La sfida si fa di stagione in stagione più aspra ma Guerciotti ne raccoglie il guanto da
oltre 40 anni, mettendo a frutto laboriosità e competenza, estro e creatività, in una parola
il talento. Gli effetti sono ben visibili: le bici da corsa che escono con la griffe Guerciotti
sono inconfondibili, altrettanti gioielli messi a disposizione di chi le opziona e le acquista,
fiero di aver scelto un marchio che libera energie, in nome del cuore e dell’emozione,
due sentimenti che animano le iniziative di ogni grande artigiano.

Nella gamma 2011 Guerciotti ha introdotto un nuovo concetto per la realizzazione
dei telai di altissima gamma: NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING.
I due modelli rappresentatitivi di questo modello sono stati Eclipse e Eureka.
Entrambi i modelli hanno ottenuto la risposta che si voleva dal mercato. Sono stati
tra i modelli corsa più apprezzati nel mercato ciclo e sono stati la testimonianza
della bontà e dell’affidabilità del progetto NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING.
Eureka è stato utilizzato nella recente stagione professionistica 2011 dal Team
Miche Guerciotti e testimonial d’eccezione sono stati Stefan Schumacher e
Costantino Zaballa, vittoriosi in numerose corse. Non è un caso, che, la fornitura
al team del modello Eureka corrisponda ad una delle stagioni più brillanti del team
in tutti gli anni da cui è presente nel panorama professionistico.
Il modello Eclipse è stato utilizzato dall’atleta russa, Tatiana Antoshina (team Gauss)
protagonista all’ultimo Giro d’Italia femminile ed è la bicicletta del ritorno alle corse
di Davide Rebellin, subito brilllante e protagonista con il Team Miche Guerciotti.
Lo stesso Lembeek, altra creazione del progetto NO LIMIT CARBON
ENGINEERING, è risultato subito vittorioso grazie al titolo italiano under 23
conquistato da Elia Silvestri e dalla vittoria della Coppa del Mondo Donne Elite da
parte della bellissima olandese Sanne Van Passen.
Questo rappresenta un’ulteriore conferma come i prodotti creati da Guerciotti
mettano a proprio agio i corridori per sprigionare tutta la loro classe e potenza per
conquistare la vittoria.
L’esperienza di atleti di questo livello ha contributo, come ogni anno, ad introdurre
con la gamma nuova un nuovo modello dalle elevate performance e dagli
elevatissimi standard qualitativi. Nel 2012 Guerciotti introduce una nuova versione
aggiuntiva del modello Eclipse: Eclipse Plus.
Nella gamma 2012 Guerciotti ripropone un modello che ha avuto enorme
successo negli anni passati: Cartesio. Come accaduto nella stagione 2011 dove
Guerciotti ha riproposto Eureka, nel 2012 Cartesio viene riproposto agli amanti
della stella.
Cartesio ha rappresentato il primo progetto monoscocca di Guerciotti; oggi,
invece, rappresenta il nuovo modello di entrata di gamma per il carbonio, con un
design molto corsaiolo e con contenuti tecnici non paragonabili ad un’entrata di
gamma. Chiunque possiederà il nuovo Cartesio non pedalerà su un prodotto entry
evel, ma su una bici da corsa altamente competitiva ed accattivante.
Su questo modello i tecnici Guerciotti hanno preferito puntare su scelte tecniche
classiche come lo sterzo 1-1/8, scatola movimento standard e cavi esterni, per
mantenere un peso del telaio non elevato. Poiché anche chi acquista una bici di
entrata di gamma, chiede una bici leggera.
Anche nell’alluminio Guerciotti introduce nel 2012 un nuovo modello entry level:
Antares.
Per le stesse ragioni con cui è stato introdotto il modello Cartesio, Guerciotti ha
puntato a realizzare un modello di entrata di gamma per l’alluminio molto più
elegante e da caratteristiche tecniche e di performance che per alcuni aspetti
non hanno niente di economico (a parte il prezzo). Antares è stato realizzato con
tubazioni in alluminio hydroforming 6061.
In the range 2011 Guerciotti introduced a new concept for the production of high range framesets: NO LIMIT CARBON
ENGINEERING.
The two models representing this new concept were Eclipse and Eureka. Both the models got the wished answer from the
market. These two models were two of the models for road racing more appreciated in the cycling market and they are the
testimony of the goodness of the NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING project.
Eureka has been used in the last professional season 2011 by the Team Miche Guerciotti and testimonials have been Stefan
Schumacher and Costantino Zaballa, winners in many races.
It is no coincidence that the supply to the team of eureka model corresponds to one of his most brilliant seasons in all the
years which is present on the professional circuit.
The model Eclipse has been used from the russian rider Tatiana Antoshina (Team Gauss) protagonist in the last Giro d’Italia
and it has been the bike of the Davide Rebellin’s coming back to the races, immediately brilliant and protagonist with the
Team Miche Guerciotti.
Other product from the NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING project, Lembek has been immediately winner with Elia
Silvestri (italian champion Under 23) and Sanne Van Passen (winner of cyclocross world cup elite women).
This shows like all the products created by Guerciotti put all the riders in the best conditions to release their whole class and
power for the victory.
The experience of athletes of this level have contributed, as every year, to introduce with the new range new models with
higher performance and very high quality standard.
In the 2012 Guerciotti introduce a new added version of the model Eclipse: Eclipse Plus.
In the 2012 range Guerciotti proposes a model who got a big success in the past years: Cartesio. Like happened with
Eureka in the 2011 range, Cartesio is proposed again in a new version for all the cycling lovers of the Guerciotti star.
Cartesio represented the first project of a monocoque frame in the 2005 range and now it represents the new entry level
model for carbon fiber, with a real racer design and with tech features not comparable with others low range carbon
frames. Everyone will be owner of a new Cartesio will not seem to ride with an entry level product, but on a competitive
and real fashion bike.
In this new model the Guerciotti R&D has preferred to focus on classic technical features like the aheadset tube / fork 1-1/8,
standard BB shell and external cable, in order to keep also a lower weight. These features in order to get a lighter bike.
Also for the alluminum Guerciotti introduces a new model in the 2012 range as entry level : Antares.
For the same reasons of the new model Cartesio, Guerciotti has aimed to create a model of entry level for the aluminum
much more elegant and with technical characteristics and performance aspects that have nothing to loss to a medium range.
Antares has been produced with alloy hydroforming tubing 6061.
Il progetto NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING rappresenta il nuovo progetto nella
produzione di telai di altissima gamma in carbonio che Guerciotti ha introdotto nel
2011.
Questo concetto rappresenta il primo tassello di una serie di evoluzioni che
rivoluzioneranno il mercato del ciclo. Partnerships cruciali con aziende produttrici
del carbonio per settori ad alta tecnologia ed affidabilità (aerospaziale e formula
1), un know how di assoluto primo piano e i risultati ottenuti sui campi di gara
hanno portato a creare il primo step di una serie di prodotti che non avranno
veramente limiti.
NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING fonda le sue basi proprio sulle caratteristiche
dei materiali compositi. Il carbonio ha in sé tutte le caratteristiche fisiche e
meccaniche necessarie per ottimizzare in un telaio da corsa le doti primarie che lo
stesso deve possedere: leggerezza, comfort, rigidità torsionale e reattività estrema.
Partendo da questo concetto base, NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING è un
progetto che punta alla realizzazione di nuovi prodotti, seguendo i necessari
presupposti tecnici, tra cui la resistenza nel tempo, in modo da garantire la massima
resa meccanica e garanzia di un risultato valido.
Tutti hanno definito la tecnologia monoscocca come la sola per poter ottenere la
maggior leggerezza e la maggior rigidità per un telaio.
NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING è nato però per rompere queste barriere e
per andare oltre. Per ottenere un telaio sempre più leggero, ma ancor più sicuro
e affidabile.
Il peso ha sempre rappresentato il maggior limite dei telai fasciati. Soluzioni
di questo tipo sono sempre risultate più pesanti rispetto a telai monoscocca di
gamma equivalente. Il monoscoccca è sempre stato visto dal mercato come l’unica
soluzione per l’altissimo di gamma.
Ma questo accadeva in passato, ora con NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING
tutto ciò è sorpassato e tutte le massime caratteristiche che si potevano ottenere da
un telaio monoscocca oggi si possono ottenere con la tecnologia del fasciato e
sono disponibili a tutti con Elicpse ed Eclipse Plus.
Il progetto NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING è stato concepito nel 2008
quando Guerciotti è tornata a giocare un ruolo da protagonista al Giro d’Italia
con Gilberto Simoni.
Le sfide a puntare a traguardi sempre più ambiziosi ha contribuito a sviluppare una
serie di progetti di cui il Simoni Replica 2008 era solo un embrione.
Michele Scarponi nel 2010, giungendo 4° al Giro d’Italia (vincendo la tappa
regina dell’Aprica) ha rappresentato l’ultimo vero test per poter dar vita a questo
progetto finale, nella passata collezione 2011.
Eclipse ha rappresentato la principale novità della gamma 2011 ed in questa
gamma 2012 viene affiancato da Eclipse Plus. Entrambi si fondano su tutti i
cardini di NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING: scelta della migliore materia
prima, innovativa tecnologia di produzione, design e qualità italiana, rigorosi test
e controllo qualità.
The project NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING represents the new concept of
production of high range carbon frame that Guerciotti introduced in the 2011.
This concept represents only the first element of a set of products which will
revolutionize the cycle market. Crucial partenships with companies producing
carbon fibers for sectors of high technology and realiability (aerospace and
Formula 1), a leading knowhow and the results obtained in racing events have
lead to creating the first step of a series of products which really have no limits.
NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING lays its foundations precisely on the
characteristics of the composite materials. Carbon fiber contains all the necessary
physical and mechanical characteristics to optimise the primary qualites which
a racing bicycle frame should have: lightness, comfort, torsional stiffness and
extreme responsiveness. Starting from this basic concept NO LIMIT CARBON
ENGINEERING is a project which aims at realizing new products by following
the necessary technical prerequisites, among which the resistance in time, in order
to ensure the maximum mechanical performance and valid results.
Everybody has defined the monocque technology as the only possible solution to
be able to obtain a frame with greater lightness and greater stiffness.
NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING was however conceived to break these
barries and to move further. To obtain an increasingly lighter frame while ensuring
greater safety and reliability. Weight was always represented the biggest limit
of wrapped frames. Solutions of this type have always turned out to be heavier
compared to monocoque frames of an equivalent range.
The monocoque has always been considered by the market as the only solution
for top of the range products. But this happened in the past. Now, with NO LIMIT
CARBON ENGINEERING all this has become outdated and all the maximum
characteristics that could be obtained from a monocoque frame can be obtained
today with the wrapped frame technology and they are available to anyone with
Eclipse and Eclipse Plus.
NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING was conceived in 2008, when Guerciotti
got back to playing a leading role at the Giro d’Italia with Gilberto Simoni.
The challenge of directing it’s effort towards increasingly ambitious targets has
helped Guerciotti in developing a series of projects of which the Simoni Replica
of 2008 was only in its embryonic stage. Michele Scarponi in the 2010, getting
the 4° position in the Giro d’Italia (winning the most important stage at Aprica)
has represented the last crucial test in order to create this final project, in the last
collection 2011.
Eclipse has represented the main new in the 2011 range and in this range 2012
is flanked by Eclipse Plus. Both the models are based on the principles of NO
LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING: selection of the best raw material, innovative
production technology, italian design and quality, strict tests and quality control.
Con questo nuovo sistema RAW MATERIAL QUALITTY TESTING, Guerciotti si prefigge prima di tutto
di scegliere i migliori materiali presenti sul mercato, attraverso un sistema di ricerca e studio qualità,
scegliendo il perfetto mix tra le varie fibre per ottenere il massimo risultato possibile per l’utilizzo a cui
sono destinati.
With this new RAW MATERIAL QUALITY TESTING system, Guerciotti intends first of all to select the best
materials available on the market using a quality search and study system, by selecting the perfect mix
among the various fibers in order to obtain the best possible results for the intended use.
Il progetto NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING introduce un innnovativo sistema di fasciatura chiamato
LIGHTNESS WRAPPED CARBON TECHNOLOGY, con il quale diventa fondamentale il posizionamento
delle pelli, che è molto importante per dare le principali caratteristiche meccaniche al telaio. Le pelli
vengono sovrapposte in modo da orientare più filamenti lungo le linee di sollecitazione. Infatti, intrecci e
sovrapposizioni delle pelli in carbonio permettono di modificare il rendimento meccanico della struttura
e di alcune parti di esse.
Elemento fondamentale è rappresentato dall’estetica. Con questo nuovo sistema di fasciatura, si ottiene
un telaio che esteticamente è come un monoscocca, senza più avere visibili i segni della lavorazione.
L’estetica così ben fatta è frutto di un laborioso e metodico sistema totalmente fatto a mano unito ad un
particolare ed esclusivo procedimento di resinatura.
The NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING project introduce and innovating wrapping system called
LIGHTNESS WRAPPED CARBON TECHNOLOGY with which the positioning of carbon fiber skins
assumes an essential role, as this is very important to give the frame its main mechanical chracteristics.
The skins are superimposed so as to orientate more filaments along the stress lines. In fact, by
interweaving and superimposing carbon fiber skins it is possible to modify the mechanical efficiency of
the structure and of some of its parts.
Appearance represents an important element. With this new wrapping system it is possible to obtain
a frame which is aesthetically is like a monocoque, no longer showing any working marks. Such a
remarkable appearance is the result of an arduous and methodical system, completely hand made,
combined with a particular and exclusive resin tapping process.
Il CLS CARBON DESIGN (Comfort-Lightness-Stiffness) è il sistema ideato da Guerciotti per lo studio del
miglior design tale da aumentare le perfomance del telaio nelle parti più delicate ed importanti. Elementi
fondamentali per un telaio di altissima gamma sono appunto il comfort nella guida associato comunque
a leggerezza e rigidità. L’obiettivo è infatti avere il più alto rapporto tra queste tre componenti.
La realizzazione del particolare design dei posteriori verticali del modello Eclipse, Eclipse Plus ed Eureka
è stato appunto studiato per conferire comfort, rigidità e leggerezza.
La nervatura all’interno dei posteriori orizzontali di Eclipse ed Eclipse Plus servono a dare ulteriore
resistenza a compressione e trazione al fodero, che si traduce in maggiore rigidità.
The CLS CARBON DESIGN (Comfort-Lightness-Stiffness) is the system created by Guerciotti which
represents the study of the best design to increase the efficiency of the frame in its more delicate and
importat parts. In fact, the fundamental elements of a top of the range frame are the riding comfort
associated in any case to lightness and stiffness. The objective is to obtain the best ratio between these
three constituents. The particular design of the seat stays of the Eclipse, Eclipse Plus and Eureka models
was realized on the basis of the study aimed at giving comfort, lightness and stiffness.
The ribbing inside the chain stays of Eclipse and Eclipse Plus serves to convey greater resistance to
compression and traction to the sheath which renders a greater stiffness.
Nei modelli Eclipse ed Eclipse Plus è utilizzato un innovativo sistema di forcellini integrati. I forcellini
sono in carbonio ed escono dallo stampo integrati al carro, non sono quindi incollati, mentre vengono
fissati ai verticali mediante fasciatura. Agli stessi forcellini sono fissate delle placchette di protezione in
alluminio anodizzate e quella destra fa anche da attacco cambio. In caso di caduta la sua particolare
forma a forchetta riduce al minimo i casi in cui è necessaria la sua sostituzione, che resta comunque
molto semplice.
The new system of integrated drop-outs has been adopted for the models Eclipse and Eclipse Plus. The
drop-outs are made in carbon filber and they come out from the mould already interegrated in the rear
/chainstay. They are therefore not glued but fixed to the vertical tubes by wrapping. Small protection
plats in anodized aluminium are mounted on the drop-outs and the right drop-out is used to mount the
gear. Its particular fork shape reduces to the bare minimum the need for its replacement in case of fall.
The replacement, in any case, is extremely simple.
Eclipse Plus nasce con tutti i concetti produttivi presenti nel
progetto NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING. Eclipse Plus è
stato concepito soprattutto per essere destinato ad un numero di
utenti maggiore, con caratteristiche fisiche e di corsa diversi da
chi chiede l’estrema leggerezza fornita da Eclipse
Ma le caratteristiche di ECLIPSE PLUS non sono rappresentate
solo dalla resistenza a maggiori pesi dell’utilizzatore. Questo
nuovo modello è stato studiato per incorporare degli upgraded
tecnici ed estetici che lo rendono per alcuni aspetti superiore ad
Eclipse. Mantenendo i medesimi posteriori verticali ed orizzontali
di Eclipse (che sono fondamentali per la leggerezza e la rigidità
di entrambi i modelli) si è studiato un triangolo con design più
importante e differenti spessori tali da ottenere una maggiore
resistenza meccanica.
Risultato ottenuto grazie al CLS CARBON DESIGN.
Caratteristiche principali di questo modello sono una scatola
movimento press-fit per aumentare la rigidità del telaio e adottando
la soluzione di cavi interni che rende molto più elegante e fashion
l’intero design del telaio.
Sempre grazie al concetto RAW MATERIAL QUALITY TESTING
si è effettuata un’attenta analisi dell’utilizzo dei materiali nella
costruzione di Eclipse Plus per raggiungere gli obiettivi cui
Guerciotti si era prefissata.
I materiali usati per Eclipse Plus sono i medesimi utilizzati per il
modello eclipse. Il carbonio utilizzato è Toray. Il tessuto esterno è
3K plain M49 della Hexcel, l’unidirezionale all’interno è M46J
dell’Advanced. Il tubo obliquo è un insieme di HR40 e M64
materiali che conferiscono una notevole rigidità a torsione al tubo
ed una maggiore resistenza agli urti. L’utilizzo della fibra HM46J,
fibra UD, è presente solo nell’obliquo per conferire più resistenza
a torsione. Infatti, in base a prove fatte in laboratorio e sui campi
di gara, l’obliquo è il tubo che, se ben realizzato, impedisce
il fastidioso effetto di vibrazione ad alte velocità. L’utilizzo di
materiali come l’M46J e dell’ HM64 nella costruzione di Eclipse
Plus ed Eclipse, permettono dei risultati altissimi tra cui, i più
importanti, sono rappresentati dalla resistenza a trazione (210
kg/mm2) e quella a compressione (72.5kg/mm2).
L’utilizzo di queste fibre per realizzare questi tubi permettono di
ottenere dei valori di resistenza meccanica a trazione paragonabili
ad un acciao. Il loro utilizzo fa si che il telaio oltre alla notevole
rigidità sia molto resistente agli urti ed alle sollecitazioni gravose.
Tutte le innovazioni inserite sul nuovo modello Eclipse Plus, che
portano a maggiori lavorazioni, maggior uso di materiali non
hanno limitato comunque la leggerezza di questo modello,
arrivando a un peso del telaio di soli 950 grammi, ma disponibile
anche per atleti fino a 95 kg.
Tutte queste modifiche e innovazioni apportate hanno permesso
di rendere disponibile Eclipse Plus anche per Shimano Dura-ace
DI2.
Eclipse plus is born with all the production concepts inside the
project NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING. First of all Eclipse
Plus has been created inteded to be a larger numbers of users,
with physical and racer characteristics different from the normal
users of Eclipse.
The features of Eclispe Plus are not only the resistance to higher
weight by the users. This new model has been designed to
incorporate the technical and aestethic upgrated who makes it
for some aspects superior to Eclipse.
Keeping the same seatstay and chainstay design (who are
fundamental for the lightness guaranteed by the both models) it
has been designed a triangle with a stronger shape’s design and
with differents thicknesses to get an higher mechanic resistance.
Result got thanks to the CLS CARBON DESIGN.
Eclipse Plus keeps also some new important features. This new
model provides a BB shell press-fit to increase the frame’s
stifnesss. The solution of internal cable makes much more elegant
and fashion the entire frame. Always thanks to RAW MATERIAL
QUALITY TESTING, it has been made a careful analysis of the
use of materials in the construction of the Eclipse Plus to achieve
the objectives that we set the Guerciotti goal.
The material used for Eclipse Plus are the same used for the
model Eclipse.
The cabon fiber used for Eclipse is Toray. The external fabric is
3K plain M49 produced by Hexcel, the unidirectional inside is
M46J produced by Advanced. The downtube is a combination
of HR40 and M64 materials which confer a great torsion
stiffness to the tube and an high resistance to impacts. The
HM46J fiber and the UD fiber is used in the downtube to confer
more resistance to torsion. In fact, based on the results of tests
carried out in laboratories and in the field during racing events,
when it is properly made, the downtube prevents the bothersome
vibration effect at high speeds.
The use of materials such as the M46J and the HM64 in the
construction of Eclipse and Eclipse Plus allow to obtain very
satisfactory results, the most important of which are the resistance
to traction (210kg/mm2) and the resistance to compression
(72.5 kg/mm2). The use of these fibres to manufacture these
tubes enables mechanical resistance to traction values which can
be compared to those of a steel tube. By using them, besides
having a considerable stiffness, the frame also becomes more
resistant to impacts and to heavy stress.
All these innovations included in the new Eclipse Plus, leading
to higher processing and greater use of materials they have no
limited the lightness of this model, reaching anyway a frame’s
weight of 950 gramms, but available also for riders with weight

Eureka is built by using carbon High Modulus SHM. By applying the RAW MATERIAL
QUALITY TESTING the best carbon fibers available on the market have been used, among
which the IM600 and the UM40.
To obtain the best possible product we have applied the FEA model (Five Forces Finite
Element Analysis) to get the frame and fork which fulfil the high requirements of torsional
stiffness resistance to impact, safety and lightness.
Moreover, in order to design the excellent dynamic performance of Eureka we have
applied the measurement and dynamic analysis system (DMA) Somat 2100 to analyse the
relation between speed and time during riding conditions.

L’evoluzione di Gemini per il 2012 è rappresentata dalla predisposizione per il nuovo
Shimano Ultegra Glossy DI2. Gemini è un telaio monoscocca costruito con fibra di carbonio
TR50S di Mistubishi, uno dei due leader mondiali nella produzione del carbonio.
Il carbonio è in trama 12 K alto modulo 24 ton. Gemini è stato progettato in modo tale da
essere un telaio con un peso accettabile con massima resistenza ed affidabilità. La costruzione del telaio prevede cinque pelli di carbonio in numerose parti del telaio, e per le zone
più critiche anche un maggior numero per avere maggiore resistenza. Questa costruzione
permette così di ottenere un telaio affidabilissimo anche dal punto di vista del peso, in
modo tale da resistere anche a pesi elevati del consumatore finale. Gemini è quindi il telaio
per ogni tipo di consumatore. La soluzione dei cavi interni, oltre al tubo sterzo a spessori
differenziati, rende inoltre questo telaio dal punto di vista tecnico e del design a livello di
telai di alta gamma.

The Gemini’s evolution for the 2012 is represented by the predisposition for the new Shimano
Ultegra Glossy DI2. Gemini is a monocoque frame built with Mitsubishi TR50S carbon fiber,
one of the world leading manufacturers of carbon fiber.
The carbon fiber is in a 12 K texture High module 24 ton. Gemini was designed to be a
frame with an acceptable weight and with maximum resistance and reliability.
The frame construction requires five carbon fiber skins placed in numerous parts of the frame,
and a greater number placed in the critical points in order to ensure a greater resistance.
In this way, it is possible to obtain with this construction an extremely reliable frame also as far
as weight is concerned, so as to be able to bear also the weight of heavier end users.
Gemini is therefore a frame which is suitable for any type of user. The solution of internal
cables, together with oversize aheadset tube, place this frame in terms of technical and design
features at the same level of high range frameset.

Lembeek è stato introdotto nel 2011 per il 25° anniversario dalla vittoria del secondo mondiale
di ciclocross vinto da Vio Di Tano a Lembeek. Ad oggi, Lembeek rappresenta il massimo per
la disciplina più spettacolare del fuoristrada. Lembeek è estremamente leggero e possiede una
elevata rigidità capace di assorbire tutte le vibrazioni in corsa (elemento fondamentale in una
disciplina come il ciclocross). Lembeek è un telaio monoscocca che presenta i medesimi concetti
di produzione e di utilizzo di materiali di Eureka (seguento il Raw Material Quality Testing).
Come accaduto negli ultimi anni, Guerciotti porta le soluzioni tecniche utilizzate sul corsa anche
sul fuoristrada, in modo da avere due telai del medesimo livello per entrambe le discipline.
Ovviamente, studio delle geometrie, design dei tubi e dei posteriori sono poi modificati in base
alle esigenze del ciclocross per ottenere prima di tutto un telaio affidabile a tutte le sollecitazioni
provocate dall’utilizzo in questa disciplina. Prodotto ovviamente utilizzato dal plurititolato Team

Leembek has been introduced in the 2011 range in occasion of the 25° anniversary of the second
cyclocross world championships won by Vito Di Tano at Lembeek.
At today, Lembeek represents the maximum for the most spectacular discipline in off-road.
Lembeek is extremely light and stiffness capable of absorbing all the vibrations in racing (which is a
fundamental element in a discipline like cyclocross).
Lembeek is a monocoque frame who represent all the productions concepts and use of material
of Eureka (following the Raw Material Qualitty Testing). As happened in the past years, Guerciotti
brings the tech solutions used in the road racing also in the off – road, in order to get two models of
maximum performance in both the disciplines. Obviously, the study of geometries, the design of tubes
and stays are than modified according to the requirements of cyclocross in order to obtain first of all a
reliable frame capable of withstanding all the stresses caused by its use in this discipline. This product
had been used by the multi title holder Team Selle Italia Guerciotti and by the riders Elia Silvestri and
Sanne Van Passen.

Lunar è il telaio da competizione per le gare contro il tempo di Guerciotti. Lunar è stato
utilizzato nel 2011 da Stefan Schumacher ed è stata la sua arma vincente per trionfare in
numerose corse a cronometro. Nel 2012 Lunar si arricchisce di un’ulteriore colorazione,
utilizzata appunto da Schumacher.
Lunar è un telaio monoscocca in carbonio ad altissimo
modulo T800S 3K. I materiali utlizzati hanno permesso
di ottenere un telaio dall’elevata rigidità e guidabilità,
aspetti fondamentali che si traducono in miglioramenti
tangibili dei risultati dove ogni frazione di secondo può

Lunar is the top of the Time Trial range in the Guerciotti catalogue. Lunar has been
used by the team Miche Guerciotti in the prof season 2011 and it has been the winning
weapon for Stefan Schumacher to win many Time Trial races. In the 2012 Lunar is
enriched by a new colour, used by Stefan Schumacher in this season.
Lunar is a monocoque frame in High module T800S 3K carbon fiber. The materials
used and the innovative design of Lunar have enabled to obtain a frame offering
great stiffness and ease of handling. These are fundamental factors which bring about
tangible improvements to results in a discipline where every fraction of a second counts
to determine success. The solution of internal cables both in the top and down tubes,

Andromeda risulta essere un telaio aerodinamico, slanciato, confortevole e nello stesso
tempo compatto, indicato per tutte le esigenze dell’MTB. Grazie all’uso di materiali ad
alto modulo e a particolari rinforzi inseriti nella parte anteriore del tubo sterzo e nel tubo
orizzontale e diagonale vengono assicurati rigidità e precisione di guida, oltre ad una

Andromeda has been realized using carbon Rayon Mitsubishi with MR60 30T fibers and
by studying the best geometries capable of ensuring manoeuvrability and ease of handling. Andromeda proves to be an aerodynamic, slender, comfortable and at the same
time compact frame, suitable for all the requirements of the MTB. Stiffness and handling

Unico 1 è un marchio creato da Diego Murari, un ragazzo di 43 anni, al quale, nel 2006, hanno
diagnosticato una malattia incurabile, dandogli solo pochi mesi di vita. Invece, oggi, è ancora qui
a lottare e combattere. Dopo aver condiviso le sue riflessioni con alcuni amici sportivi, ha preso
corpo l’idea di costituire una fondazione, denominata “Fondazione Unico1 – Onlus”, che ha quale scopo principale quello di aiutare tutte le persone che, come Diego, dopo essere state colpite da
gravi malattie, stanno lottando ogni giorno per sopravvivere e non possono permettersi, a causa
del loro costo, quelle cure che darebbero loro un futuro. Le attività della Fondazione sono finanziate, oltre alle donazioni, dai proventi derivanti dalla promozione del marchio “Unico 1”, che

Guerciotti ha sposato in pieno questo progetto creando la propria linea di merchandising ed abbigliamento tempo libero con il marchio Unico 1 e, oggi, presentando un’ampia gamma di biciclette
destinata a tutti gli utilizzi: Corsa, Single Speed e Trekking.
Also in the catalogue 2012 Guerciotti presents the range of bicycles with the Unico 1 brand.
Unico 1 is a trademark created by Diego Murari, a young 43 year old man, to whom doctors
diagnosed an incurable disease in 2006, giving him only a few months to live. Instead,
today he is still here fighting valiantly. After having shared his thoughts with some sport-loving
friends, the idea to create a foundation materialized and it was established under the name of
“Fondazione Unico 1 - Onlus”, the main objective of which is to help all those who, after having
been affected by serious illnesses like Diego, are fighting every day to survive and who, because
of the high costs involved, cannot afford to pay for the cures which would give them a future.
Beside donations, the activities of the foundation are financed by the proceeds deriving from the
promotion of the Unico 1 trademark which, among other activities, will be used for a new line of
sportswear and gadgets. Many personalities in the sport world have embraced Diego’s cause:
Ivan Cordoba, Francesco Toldo, Kristian Ghedina, Roberto Baggio, Javier Zanetti, Silvio Fauner,
Gianni Bugno, Michele Scarponi, Gilberto Simoni, Francesco Ginanni e Tatiana Guderzo;
beside many italian serie A football teams. Guerciotti has fully embraced this project by creating
its own line of merchandising and casual wear under the trademark Unico 1 and also by
presenting today a new range of bicycles who has been created for all the uses: road racing,
