Last year, Milano Unica inaugurated a brand new global project: MILANO UNICA PRIMA, the first
international trade show dedicated to the pre-collections of men’s and women’s high-end textiles and
accessories. On July 6-7 the second edition of MILANO UNICA PRIMA will open at Fieramilanocity.
MILANO UNICA PRIMA is a project hinged on two key pillars: the presence of the world’s best fabrics and
accessories manufacturers and the rapid anticipation – two months ahead of the traditional schedule – of
the selection of textiles and accessories. A creative, business-focused event, that the French are now trying to

The trade show takes place in a period in which collections are still in progress and customizations can be

The positive success of the inaugural edition in July 2015 was confirmed by the reaction of entrepreneurs. In
fact, the figures speak for themselves: exhibitors increased from 66 to 133, with an interesting contribution
from international, top-tier companies: Italy 118 - Japan 6 - France 5 – Portugal 2 – United Kingdom 1 and
Slovenia 1. 6 of the sector’s most renowned designers will also participate, anticipating for the first time their
presence in the trade show, and all at MILANO UNICA PRIMA.
Worth noting among the new entries is the participation of prestigious brands dedicated to women’s
textiles that complete, in number and quality, with the high-end men’s textiles offering.

Botto Poala, who has been successful in establishing a constructive dialogue with the various districts in the

The 23rd edition of Milano Unica, The Italian Textiles and Accessories Exhibition, will be held after
MILANO UNICA PRIMA, from September 6-8, in the new Milan-Rho fairgrounds, with a restyling after 11
years that will mark a new beginning in the name of exclusivity, high end products and constructive
relationships with its audiences of reference.
