E’ disponibile in due versioni:
Versione HT, è anche chiamato “plug & play”, in quanto già completamente allestito con gli accessori necessari per
il funzionamento del compressore (alimentazione e pannello di controllo, compressore d’aria, stoccaggio gas con
pannello di priorità, sistema di filtraggio e misura del gas); con questa versione si possono ridurre significativamente i
tempi ed i costi d’installazione e grazie alla sua compattezza è particolarmente adatto nei casi in cui è disponibile uno
spazio minimo in stazione;
Versione DB, è particolarmente adatto per le applicazioni dove la dimensione e la posizione dello stoccaggio non

the series CUBOGAS 2A is the best choice for public or private stations for fast or slow refueling of light vehicles. It’s
available in two versions:
HT version, that can also be called “plug & play” as it is fully set up with all the accessories needed for the functioning
of the compressor system (power and control panel, air compressor, storage with priority panel, filtering system and
gas measurement); with this version you can significantly reduce the time and cost of installation and thanks to its
compact size it is particularly suitable in those cases where a minimun space is required at the station;
DB version, which is particularly suitable for those applications where the size and location of storage are not compatible with a “built in” solution; being a version without internal storage, its dimensions are more compact than the HT
version;
Both versions can be supplied in an “S” configuration that includes sound / weather proof canopy and a “P” configuration in which the compressor system is completely set up on a skid with no canopy, so it can be installed inside a
building or under a protective roof.

Per questo erogatore sono disponibili le versioni con tubo singolo e doppio: i tubi flessibili si trovano nella struttura
interna al fine di ridurre l’ingombro. E’ dotato di mandrini montati ergonomicamente e disponibili in varie configurazioni,
compresi NGV1, NGV2 e altri per usi specifici.
Il multidispenser rappresenta la scelta migliore per una moderna stazione di servizio a distribuzione multipla di carburanti: può rifornire fino a cinque differenti tipi di combustibile, carburanti tradizionali e metano. Questo distributore
risponde perfettamente alla crescente domanda di carburanti alternativi ed ecologici: con la sua forma ergonomica è
elegante e attraente, nonché pratico e compatto.
CNG DISPENSER
The Global Star CNG dispenser features a high profile cabinet built to withstand
even harsh forecourt conditions while maintaining its attractive appearance.
Single and dual-hose models are offered for this dispenser: it’s flexible hoses are
located in the internal frame in order to reduce wearing. It’s available in a single or
dual lane and in high and low speed configuration: it can also be set from one to
three pressure levels.
It’s equipped with ergonomically mounted nozzle holsters and available with variety of nozzle configurations, including NGV1, NGV2 and others suitable for specific
country usage.
The Global Star Multiproduct dispenser represent the best choice for a modern multi
fuel station: it can fill up to five different fuels, conventional liquid fuels and CNG. This
dispenser perfectly satisfies the growing demand for alternative and ecological fuels:

Al fine di avere una gamma completa di produzione, una delle linee di assemblaggio è
totalmente dedicata alla produzione ed al collaudo delle bombole di stoccaggio metano.
Lo stoccaggio ha una pressione di progettazione di 300 bar (g) e sono idrostaticamente
testate al 100%. Ogni pacco può contenere fino a un massimo di 18 bombole da 80 litri
ciascuno e sono disponibili in due versioni:
• con ingresso e uscita gas separati sulla bombola
• con valvola di isolamento, che comprende disco di rottura pressione e disco fusibile
termico, montata su ogni bombola
Le bombole sono montate verticalmente in modo da garantire il corretto drenaggio e
ridurre la dimensione del pacco bombole.
Tutti gli stoccaggi gas sono certificati PED e la certificazione è costantemente verificata
dall’Ente preposto.
CNG STORAGE
In order to have a complete portfolio of CNG products, a manufacturing line is totally dedicated to the production and testing of CNG storages.The CNG storage have a Design
Pressure of 300 bar (g)/4,350 psi and are 100% hydrostatically tested. Each pack can
hold up to a maximum of 18 cylinders of 80 liters/21 water gallons each and are available
in two versions
• with separated inlet and outlet of the gas in the cylinder
• with a isolation valve that includes a pressure rupture disc and a thermal fuse disc,
mounted on each cylinder
The cylinders are mounted vertically in order to ensure the proper drainage and reduce
the size of the package.
Dresser Wayne CNG storages are PED Certified and the certification is guaranteed by
the surveillance of the notified body.

test di collaudo su compressori in azione e test di collaudo a pieno carico di pacchi bombole. Sicurezza, standard e certificazioni: la sicurezza è una delle chiavi principali di ogni attività, tutte le nostre unità soddisfano i
più severi standard internazionali di sicurezza e ciascuna unità è testata a pieno carico con il metano prima

I vantaggi più significativi rispetto ad un PLC sono elevata immunità alle interferenze elettromagnetiche, intervallo operativo
di temperatura esteso, design piatto per guida DIN o installazione dello sportello, architettura software modulare per migliorare la stabilità dell’applicazione e la facilità di personalizzazione, completa integrazione con il sistema SMS di supervisione
e con le barriere analogiche intelligenti, possibilità di interazione con i dispositivi aggiuntivi tramite protocollo Modbus, memorizzazione degli eventi interni e delle informazioni di manutenzione per analisi successiva.
SMS: SISTEMA DI GESTIONE SUPERVISOR
Il sistema SMS permette di monitorare e controllare l’intera stazione di gas, sia localmente che in remoto. Con un accesso a
Internet e un dispositivo di navigazione, da PC o da smartphone, è possibile connettersi al sistema: in aggiunta è previsto un
meccanismo di segnalazione tramite e-mail o SMS per avvisare i clienti di eventuali errori che possono verificarsi durante le
varie operazioni, dalla compressione alla distribuzione. Grazie alla presenza di un database interno, è possibile realizzare un
impianto diagnostico basato sull’analisi dello storico di tutti i parametri fondamentali ottenuti, permettendo una migliore prestazione dell’impianto. Se la stazione metano ha più unità di compressione, il sistema può essere dotato del sistema “SMS
Start Manager” che analizzando lo stato dei compressori e degli erogatori è in grado di ottimizzare il consumo energetico
dell’impianto.

SMS: SUPERVISOR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The SMS system allows to monitor and control the entire gas station, both locally and remotely. Having Internet access and a
navigation device, from a PC to a smartphone, it is possible to connect to the system: in addition, has provided a mechanism
for signaling by e-mail and SMS to alert customers it faults occur during all phases of gas station operations, from the compression to the distribution. Thanks to the presence of an internal database, it is possible to make a plant diagnostic based
on an history data analysis of all the basic parameters obtained: this also permits the best scheduled plant performance.
If the CNG station has more compressor units, the system can be equipped with the SMS package Start Manager that, by
analyzing the status of the compressors and dispensers, it is able to optimize plant energy consumption.
