Linguistici Universitari (AICLU).
The organising committee of the 1st International Conference on Creativity and Innovation in
Language Studies is pleased to announce the CILS Conference to be held at the University of
Calabria, on December 14th and 15th , 2009.
Call for papers
Faculty, graduate students, and independent scholars are invited to submit abstracts for 20-minute
papers on any aspect of :

creativity in language usage;

creativity and technology;

linguistic creativity in business settings.
Papers are welcome from a range of subtopics, including:

playing with language;

multicultural discourse;

classroom discourse;

Abstracts
Abstracts are due September 12, 2009 and should be 300 words in length. They will undergo anonymous
