LA SOSTITUZIONE DELLE GOMME DI RIVESTIMENTO RULLI DEVE
ESSERE EFFETTUATA CON L’AUSILIO DI ARIA COMPRESSA
Procurarsi una pistola per aria compressa simile a quella utilizzata
nelle foto sotto riportate.
Con un cutter tagliare la vecchia gomma da sostituire dal rullo ed
eliminarla.
Calzare la nuova gomma di rivestimento sul rullo .
Con una mano sulla parte superiore del rullo da infilare tappare il
rullo e inserire la pistola dell’aria.
Iniettare aria compressa allo scopo di allargare la gomma e
facilitarne lo scorrimento sul rullo premendo con decisione .
Eseguire questa operazione sino a che non si è rivestito
completamente il rullo con la nuova gomma .
Il rivestimento dei rulli trascinamento etichetta e pressione bottiglia
è di facile effettuazione mentre si presenta più impegnativa la
sostituzione del rullo grande di rotazione bottiglia. Si consiglia di
avvalersi dell’aiuto di un altro operatore ed e effettuare le
operazioni sopra descritte con l’ausilio di una pistola dell’aria
compressa supplementare.
REPLACEMENT OF THE ROLLS COVERING RUBBER MUST BE MADE
WITH THE AID OF COMPRESSED AIR
Get a gun of compressed air similar to that used in the photos below.
With a sharp knife cut the old rubber to replace from the roll and
remove it. Fit the new rubber coating on the roller. With one hand on
the top part of the roller that must be insert, cap the roller and
insert the air gun. Inject compressed air in order to broaden the
rubber and facilitate the sliding rubber on the roller and press
firmly. Perform this operation until it has completely coated the
roller with the new rubber.
The coating of the dragging rollers and the bottle pressure is easy to
be effectuated while the replacement of the large roll of rotation of
the bottle is more difficult. It is advisable to ask the help of another
provider and do the above written with the aid of an extra
compressed air gun.
