PART- 1. BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE
General warnings
WARNING: Keep ventilation openings, in the appliance enclosure
or in the built-in structure, clear of obstruction.
WARNING: Do not use mechanical devices or other means to
accelerate the defrosting process, other than those recommended
by the manufacturer.
WARNING: Do not use electrical appliances inside the food
storage compartments of the appliance, unless they are of the
type recommended by the manufacturer.
WARNING: Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.
WARNING: To avoid a hazard due to the instability of the
appliance, it must be fixed in accordance with the instructions.
• If your appliance uses R600a as a refrigerant – you can learn
this information from the label on the cooler- you should be careful
during shipment and installation to prevent your appliance’s cooler
elements from being damaged. Although R600a is an
environmentally friendly and natural gas. As it is explosive, in the
event of a leak due to damage to the cooler elements, move your
fridge from open flame or heat sources and ventilate the room
where the appliance is located for a few minutes.
• While carrying and positioning the fridge, do not damage the
cooler gas circuit.
• Do not store explosive substances such as aerosol cans with a
flammable propellant in this appliance.
• This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar
applications such as;
- staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working
environments
- farm houses and by clients in hotels, motels and other residential
type environments

- bed and breakfast type environments;
- catering and similar non-retail applications
• If the socket does not match the refrigerator plug, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• A specially grounded plug has been connected to the power
cable of your refrigerator. This plug should be used with a
specially grounded socket of 16 amperes. If there is no such
socket in your house, please have it installed by an authorized
electrician.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and
above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazard involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance, shall not be made by children without supervision.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similar qualified persons in
order to avoid a hazard.

Old and out-of-order fridges
• If your old fridge has a lock, break or remove the lock before discarding it, because
children may get trapped inside it and may cause an accident.
• Old fridges and freezers contain isolation material and refrigerant with
CFC. Therefore, take care not to harm environment when you are discarding
your old fridges.
Please ask your municipal authority about the disposal of the WEEE for the
reuse, recycle and recovery purposes.
Notes:
• Please read the instruction manual carefully before installing and using your appliance.
We are not responsible for the damage occurred due to misuse.
• Follow all instructions on your appliance and instruction manual, and keep this
manual in a safe place to resolve the problems that may occur in the future.
• This appliance is produced to be used in homes and it can only be used in domestic
environments and for the specified purposes. It is not suitable for commercial or
common use. Such use will cause the guarantee of the appliance to be cancelled
and our company will not be responsible for the losses to be occurred.

storing foods. It is not suitable for commercial or common use and/or for storing

Safety warnings
• Do not use multiple receptacles or extension cord.
• Do not plug in damaged, torn or old plugs.
• Do not pull, bend or damage the cord.
• This appliance is designed for use by adults, do not allow children
to play with the appliance or let them hang off the door.
• Do not plug-in or out the plug from the receptacle with wet hands to
prevent electrocution!
• Do not place glass bottles or beverage cans in the freezer
department. Bottles or cans may explode.
• Do not place explosive or flammable material in your fridge for your
safety. Place drinks with higher alcohol amount vertically and by
closing their necks tightly in the fridge department.
• When taking ice made in the freezer department, do not touch it, ice
may cause ice burns and/or cuts.
• Do not touch frozen goods with wet hands! Do not eat ice-cream
and ice cubes immediately after you have taken them out of the
freezer department!

• Do not re-freeze frozen goods after they have melted. This may cause
health issues like food poisoning.
• Do not cover the body or top of fridge with lace. This affects the
performance of your fridge.
• Fix the accessories in the fridge during transportation to prevent damage to
accessories.
Installing and operating your fridge
Before starting to use your fridge, you should pay attention to the following points:
• Operating voltage for your fridge is 220-240 V at 50Hz.
• W e do not take the responsibility of the damages that occur due to ungrounded
usage.
• Place your fridge in a place that it would not be exposed to direct sunlight.
• Your appliance should be at least 50 cm away from stoves, Gas
ovens and heater cores, and should be at least 5 cm away from
electrical ovens.
• Your fridge should never be used outdoors or left under the rain.
• When your fridge is placed next to a deep freezer, there should be at
least 2 cm between them to prevent humidity on the outer surface.
• Do not place anything on your fridge, and install your fridge in a
suitable place so that at least 15 cm is available on the upper side.
• The adjustable front legs should be adjusted to make sure your appliance is level
and stable. You can adjust the legs by turning them clockwise (or in the opposite
direction). This should be done before placing food in the fridge.
• Before using your fridge, wipe all parts back with warm water
added with a tea spoonful of sodium bicarbonate, and then
rinse with clean water and dry. Place all parts after cleaning.
• Install the plastic distance guide (the part with black vanes at the
rear) by turning it 90° as shown in the figure to prevent the
condenser from touching the wall.
• Refrigerator should be placed against a wall with a free distance not exceeding 75
mm.
Before Using your Fridge
• When it is operated for the first time or after transportation, keep
your fridge in the upright position for 3 hours and plug it on to
allow efficient operation. Otherwise, you may damage the
compressor.
• Your fridge may have a smell when it is operated for the first time; the smell will fade
away when your fridge starts to cool.

Information about NO FROST technology
No-Frost fridges differ from other static fridges in their operating
principle.
In normal fridges, the humidity entering the fridge in the door
openings and the humidity of the food causes freezing in the
freezer compartment. To defrost the snow and ice in the freezer
compartment, you should turn off the fridge, take the food that
needs to be kept in a constant temperature off the fridge, and
remove the ice gathered in the freezer compartment periodically.
The situation is completely different in no-frost fridges. Dry and
cold air is blown to the fridge and freezer compartments
homogeneously from several points via a blower fan. Cold air
dispersed homogeneously even between the shelves cools all
your food equally and uniformly, thus prevents humidity and
freezing.
Therefore your no-frost fridge allows you ease of use, besides its
huge volume and stylish appearance.
Thermostat Setting
FREEZER THERMOSTAT
REFRIGERATOR THERMOSTAT
Freezer and refrigerator thermostat automatically regulates the inside temperature of the
compartments. By rotating the knob from position 1 to 5, colder temperatures can be
obtained. In cold seasons, you can set lower positions in order to decrease the energy
consumption.
Important note: Do not try to rotate knob beyond 1 position it will stop your appliance.
Freezer Thermostat Setting;
1 – 2 : For short-term storage of food in the freezer compartment, you can set the
knob between minimum and medium position.
3 – 4 : For long-term storage of food in the freezer compartment, you can set knob
medium position.

: For freezing the fresh food. Th appliance will work longer. After you get the
cold condition you must position to its original position.

Refrigerator Thermostat Setting;
1 – 2 : For less coldly conditions.
3 – 4 : For normal conditions.
5 – MAX : For colder conditions.
Warnings about Temperature Adjustments
• It is not recommended that you operate your fridge in environments colder than 10°C
in terms of its efficiency.
• Temperature adjustments should be made according to the frequency of door openings
and the quantity of food kept inside the fridge.
• Do not pass to another adjustment before completing an adjustment.
• Your fridge should be operated up to 24 hours according to the ambient temperature
without interruption after being plugged in to be completely cooled. Do not open
doors of your fridge frequently and do not place much food inside it in this period.
• If the unit is switched off or unplugged, you must allow at least 5 minutes before
restarting or re-plugged the unit in order not to damage the compressor.
• Your fridge is designed to operate in the ambient
temperature intervals stated in the standards,
according to the climate class stated in the
information label. W e do not recommend
operating your fridge out of stated temperatures
value limits in terms of cooling effectiveness.

Making ice cubes (In some models)
• Take out the ice making tray
• Fill the water in level of line.
• Place the ice making tray in its original position
• W hen ice cubes are formed, twist the lever to drop off ice
cubes into the icebox.
Do not fill the icebox with water in order to make ice. It can be
broken.

Fast Freezing Shelf
• Use the fast freezing shelf to freeze home
cooking (and fresh foods which is wanted to
freeze) more quickly because of the freezing
room’s greater freezing power.
• For opening the shelf pull the cover up, and
slide it in to the shelf. You can close it in the
same way
Note that; be sure that the cover of fast freezing shelf is closed before closing the
compartment door. If not, it can not show its fast freezing power.
Magic Shelf (In some models)
Magic shelf, which is on the crisper cover, was designed to give you more place and
comfort placing the things in the appliance. This shelf is mobile so you can arrange long
or big containers on the crisper cover.

Keeping food in the Chiller compartment instead of the freezer or refrigerator compartment
allows food retain freshness and flavour longer, while preserving its fresh appearance.
When chiller tray becomes dirty, remove it and wash it with water.
(W ater freezes at 0°C, but foods containing salt or sugar freeze at temperature lower than
that)
Normally people use the chiller compartment for raw fish, lightly pickled, rice, etc...
Do not put foods you want to freeze or ice trays in order to make ice.

Fresh dial
In case of the crisper is totally full, the fresh dial is located in front of crisper, should be
opened. By means of this the air in the crisper and humidity rate will be controlled and
endurance life will be increased.
If you see any condensation on glass shelf, you must open this klape which is on behind
of shelf.
Visual and text descriptions on the accessories section may
vary according to the model of your appliance.
Temperature indicator
This appliance is sold in France. In accordance with
regulations valid in this country it must be provided with
a special device (see figure) placed in the lower
compartment of the fridge to indicate the coldest zone
of it.

PART- 3. ARRANGING FOOD IN THE APPLIANCE
Refrigerator Compartment
• To set the refrigerator compartment to 2-3 graphic bar will be enough for normal
conditions.
• To reduce humidity and consequent increase of frost never place liquids in unsealed
containers in the refrigerator.
• Never place warm food in the refrigerator. Warm food should be allowed to cool at
room temperature and should be arranged to ensure adequate air circulation in the
refrigerator compartment.
• Arrange the meat and cleaned fish (wrapped in packages or sheets of plastic) which
you will use in 1-2 days.
• You can put the fruits and vegetables into crisper without packing.
Freezer Compartment
• To set the freezer compartment to 2-3 graphic bar will be enough for normal conditions.
• The use of freezer is, storing of deep-frozen or frozen foods for long periods of time
and making ice cubes.
• Do not put fresh and warm foods to the freezer door shelves to be frozen. Only use
for storage of frozen foods.
• Do not put fresh and warm food with frozen food side by side as it can thaw the frozen
food.
• Use the fast freezing shelf to freeze home cooking (and the foods which is wanted to
freeze) more quickly because of the freezing room’s greater freezing power.
• While freezing fresh foods (i.e. meat, fish and mincemeat) divide them in parts you
will use in one time.
• While freezing fresh foods ; Maximum amount of fresh food (in kg) that can be frozen
in 24 hours is indicated on the appliance label.
• For optimum appliance performance to reach maximum freezing capacity, turn the
freezer thermostat knob to position max 24 hours before placing fresh food inthe
freezer.
• After placing fresh food in the freezer, 24 hours on max position is generally
sufficient,After 24 hours, don not need to set the feezer thermostat knob to position
max.
• Attention; In order to save energy, W hen freezing small amounts of food, don not
need to set the freezer thermostat knob to position max.
• For storing the frozen foods; the instructions shown on frozen food packages should
always be followed carefully and if no information is provided food should not be
stored for more than 3 months from the purchased date.
• When buying frozen foods ensure that these have been frozen at suitable
temperatures and that the packing is intact.

• Frozen foods should be transported in appopriate containers to maintain the quality
of the food and should be returned to the freezing surfaces of the unit in the shortest
possible time.
• If a package of frozen food shows the sign of humidity and abnormal swelling it is
probable that it has been previously stored at an unsuitable temperature and that
the contents have deteriorated.
• The storage life of frozen foods depends on the room temperature, thermostat
setting, how often the door is opened, the type of food and the length of time required
to transport the product from the shop to your home. Always follow the instructions
printed on the package and never exceed the maximum storage life indicated.
PART- 4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Make sure to unplug the fridge before starting to clean it.
• Do not wash your fridge by pouring water.
• You can wipe the inner and outer sides with a soft cloth or a
sponge using warm and soapy water.
• Remove the parts individually and clean with
soapy water. Do not wash in washing machine.
• Never use flammable, explosive or corrosive material like thinner,
gas, acid for cleaning.
• You should clean the condenser with broom at least
once a year in order to provide energy saving and
increase the productivity.
Make sure that your fridge is unplugged while cleaning.

Replacing The Refrigerator and Freezer Light Bulb
1. Unplug the unit from the power supply,
2. Remove the refrigerator light cover with a minus screw driver, and take out the
cover.(A)
3. Change the present light bulb with a new one of not more than 15 W.(B)
4. Replace the light cover and after waiting 5 minutes plug the unit.(C)

TRANSPORTATION AND CHANGING OF INSTALLATION POSITION
Transportation and Changing of Installation Position
• The original packages and foamed polystyrene (PS) can be concealed if required.
• In transportation the appliance should be tied with a wide stripe or a strong rope. The
rules written on the corrugated box must be applied while transporting.
• Before transporting or changing old
installation position, all the moving objects
(i.e., shelves, crisper…) should be taken
out or fixed with bands in order to prevent
the shake.
Repositioning the Door
• It is not possible to change the opening direction of your fridge door, if the door
handles on your fridge are installed from the front surface of the door.
• It is possible to change the opening direction of the door on models without any
handles.
• If the door opening direction of your fridge may be changed, you should contact the
nearest Authorized Service to have the opening direction changed.
PART- 6. BEFORE CALLING YOUR AFTER SALES SERVICE
What to do if your refrigerator does not operate;
Check that;
• There is no power ,
• The general switch in your home is disconnected ,
• The thermostat setting is on “•” position ,
• The socket is not sufficient. To check this, plug in another appliance that you know
which is working into the same socket.
What to do if your refrigerator performs poorly;
Check that;
• You have not overloaded the appliance ,
• The doors are closed perfectly ,
• There is no dust on the condenser ,
• There is enough place at the rear and side walls.

IIf your fridge is operating too loudly;
Normal Noises
Cracking (Ice cracking) Noise:
• During automatic defrosting.
• When the appliance is cooled or warmed (due to expansion of appliance material).
• Heard when the thermostat switches the compressor on/off.
Compressor noise
• Normal motor noise. This noise means that the compressor operates normally
• Compressor may cause more noise for a short time when it is activated.
Bubbling noise and splash:
• This noise is caused by the flow of the refrigerant in the tubes of the system.
Water flow noise:
• Normal flow noise of water flowing to the evaporation container during defrosting.
This noise can be heard during defrosting.
Air Blow Noise:
• Normal fan noise. This noise can be heard in No-Frost fridge during normal operation
of the system due to the circulation of air.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
• If the unit is switched off or unplugged, you must allow at least 5 minutes before
restarting or re-plugged the unit in order not to damage the compressor.
• If you will not use your fridge for a long time (e.g. in summer holidays) unplug it. Clean
your fridge according to Part 4 and leave the door open to prevent humidity and smell
• If the problem persists after you have followed all the instructions above, please
consult to the nearest service.
• The appliance you bought is designed for home type use and can be used only at
home and for the stated purposes. It is not suitable for commercial or common
use. If the consumer use the appliance in a way that does not comply with these
features, we emphasize that the producer and the dealer shall not be responsible
for any repair and failure within the guarantee period.
• The lifetime of your appliance stated and declared by the Department of the Industry
is 10 years (the period for retaining parts required for the proper functioning of the
appliance).
Conformity Information
• This appliance is designed for use at an ambient temperature within the 16°C - 43°C
range.
• The appliance is designed in compliance with the IEC60335-1 / IEC60335-2-24,
2004/108/EC standards.

Tips for saving energy
1– Install the appliance in a cool, well ventilated room , but not in direct sunlight and
not near heat source (radiator, cooker.. etc. ). Otherwise use an insulating plate.
2– Allow warm food and drinks to cool down outside the appliance.
3– W hen thawing frozen food, place it in the refrigerator compartment. The low
temperature of the frozen food will help to cool the refrigerator compartment
when it is thawing. So it reduces the energy requirements.
4– W hen placing, drinks and liquids they must be covered. Otherwise humidity
increases at the appliance. Therefore the working time gets longer. Also covering
drinks and liquids helps preserve the smell and taste.
5– W hen placing food and drinks, open the appliance door as briefly as possible.
6– Keep the covers closed of any different temperature compartment in the appliance
(crisper, chiller ...etc. ).
7– Door gasket must be clean and pliable. Replace gaskets if worn.
The symbol

Avvertenze Generali
ATTENZIONE: Non coprire od ostruire le aperture di ventilazione
del frigorifero.
ATTENZIONE: Non utilizzare dispositivi meccanici o altri mezzi
per accelerare lo sbrinamento, se non esplicitamente consigliato
dal costruttore.
ATTENZIONE: Non usare apparecchiature elettriche all'interno
degli scomparti per la conservazione del cibo, a meno che non
siano del tipo consigliato dal produttore.
ATTENZIONE: Non danneggiare il circuito refrigerante.?
ATTENZIONE: Per evitare l'instabilità dell'elettrodomestico, esso
deve essere fissato seguendo le indicazioni del presente manuale
di istruzioni.
• Questo modello può contenere R600a, vedere la piastra sotto il
refrigerante, (isobutano refrigerante), gas naturale che non è
inquinante per l’ambiente, ma infiammabile. Durante il trasporto
e l'installazione dell'apparecchio è necessario porre particolare
attenzione affinché non venga danneggiato alcun componente
del circuito di refrigerazione. In caso di danneggiamento tenere lontana qualsiasi fonte di possibile incendio e far ventilare
per diversi minuti la stanza nella quale è posizionato l’apparecchio.

• Una presa speciale a terra é in dotazione con il cavo di rete del
frigorifero. Questa presa dovrebbe essere utilizzata con una

• Questa apparecchiatura può essere usata da bambini a partire
dagli 8 anni e da persone con capacità fisiche, sensoriali o

supervisione di una persona adulta o se in possesso di istruzioni

Istruzioni per la sicurezza

o rimuovere questa chiusura come misura di sicurezza prima di immagazzinare il
vecchio apparecchio, per proteggere i bambini che potrebbero rimanervi rinchiusi
durante i loro giochi
• I vecchi frigoriferi ed i freezer contengono gas isolanti e refrigeranti che devono
essere smaltiti adeguatamente. Affidare lo smaltimento dell’apparecchio vecchio
solamente alla locale discarica e contattare l’autorità locale o il rivenditore in caso
di dubbio. Assicurarsi che la serpentina del vostro frigorifero non venga danneggiata
prima di essere affidata alla discarica locale di competenza.
Questo apparecchio dispone di contrassegno ai sensi della direttiva
europea 2002/96/CE in materia di apparecchi elettrici ed elettronici (waste

Avvertenze

• Non mettere nel freezer contenitori di liquidi (bottiglie di vetro o
lattine), specialmente se contengono liquidi gassati che
potrebbero provocare lo scoppio del contenitore durante il
congelamento.

chiuse ermeticamente e inserite nel frigorifero in posizione verticale.
• Non toccare le superfici refrigeranti, specialmente con le mani bagnate

• Non mangiare il ghiaccio appena tolto dal freezer.
Installazione ed accensione dell’apparecchio
• Questo apparecchio funziona a 220-240V oppure a 200-230V 50 Hz. Vi preghiamo di
controllare la targhetta dell’apparecchio e di accertarvi che lo stesso sia compatibile
con la vostra tensione elettrica
• Prima di effettuare il collegamento all’alimentazione, assicurarsi che la tensione
indicata sulla targhetta corrisponda a quella della vostra abitazione
• Inserire la spina in una presa dotata di adeguata messa a terra. Se la presa non
dispone di messa a terra o la spina non si inserisce correttamente, consigliamo di
rivolgersi ad un elettricista esperto per ottenere assistenza.
• La spina deve essere accessibile anche dopo il posizionamento dell’apparecchio.
• Il produttore non è responsabile del mancato collegamento a
terra, come descritto in questo manuale.
• Non posizionare l’apparecchio con esposizione alla luce del
sole.
• Non usare all’aperto il prodotto, l’apparecchio non deve essere
esposto alla pioggia.
• Posizionare il frigorifero lontano da fonti di calore e in una sede
ben ventilata. Il frigorifero deve distare almeno 50 cm da
radiatori, stufe a gas o a carbone e 5 cm da stufe elettriche.
• La sommità del frigorifero deve disporre di uno spazio libero di
15 cm.
• Non mettere oggetti, soprattutto se pesanti, sul frigorifero.
• Se l’apparecchio viene posizionato vicino ad un altro frigorifero
o ad un freezer, mantenere una distanza minima di 2 cm. per
evitare la condensa.
• Applicare i distanziatori in plastica alla serpentina sulla parte posteriore del frigorifero
in modo che non si appoggi alla parete assicurando il buon funzionamento.
• L’apparecchio deve essere posizionato stabilmente sul pavimento. Utilizzare i due
piedini frontali regolabili per compensare l’eventuale dislivello del pavimento.
• La pulizia dell’esterno dell’apparecchio e dei suoi accessori interni deve essere
effettuata con una soluzione di acqua e sapone liquido; l’interno dell’apparecchio
deve essere pulito con bicarbonato di sodio disciolto in acqua tiepida. Asciugare
tutto prima di reinserire gli accessori.
Prima di accendere
• Attendere 3 ore prima di inserire la spina dell’apparecchio nella
presa per assicurare un perfetto funzionamento.
• Al momento dell’accensione l’apparecchio potrebbe emanare
sgradevole, odore che scomparirà non appena l’apparecchio inizia
a raffreddarsi.

PARTE 2.
CARATTERISTICHE E FUNZIONI
Informazioni sulla tecnologia NO-FROST
I frigoriferi no-frost si distinguono dagli altri frigoriferi statici per il
principio di funzionamento.
Nei normali frigoriferi, l’umidità che entra attraverso le aperture
dello sportello e l’umidità sul cibo causano il congelamento del
vano congelatore. Per scongelare il ghiaccio presente nel vano
congelatore è necessario spegnere il frigorifero,prendere
l’alimento che necessita di essere conservato a una temperatura
costante fuori dal frigorifero, rimuovere il ghiaccio accumulatori
nel vano congelatore a intervalli periodici.
La situazione è totalmente diversa nei frigoriferi no-frost. L’aria
secca e fredda viene filtrata nei vani frigo e freezer omogeneamente
da vari punti mediante un ventilatore. L’aria fredda viene dispersa
omogeneamente anche tra i vani e raffredda tutti i cibi in modo
equo e uniforme, prevenendo umidità e congelamento.
Pertanto, il frigo no-frost consente un utilizzo semplice con molto
spazio a disposizione e un aspetto elegante.

Il termostato del freezer e del frigorifero regola automaticamente la temperatura interna
degli scomparti. È possibile ottenere temperature più basse ruotantdo la manopola dalla
posizione 1 alla 5. Nelle stagioni fredde si consiglia di impostare temperature più alte
per diminuire il consumo di energia.
Impostazione termostato freezer;
1 – 2 : Posizionare la manopola tra la posizione minima e quella media per la
conservazione a breve termine del cibo nel reparto freezer.
3 – 4 : Posizionare la manopola sulla posizione media per la conservazione a
lungo termine del cibo nel reparto freezer.

: Per la congelazione del cibo fresco. L’elettrodomestico funziona più a lungo.
Dopo aver raggiunto la temperatura più fredda, si deve ritornare alla posizione
originale.

• Nota; la temperatura del frigorifero e del freezer sono condizionate dalla temperatura
dell’ambiente, dalla temperatura del cibo fresco introdotto negli scomparti e dalla
frequenza di apertura della porta. Se necessario, modificare l’impostazione della
temperatura.
• Al momento della prima accensione, l’elettrodomestico deve funzionare
continuativamente per 24 ore prima di raffreddarsi ad una temperatura adeguata.
• Durante questo periodo non aprire troppo spesso la porta e non introdurre grandi
quantità di cibo nell’elettrodomestico.
• Quando l’elettrodomestico viene spento o viene staccata la spina, attendere almeno
5 minuti prima di riavviarlo o di reinserire la spina allo scopo di non danneggiare il
compressore.
Se il frigo non si raffredda abbastanza
Il frigo è progettato per funzionare a intervalli di temperatura ambiente stabiliti negli
standard, in base alla classe di clima indicata nell’etichetta delle informazioni. Non si
consiglia di utilizzare il frigo in condizioni di temperatura fuori dai limiti indicati in termini
di efficacia di refrigerazione.

Scomparto surgelamento veloce
• Utilizzare lo scomparto surgelamento veloce per
surgelare i cibi cotti (e quelli freschi da surgelare)
più velocemente con il maggior potere
refrigerante dello scomparto per il surgelamento.
• Per aprire lo scomparto sollevare lo sportello e
farlo scorrere dentro lo scomparto. Lo si può
chiudere allo stesso modo.
Nota: Assicurarsi che lo sportello dello scomparto surgelamento veloce sia chiuso prima
di chiudere la porta del freezer. Se non lo è non potrà essere espletata la funzione di
surgelamento veloce.
Ripiani più freddi

Conservare il cibo nello scomparto più freddo invece che nel freezer o nello scomparto
frigorifero consente al cibo di mantenere più a lungo la freschezza ed il sapore,
preservandone l’aspetto. Quando il vassoio più freddo si sporca, rimuoverlo e lavarlo
sotto l’acqua.
L’acqua gela a 0°C, ma I cibi che contengono sale o zucchero gelano a temperature più
basse)
Di solito lo scomparto più freddo viene utilizzato per pesce fresco, leggera salamoia, riso,
ecc...
Non inserire cibi che si desidera surgelare o vassoi per produrre ghiaccio.

Il ripiano regolabile a scomparsa, che si trova sul coperchio del cassetto, è stato progettato
per fornire uno spazio maggiore e più comodo per il posizionamento degli oggetti
nell’elettrodomestico. Si tratta di un ripiano mobile che permette di sistemare contenitori
alti o di grosse dimensioni sul coperchio del cassetto.
Regolatore umidità
Se il cassetto verdura è pieno, potete utilizzare
il regolatore di umidità posizionato di fronte al
cassetto verdura. Aprendolo permette di
regolare l'aria e il grado di umidità all'interno
del cassetto.
Se vedete della condensa sul ripiano vetro
potete aprire la levetta scorrevole dietro il
ripiano.

Tutte le descrizioni scritte e illustrate degli accessori possono
variare a seconda del modello dell’elettrodomestico.
Spia della temperatura
Questa apparecchiatura viene vendura anche in
Francia.
Per rispettare la normativa vigente in questo paese,
essa deve essere dotata di un particolare di spositivo,
posto nella parte bassa della cella frigorifero (vedi
figura) per segnalare la zona più fredda del vano.

CONSERVAZIONE DEL CIBO
NELL’ELETTRODOMESTICO
Scomparto Frigo
• Impostare lo scomparto frigo a 2-3 sarà sufficiente in condizioni normali.
• Per ridurre l’umidità ed il conseguente aumento di brina non inserire mai nel
frigorifero liquidi in contenitori aperti.
• Non inserire mai nel frigorifero cibo caldo. Il cibo ancora caldo deve essere lasciato
raffreddare a temperatura ambiente e deve disporre di un’adeguata circolazione
d’aria nello scomparto frigo.
• Sistemare la carne e il pesce pulito (chiuso in confezioni o avvolto in fogli di plastica)
che saranno consumati in 1-2 giorni.
• La frutta e la verdura possono essere inserite nell’apposito scomparto senza essere
impacchettate.
Scomparto Freezer
• Impostare lo scomparto freezer a 2-3 sarà sufficiente in condizioni normali.
• Il freezer viene utilizzato per la conservazione per un lungo periodo di tempo di cibi
surgelati o congelati e per la fabbricazione dei cubetti di ghiaccio.
• Non mettere cibi freschi e caldi nel freezer perché si congelino. Usare solo per la
conservazione di cibi congelati.
• Non mettere il cibo fresco e caldo a contatto con quello congelato perché questo
potrebbe provocare lo scongelamento del cibo congelato.
• Usare il ripiano per il congelamento rapido per congelare alimenti preparati in casa
(e quelli che si desidera congelare) in modo più rapido grazie alla maggiore forza di
congelamento dello scomparto freezer.
• Quando si desidera congelare del cibo fresco (ad es. carne, pesce e carne tritata),
suddividerlo in porzioni da usarsi di volta in volta.
• Quando si congelano cibi freschi; la quantità massima di cibi freschi (in kg) che può
essere congelata in 24 ore è indicata sull’etichetta del prodotto.
• Per una prestazione ottimale dell’apparecchio che raggiunga la capacità massima
di congelamento, ruotare la manopola del termostato in posizione massima 24 ore
prima di mettere il cibo fresco nel freezer.
• Dopo aver messo il cibo fresco nel freezer, 24 ore sulla posizione massima in genere
sono sufficienti. Dopo 24 ore, non è necessario impostare la manopola del
termostato del freezer sulla posizione massima.
• Attenzione; per risparmiare energia, quando si congelano piccole quantità di cibo,
non è necessario impostare la manopola del termostato del freezer sulla posizione
massima.
• Per la conservazione dei cibi congelati, è importante seguire le istruzioni stampate
sull’imballaggio dei cibi congelati e, in mancanza di tali istruzioni, il cibo non dovrebbe
essere conservato per più di 3 mesi dalla data dell’acquisto.
• Al momento dell’acquisto di cibi congelati, assicurarsi che questi siano stati
congelati a temperature adeguate e che l’involucro sia intatto.

• I cibi congelati devono essere trasportati in contenitori adatti per conservarne la
qualità e devono essere riposti nello scomparto freezer del frigorifero il più presto
possibile.
• Se l’involucro del cibo congelato mostra segni di umidità o un anomalo rigonfiamento,
è probabile che non sia stato precedentemente conservato ad una temperatura
adeguata e che il contenuto sia deteriorato.
• La durata della conservazione dei cibi congelati dipende dalla temperatura
dell’ambiente, dall’impostazione del termostato, da quanto spesso la porta viene
aperta, dal tipo di cibo e dal tempo richiesto per il trasporto del prodotto dal negozio
a casa. Seguire sempre le istruzioni stampate sull’involucro e non superare mai la
durata massima di conservazione indicata.
PARTE 4.
PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
• Scollegare l’apparecchio dall’alimentazione prima di effettuare
la pulizia.
• Non pulire l’elettrodomestico versando acqua.
• I reparti frigorifero e freezer devono essere puliti periodicamente
usando una soluzione di bicarbonato di soda e acqua tiepida.
• Pulire separatamente gli accessori con acqua e
sapone. Non lavarli nella lavapiatti.
• Non utilizzare prodotti abrasivi, detergenti o saponi. Dopo
il lavaggio, risciacquare con acqua pulita ed asciugare
accuratamente. Una volta completate le operazioni di
pulizia ricollegare la spina con le mani asciutte.
• Il condensatore deve essere pulito con una scopa almeno
una volta all’anno per ottenere un risparmio di energia
ed aumentare la produttività.
L’ALIMENTAZIONE ELETTRICA DEVE ESSERE STACCATA.

PARTE 5.
TRASPORTO E SPOSTAMENTO
DELL’ELETTRODOMESTICO
Trasporto e spostamento dell’elettrodomestico
• Conservare la confezione e l’imballaggio originale per nuovi futuri spostamenti
(opzionale).
• Chiudere bene il frigo, tenendolo in posizione, con fasce o cordicelle, quindi attenersi
alle istruzioni per il trasporto fornite sulla confezione.
• Togliere le parti rimovibili (ripiani, accessori,
cassetti verdura, ecc.) o fissarli nel frigo
per evitare che subiscano urti. A tal fine,
usare fasce in fase di riposizionamento e
trasporto.
Mettere il frigorifero in posizione eretta.
Riposizionamento della porta
• Non è possibile modificare la direzione di aperture dello sportello del frigorifero se le
maniglie sul frigorifero sono installata dalla superficie anteriore della porta.
• Sarà possibile modificare la direzione di apertura della porta sui modelli senza
maniglie.
• Nel caso in cui la direzione di apertura della porta del frigorifero possa essere
modificata, contattare l’Assistenza Autorizzata più vicina per far modificare la direzione
di apertura.
PARTE 6.
PRIMA DI CHIAMARE IL SERVIZIO ASSISTENZA
Se il frigorifero non funziona correttamente, potrebbe trattarsi di un problema minore,
effettuare un controllo su quanto segue, prima di chiamare un elettricista, risparmiando
così tempo e denaro.
Che cosa fare se il frigorifero non funziona:
Controllare che:
• Ci sia corrente;
• L’interruttore generale dell’abitazione non sia scollegato;
• L’impostazione del termostato non sia sullo “•“;
• La presa non sia inadeguata. Per effettuare questo controllo collegare alla presa un
altro apparecchio e verificarne il funzionamento.
Il frigorifero non funziona in modo adeguato :
• L’apparecchio non sia sovraccarico,
• Le porte siano perfettamente chiuse,
• Non ci sia polvere sul condensatore,
• Ci sia sufficiente spazio intorno al frigorifero.

Nel caso in cui il cibo nello scomparto frigorifero sia troppo freddo
• La regolazione della temperatura è corretta?
• Di recente, sono stati inseriti troppi cibi all’interno dello scomparto freezer? In tal
caso, il frigo potrebbe raffreddare eccessivamente il cibo nello scomparto frigo, che
raffredderà più a lungo questi cibi.
Se il frigo fa troppo rumore:
Per mantenere il livello di raffreddamento impostato, è possibile attivare, di volta in volta,
il compressore. I rumori del frigo, in questo momento, sono normali e dovuti al relativo
funzionamento. Quando viene raggiunto il livello di raffreddamento richiesto, i rumori si
ridurranno automaticamente. Se i rumori persistono;
• L’elettrodomestico è stabile? I supporti sono regolati?
• C’è qualcosa dietro il frigo?
• I ripiani o i contenitori sui ripiani vibrano? Sostituire i ripiani e/o i contenitori se
necessario.
• I prodotti posizionati nel frigo vibrano?
Rumori normali:
Rumore di rottura di ghiaccio:
• Durante il defrosting automatico
• Quando il dispositivo si raffredda o si scalda (a causa dell’espansione del materiale
di cui è fatto).
Breve rottura di ghiaccio: Si sente quando il termostato accende/spegne il termostato.
Rumore del compressore (normale rumore del motore): Questo rumore significa
che il compressore funziona in modo normale. Il compressore emette più rumore per
un po’ di tempo al momento dell’attivazione.
Rumore di bolle e spruzzi: Questo rumore è causato dal flusso del refrigerante nelle
tubazioni del sistema.
Rumore del flusso d’acqua: Rumore di flusso normale dell’acqua che scorre verso il
contenitore di evaporazione durante il processo di defrosting. Questo rumore si sente
durante il processo di defrosting.
Rumore di soffio aria (rumore normale della ventola): Questo rumore si sente nei
frigoriferi No-Frost durante il normale funzionamento del sistema a causa della
circolazione dell’aria.
Nel caso in cui si formi umidità all’interno del frigorifero;
• Tutti i cibi sono confezionati correttamente? I contenitori si sono asciugati prima di
essere collocati nel frigorifero?
• Le porte del frigorifero vengono aperte con frequenza? L’umidità della stanza entra
nel frigorifero quando vengono aperte le porte. La formazione di umidità è più rapida
quando si aprono le porte con maggiore frequenza, in particolare se l’umidità della
stanza è alta
• La formazione di gocce sulla parete posteriore durante lo sbrinamento automatico
non è un’anomalia di funzionamento. (nelle Modalità Statiche)
Se le porte non vengono aperte e chiuse in modo corretto;
• Le confezioni degli alimenti impediscono la chiusura completa della porta?

• Scomparti, ripiani e cassetti sono posizionati in modo corretto?
• Le guarnizioni delle porte sono rotte o spezzate?
• Il frigorifero è su una superficie piatta?
Nel caso in cui i bordi del frigorifero dove sono collegate le giunture della porta
siano tiepidi:
in particolare d’estate (climi caldi), le superfici di contatto si possono riscaldare durante
il funzionamento del compressore. Non si tratta di un’anomalia di funzionamento.
NOTE IMPORTANTI:
• Il fusibile termico di protezione del compressore si danneggerà dopo interruzioni di
corrente improvvise o dopo lo scollegamento del dispositivo, in quanto il gas
contenuto all’interno del sistema di raffreddamento non si è ancora stabilizzato. Il
frigorifero riprenderà a funzionare dopo 4-5 minuti, non c’è motivo di preoccuparsi.
• L’unità refrigerante del frigorifero è nascosta nella parete posteriore. All’interno del
frigo (o sulla superficie posteriore) possono formarsi delle gocce d’acqua o ghiaccio
a causa del funzionamento del compressore negli intervalli specificati. Non si tratta
di un’anomalia. Non è necessario eseguire uno sbrinamento a meno che non vi sia
troppo ghiaccio.
• Se il frigorifero non viene usato a lungo, ad esempio durante le vacanze estive,
scollegarlo; pulirlo dopo lo sbrinamento. Dopo lo sbrinamento, pulire il frigorifero e
lasciare aperta la porta per evitare umidità e cattivi odori.
• Nel caso in cui il problema persista dopo aver seguito tutte le istruzioni, si consiglia
di rivolgersi a il centro assistenza di zona.
• Il dispositivo acquistato è stato pensato per essere usato a casa, quindi potrà
essere usato solo a casa e per gli usi previsti. Non è progettato per scopi industriali
o commerciali Nel caso in cui il consumatore usi il dispositivo in modo non conforme
a queste indicazioni, sottolineiamo che il produttore e il rivenditore non saranno
responsabili di eventuali riparazioni e danni durante il periodo di garanzia.
• Il ciclo di vita del dispositivo, dichiarato e indicato dal Ministero dell’industria (le
componenti necessarie per un corretto funzionamento del dispositivo) è di 10 anni.
Informazioni sulla conformità
• Questa strumentazione è stata progettata per essere usata a temperatura ambiente
nell’intervallo 16°C - 43°C.

Suggerimenti per risparmiare energia
1 – Installare il dispositivo in una stanza fresca, ben ventilata, ma non direttamente
esposto alla luce solare e non vicino a fonti di calore (radiatori, fornelli, ecc.). In caso
contrario, servirsi di una piastra isolante.
2 – Consentire ai cibi e alle bevande calde di raffreddarsi fuori dal frigorifero.
3 – In fase di scongelamento di alimenti congelati, posizionarli nel comparto frigorifero.
La bassa temperatura degli alimenti surgelati aiuterà a rinfrescare il comparto frigo.
In questo modo sarà possibile risparmiare energia. Nel caso in cui il cibo surgelato
venga posizionato al di fuori del frigorifero si potrebbe verificare uno spreco di energia.
4 – In fase di posizionamento di bevande e
liquidi, è sempre opportuno coprirli.
In caso contrario si assisterà a un aumento dell’umidità all’interno
dell’elettrodomestico. Il tempo necessario per raffreddarli, quindi, aumenta.
Coprendo i liquidi si contribuisce inoltre a conservarne il gusto e il sapore.
5 – In fase di posizionamento di alimenti e bevande, tenere aperta la porta del frigo il
meno possibile.
6 – Tenere chiusi i coperchi dei comparti con temperature diverse (ad esempio
comparto per frutta e verdura, comparto refrigerante, ecc.).
7 – La guarnizione della porta deve essere pulita e flessibile. Se usurata, provvedere
alla sostituzione della stessa.
