Seminar On Global Food Sovereignty and Nutrition Security
Prof. Petra Braun, together with her international development students from the University of
Vienna, will present and discuss issues of hunger and malnutrition (causes, drivers, effects) as
well as dimensions of food and nutrition security & food sovereignty. UNISG students will
present Slow Food and the University and the work of these two entities in addressing the
aforementioned issues.
