Percorso su strada chiusa alle macchine. Partenza alle 17:30 : davanti all'Ufficio del Turismo di Névache
per la mezza maratona. Al ponte della Draye, a Val des Prés per lo 10km. Arrivo dei primi concorrenti da
18:05 per lo 10km e 18:35 per la Mezza maratona al Quartier BERWICK a Briançon Ste Catherine.

Ultime iscrizioni il sabato 09 agosto dalle 14:00 alle 19:00 e la domenica 10 agosto dalle 9:30 alle 14:30,
quartier BERWICK à Briançon Ste Catherine. Un ultimo posto di ritiro e iscrizione a Nevache per la
mezza maratona e a Val des prés per lo 10km dalle 15:00 alle 17:00, la domenica 10 agosto.

Rifornimenti e medici saranno presenti lungo il percorso. KM 5 : Plampinet / KM 11 : Val des Prés / KM
17 : la Vachette/Km 21 Arrivo 1 medico con veicolo, protezione civile all'arrivo e un ambulanza.
Tempo limite
Per causa di sicurezza, un cancello è previste alla Vachette 17 km, ogni atletico fuori 2 ore dopo la
partenza della gara si fermerà quà e non sarà classificato.

Premiazione
Per tutti : è compreso un regalo, una maglia finisher, l'invio del giornale con i risultati e un « buffet »
all'arrivo. Regali per i 3 primi di ogni categoria : Junior, sénior,V1,V2,V3,V4 per la mezza maratona e da
16 anni per il 10 km.
Cancellazione
Nessun rimborso, maglietta puo essere rimosso da un altra persona, non verranno effettuati spedizioni .
Traffico
Il10 agosto, la strada da Névache fino alla statale Briançon - Monginevro - Italia sarà chiusa nei due
direzioni:
- dalle 16:30 alle 17:15 da Névache fino alla strada per il colle della Scala.
- dalle 17:00 alle 19:00 dalla strada per il colle della Scala fino alla statale.

15h00 : partenza dei bus per Nevache,Val des Pres ( su prenotazione) - Quartier BERWICK.
15h30 - 16h30 : Ritiro paccheto gara mezza maratona - Salle Polyvalente di Névache
Ritiro paccheto gara 10 km - Ponte della Draye
17h00 : partenza della 39° mezza maratona Névache Briançon davanti l’Ufficio del Turismo di Névache
17h00 : partenza della 4° 10 km della Claree,Val des Pres, Ponte della Draye
17h35 : Arrivo del primo atleta al quartier Berwick, Briançon Ste Catherine
18h30 : Premiazoni 10 km della Claree e apertura del Buffet, quartier Berwick,briançon Ste Catherine

Condizioni di ammissione
Rispetto alla legge francese , necessario produrre una fotocopia della tessera sportiva FIDAL o di un
certificato medico (di meno di un anno) di idoneità all'atletismo (abbiamo l'obligazione di tenerlo mentre
une anno) . Un autorizzazione sotto 18 anni

Participation
Regarding french law, a copy of sport licence or medical examination (less than one year) certifying your
physical conditions for the race is compulsory. (The organizers must keep this copy for at least a year).
Parent consent form under 18 years old.
All Competitors must be covered by an individual accident insurance. The race is also covered by an
insurance.

Road closed for traffic. Start at 5.30pm in front of Nevache Tourist Office for Half Marathon and on
Draye bridge in Val des Prés for short distance. o dei primi concorrenti da 18:05 per lo 10km e 18:35 per
la Mezza maratona al Quartier BERWICK a Briançon Ste Catherine.
Bib and chip pick up
Late registrations on Saturday 09 august from 2pm to 7pm and Sunday 10th August from 9.30am to
2.30pm, quartier BERWICK à Briançon Ste Catherine. Last registration and race pack pick up in Nevache
for half marathon and in Val des prés for 10km from 3pm to 5pm on 10th of August.
Feeding and aid stations
Several feeding stations for dispensing of liquid, solid, or both. Medical assitance. Km 5 : Plampinet / Km
11 : Val des Prés / Km 17 : la Vachette/Km 21. Doctors and ambulance also on finish line.
Cut off's
Closing time : La Vachette 17 km, and any runner above 2 hours after start may stop and will not be
classified
Weather
In case the weather conditions are severe, the organisers reserve the rights to change the routing and
format, or part thereof, of any leg, race or day at any time during the event.
Prizing
Race T.shirt for finisher, newspaper with results and a « buffet » on finish (not included for short distance for sale 10 €). Presents/trophy for 3 first classified of each age group category : Espoir, absolute male and
female,V1,V2,V3,V4 for long distances and from 16 years old for short distance.
Cancellation
No payment back, your race shirt can be taken by another person, we cannot send it
