Examination of the national reports for Conclusions 2016 of the Charter and
Conclusions XXI-1(2016) of the 1961 Charter
The Committee is in the course of examining country reports submitted for the current
reporting cycle covering Charter provisions relating to “Employment, training and equal
opportunities”.
- Examination of the situation as regards Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, France,
Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, and “the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia”
- Follow-up to collective complaints as regards Croatia, Cyprus, Norway and Sweden.
Procedure on non-accepted provisions of the Charter (Implementation of Article 22 of
the 1961 European Social Charter)
