After years of experience in Italy I decided to move to London to prove myself in an important new
reality as your business.
Reasons that motivate me to send an application to a leading company in the hospitality industry
are, most of all, my wish to improve my professional abilities as restaurant manager and experiment

In these months I have managed a brigade composed of 8 people performing both lunch and
dinner service. I handled the reservations, I have been involved in the organization of
banquets in collaboration with the Chef and the Sommelier; I also dealt with the relationship
with suppliers and the management of extra staff.
