One key strength of Acronn is the bespoke manufacturing capability, which is able to satisfy custom demands with

How to choose the right screen
Acronn provides a wide selection of screens and fabrics. Choosing the right
combination is the key to properly address your application needs.
FORMAT
The appropriate format for the projection should be the starting point.The
most common format used for video projection are in general 4:3 and 16:9.
Our recommendation is to select the format according to the native resolution
of the video projector. This will optimize the light beam efficiency
SIZE
The correct Screen size cm should be based on room dimensions and audience
seating distance.
Acronn’s suggestion is to assume: seating distance = screen diagonal.
An additional parameter is the room height. Ideally the bottom of the
screen should be between 1 and 1.2 metres from the floor to allow the rear
audience to see the screen. TThe max height of the screen will therefore be
determined by the distance to the ceiling (or to the screen top mounting point).
Last but not least, the size selection should also take into consideration the
video projector brightness. Low Lumens projectors on large screen could end
up in low brightness and low contrast.
FABRIC
Screen fabric must be chosen according to the projection environment and
viewing requirements. Every fabric has its own peculiarity and can help to
resolve application problems. Back lights (windows, lamps...) can be eliminated
using a Matte white fabric thanks to the black back layer.
Excessive ambient light can be addressed by using high gain fabric. Audio
source behind the screen requires perforated fabric (punched holes) Rear
projection can be handled with appropriate fabrics: Rear Plus, Rear Extra.
Gain and viewing angle are the key parameters for each fabric as per the below
table:

Come scegliere il giusto schermo
Acronn offre una vasta gamma di schermi con diversi tipi di tele. Scegliere la giusta
combinazione di componenti significa soddisfare al meglio le proprie esigenze e
ottenere il massimo risultato prestazionale.
FORMATO
Innanzitutto è necessario conoscere il formato di proiezione che dovrà avere lo
schermo, questa scelta viene fatta in base ai contenuti video che andremo a
proiettare.
I formati maggiormente diffusi si dividono in due principali segmenti: 4:3 e 16:9.

Abbinare la risoluzione del proiettore al formato dello schermo è fondamentale.
Per sfruttare a pieno la luce di proiezione dello schermo, dovremo prima conoscere
il formato nativo del nostro proiettore, quindi gli abbineremo il giusto schermo.
DIMENSIONE
La dimensione dello schermo deve essere adeguata alla distanza di visione e alle
dimensioni della sala di proiezione.
E’ bene considerare la seguente formula per il calcolo della dimensione ideale:
- distanza di visione = diagonale dello schermo.
Un altro parametro da prendere in considerazione è l’altezza della stanza.

mt da terra, di conseguenza la quota rimanente (fino al punto di fissaggio della
parte superiore) determinerà la massima altezza che lo schermo potrà avere.
Nota: la grandezza dello schermo può dipendere anche dalla luminosità del
proiettore. Schermi troppo grandi per proiettori poco potenti potrebbero generare
una scarsa qualità/brillantezza delle immagini.
TELA
Un altro parametro di scelta è il tipo di tela che verrà impiegata nella costruzione
del nostro schermo. Ogni tela presenta caratteristiche peculiari ed il relativo
impiego consente di superare determinate problematiche applicative. Ad esempio,
se lo schermo dovesse essere installato davanti a sorgenti luminose (es. finestre)
viene consigliato l’utilizzo della tela matte white che grazie al suo fondo di colore
nero, non permette il filtraggio della luce attraverso la tela. Nel caso in cui ci sia
una fonte sonora posizionata dietro lo schermo, verrà consigliata una tela provvista
di microforature (Punched holes e Micro-punched holes) che garantirà il passaggio
del suono. Nel caso di una retroproiezione, potrete scegliere tra due specifiche tele
(rear extra e rear plus) sviluppate appositamente per questo tipo di applicazione.
Il guadagno e l'angolo di visione rappresentano caratteristiche fondamentali e
sono riportati nella tabella seguente:

he Home Supreme is an electric screen dedicated to the Home Theatre market

and it is a valid alternative to the Tensioned screens mantaining same high quality
standards. A black drop on the top of the surface of projection allows to install the
screen in false ceiling and rooms with high ceiling because,in this way, the surface of
the projection will be positioned on the right height. Moreover, the side black borders
will provide a brighter and sharper image.

inema Pro Wide is a large scale electric screen and is the result

of mechanical research that has lasted several years. It is available
from 8 mt. to 12 mt. of width. This model is the best choice for
cinemas or theatres. It assures the possibility to join the need to
have projections and the alternative to play a performance on a
stage. The profile is a backbone equipped with 6 splines in which
mechanical screen components are inserted. Moreover, suitable
milled plates grant the possibility to achieve a light beam with
the desired length.The capstan - electric motor unit (the heart of
the screen) which is located in the middle of the structure beam,
transmits, by the approved cable, the rotation of the winding pipe
determining the rise or the descent of the cloth in a silent and safe
way.

nelle sale cinematografiche e nei teatri dove le proiezioni
si alternano a rappresentazioni teatrali ed altre situazioni
che richiedono la completa fruizione del palcoscenico.
Tale profilo è dotato di 6 scanalature nelle quali sono
infilate apposite piastrine filettate saldo-aggancio per
l’ancoraggio delle componenti meccaniche. Il gruppo
argano motore, cuore dello schermo, posizionato al
centro della trave strutturale, trasmette, tramite una
fune omologata, la rotazione del tubo di avvolgimento
determinando la salita e la discesa in modo silenzioso
e sicuro.
