PRESS & MEDIA APPLICATION FORM
To apply for a press or photo pass, please read the guidelines below and complete the Official Application Form below. Please remember this is only a request, and
it may not be approved.
In order to be considered for press or photo credentials, you MUST BE ON ASSIGNMENT with coverage secured. We will not accept ANY applications from
freelance photographers or writers who are not officially on assignment for a publication.
• PLEASE SUBMIT APPLICATION BY JUNE 19, 2015. We will not review or consider applications received after this date. Walk-up requests for press credentials will
not be granted. You will be notified of your application status by June 26, 2015. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
• PHOTOGRAPHERS ON ASSIGNMENT: Any photographer wishing to apply for a photo pass must be on assignment. We will only credential photographers with
SLR, detachable lens cameras. “Point-and-shoot” cameras will not be permitted, a policy enforced by security.
• ONLINE: Limited credentials are available for online and bloggers. Please help us by providing detailed information about the website on a separate sheet.
• PRINT MEDIA: All attending media MUST be on assignment with coverage secured. We will be contacting your editor to confirm your assignment upon submitting
your application.
• FOR PROFIT: $250.00 fee. Any photographer wishing to apply for a photo pass for profit must apply as a commercial photographer. Film/TV and Documentary is
considered commercial. Payment must be payable to: Navajo Nation, in money order format only.
