PIANO DI SUCCESSIONE DI GIMATIC, CHIARIFICATO
Gimatic S.p.A. con sede a Brescia, Italia, il 30.11.2013 è stata venduta alla società in partecipazione Xenon
Privat Equity. Il gruppo Gimatic ha raggiunto negli ultimi anni tassi di crescita oltre la media. Alle succursali aperte in passato all’Estero dovrebbero in futuro seguirne altre. In tal modo la specialista in meccatronica persegue il fine di una rapida internazionalizzazione, che in futuro sarà attivamente coadiuvata e
sostenuta dalla Xenon. Già dal novembre 2013 Gimatic ha infatti aperto una propria filiale a Shanghai,
Cina.
Giuseppe Bellandi e Giuseppe Maffeis, due degli azionisti venditori conservano pienamente la medesima
posizione nell’ italiana Gimatic S.p.A. Con gli amministratori delle società paesi-imprese non vi sono
cambiamenti nella struttura societaria.
Giuseppe Bellandi e Giuseppe Maffeis ritengono molto positiva questa assunzione da parte della Xenon.
Con il management Xenon essi vedono sostenuto ed assicurato il proprio scopo per un’ulteriore rapida
crescita del Gruppo Gimatic. Gli amministratori societari della Gimatic e delle società paesi-imprese si
associano all’idea: “ Con il sostegno della Xenon viene maggiormente spinto il pedale sull’acceleratore”.
Alle fiere autunnali dello scorso anno i nuovi prodotti Gimatic hanno avuto molto successo. Gimati è oggi
orgogliosa di offrire sul mercato il più ampio programma Gripper meccatronico“.
La società di partecipazione italo-svizzera con sede a Lugano e Milano lavora con un team composto da
professionisti dell’industria e del commercio. Xenon si è specializzata in particolare nella cooperazione
con imprese presso le quali è aperto un piano di successione. Le imprese, operanti prevalentemente nel
commercio B-to-B, devono possedere carattere industriale, tecnico, personale ben posizionato ed
evidenziare prodotti nonchè obbiettivi di mercato con un notevole potenziale di crescita.
SUCCESSION PLAN FOR GIMATIC IS DETECTED
Gimatic S.p.a with headquarters in Brescia, Italy, was sold to the Xenon Private Equity holding company
on the 30th November 2013. The Gimatic group had showed in the last years growth rates above the
average. Gimatic has founded subsidiaries in foreign countries and should be follow others in the nearest
future. Therfore the mechatronic specialist pursues the goal of a rapid internationalization, which will be
actively supported and attended by Xenon. In November founded Gimatic an own subsidiary in Shanghai,
China.
Giuseppe Bellandi and Giuseppe Maffeis, two of the sellers and former associate, will remain fully in
charge in the same position. The relationship with the associated partners and managing directors of the
subsidiaries will no change.
Giuseppe Bellandi and Giuseppe Maffeis see the take over of Xenon very positive. Xenon will lead the
Group to further rapid growth. The managing directors of the subsidiaries see this in the same way.
Actually during the last autumn’s fairs Gimatic showed its new products and the have been successful.
Gimatic is very proud of its range of mechatronic grippers, the largest in the currently market.
The Swiss – Italian equity holding with offices at Lugano and Milano is working with a team of specialists
who have industrial and commercial background. Xenon is specialized in the takeover of companies
which do not have a natural successor or where the ownership wants to implement a succession plan.
Xenon acquires companies in the B&B market mainly, which must have industrial-technical background,
good human resources and an high growth potential.
