Castelli gave with their feedback, with videos and amazing images. Renè Metge, real guest star of
the evening, has shown the new routes found after his last reconnaissance, and all the news in the stages,
giving the idea about a 2013 edition again more technical and emotional, in terms of landscapes and
“playground”.
Several questions from future competitors closed the event.
