PRODOTTO : FPT 43 FONDO POLIESTERE A SPRUZZO GRIGIO
Mastice a spruzzo catalizzato
Fondo adatto a livellare piccole asperità delle superfici da verniciare rendendole
uniformi , compatte e non assorbenti, assicurando così un risultato perfetto alle
mani di vernice che verranno applicate in seguito.
PREPARAZIONE DEL SUPPORTO- APPLICAZIONE
Applicare stucco metallico SPT 10 o fondo epossidico Epocril 01 a seconda della
superficie da trattare e far asciugare perfettamente in profondità per almeno 24 ore.
Dopo questo intervallo di tempo si può applicare il fondo catalizzandolo in misura
del 2% circa con relativo indurente Mek perossido. Diluire con diluente nitro nella
misura del 25-30% e applicare il prodotto a spruzzo.
Applicare con temperature comprese tra i +10°C. e i + 28°C.
Non applicare su superfici assolate, umide, calde o gelide ed in presenza di forte
vento o con umidità relativa superiore al 65%.

STOCCAGGIO
Il prodotto deve essere stoccato nei suoi contenitori originali, al riparo dal gelo e ad una
temperatura minima di +5°C. e max di +35°C. Il prodotto tenuto nelle condizioni su
descritte ha una stabilità di 12 mesi.

FPT 43 POLYESTER SPRAY UNDERCOAT
Catalyzed mastic by spray
It is an undercoat suitable to level small asperity of surfaces to paint, giving them
a regular , compact and not absorbent aspect , giving a perfect result also to the
strata of paint which will be applied in a second time.
PREPARATION OF THE REST
Apply metallic stucco SPT 10 or epoxy undercoat EPOCRIL 01 according to the
surface to treat and let it to dry perfectly in deep for at least 24 hours.
After this time you can apply the undercoat catalyzed at 2% with the ralated catalyst
Mek peroxide.
Dilute with nitrous thinner at 25-30% and apply the product by spray-gun.
Apply with temperature included into +10°C. and +28°C.
Do not apply on hot, wet, frost surfaces , with strong wind or with an humidity higher
than 65%.

STORAGE
The product must be stored in their original tins. It is better to store at a temperature

original packing.
