Il vaporizzatore Hydrexx™ fabbricato da Algas-SDI è realizzato
con materiali resistenti alla corrosione per garantire lunga durata.
Dotato di uno speciale sistema Algas-SDI Liqui-SAFE™, il vaporizzatore fornisce una fonte affidabile e sicura di propano vaporizzato
o butano.
L’Hydrexx™ è un perfetto sostituto ad altri vaporizzatori, dove è necessaria una maggiore sicurezza, specie se l’installazione deve avvenire in prossimità del serbatoio. È comune installare questa unità
accoppiata con una semplice caldaia a parete.
CARATTERISTICHE GARANTITE DAL MARCHIO
- Libero dalla corrosione! Tubi in acciaio inox e camicia in alluminio
assicurano “ZERO” problemi di corrosione.
- La brevettata valvola Liqui-SAFE™ impedisce la fuoriuscita al GPL
ancora in fase liquida ed un indicatore visivo ne segnala l’entrata
in funzione.
- Il design compatto si adatta facilmente all’installazione in luoghi
dove lo spazio è ristretto, unitamente ad una caldaia montata a
parete.
- Opera su qualsiasi miscela di GPL da 100% Propano a 100%
Butano.
- Perfetto per qualsiasi clima, da -40°F / da -40°C.
- Nessun componente elettrico - no interruttori, termostati, relè o
elettrovalvole.
- Scambiatore di calore coibentato.
- Efficienza al 100%.
- Lo speciale design dello scambiatore di calore permette di sopportare senza alcun problema l’espansione termica.

The Hydrexx™ butane / propane vaporizer manufactured by
Algas-SDI is made from corrosion resistant materials for long life.
Coupled with Algas-SDI’s proven Liqui-SAFE™ valve, the Hydrexx™
LPG vaporizer provides a reliable and safe source of vaporized propane or butane. The Hydrexx™ is a perfect substitute for direct gas
fired propane vaporizers where an increase in perceived safety is
desired or where the vaporizer needs to be mounted in close proximity to the tank. It is common to install these units with compact
wall-mount hydronic boilers making for a safe yet simple gas powered solution

La serie Hydrexx™ HX è limitata alla fornitura dello scambiatore di
calore, della valvola Liqui-SAFE™, Tutte le altre componenti possono
essere reperite in luogo o richieste, come optionals, alla Algas-SDI
Lo schema di installazione generale è rappresentato nella pagina
precedente.
La serie HXB è composto da un assieme, montato in fabbrica su
di un basamento, che comprende la caldaia dedicata Hydronic. La
serie HXB è pre-assemblata e pre-cablata, pronta per l’installazione.La caldaia hidronic, fornita con la serie HXB, é alimentata con
G.P.L. in fase vapore e riscalda l’acqua fino al raggiungimento (ed
al mantenimento) della temperatura predeterminata per il buon funzionamento del vaporizzatore.
L’acqua è contenuta in un sistema a circuito chiuso e viene fatta
circolare da una pompa integrata.
Le caldaie Hydronic sono efficienti ed economiche, esse rappresentano, per le applicazioni industriali, una soluzione valida e sperimentata ovunque nel mondo.
The “free-standing” Hydrexx™ HX Series is limited in supply scope
to the heat exchanger, Liqui-SAFE™ Valve and relief valve.
All other appurtenances must be sourced locally or requested as
options from Algas-SDI. A generalized installation is shown in the
diagram to the left.
The HXB Series is a base-plate mounted package with an integral
dedicated hydronic boiler installed at the factory.
The HXB Series is pre-piped, pre-wired and ready for installation.
The LPG vapor fired hydronic boiler provided with the HXB Series
heats the water to the desired preset temperature.
The water is contained within a closed loop system and circulated
by an integral pump. Hydronic boilers are efficient, economical and
a proven solution for industrial applications worldwide.
