Il nuovo programma di pavimenti RESILIENTI
SKEMA nasce per offrire precise risposte al
mercato contract.
Le superfici oggi più accattivanti sono
sicuramente rappresentate dal LEGNO e dalle
RESINE.
Sintesy su questa idea di prodotto trova la
“SINTESI” fra questa voglia di superfici e la
necessaria resistenza a USURA, UMIDITA’,
CALPESTIO, CARICHI CONCENTRATI, grazie
all’impiego industriale di un polimero sintetico
e alla tecnologia a pressa per produrre L.V.T.
(Luxury Vinil Tile) detta anche Vinilico Decorativo.
La resistenza, classificata secondo i parametri
della norma EN 685:07 attribuisce ai nostri
prodotti la classe 41 e 42, quindi industriale.
Una resistenza che ne permette l’impiego in
tutti gli spazi commerciali, lavorativi, di svago,
scolastici, ecc.
Ma la Sintesy è anche nel sistema TRIPLO che
declina il prodotto su tre diversi spessori e tre
diverse ingegnerie:
TOUCH: basso spessore (3mm) e struttura
arricchita di fibra di vetro e provvista di sistema
con adesivo permanente integrato.
CONNECT: medio spessore (5 mm) con sistema
incastro a secco per posa flottante e struttura
stratificata a diverse densità armata con fibra di
vetro, da abbinare a specifico materassino.
TECNIK: spessore 10 mm con supporto in
HDF idrofugo, per posa flottante con incastro
ingegnerizzato TLS-5G, e sottofondo acustico in
sughero integrato.

is created to offer precise answers to the contract
market.
Today, the most captivating surfaces are certainly
WOOD and RESINS.
On this product concept Sintesy finds the
“synthesis” between the desire for surfaces
and the requested resistance to ABRASION,
MOISTURE, WALKING and CONCENTRATED
HEAVY LOADS thanks to the industrial use of a
synthetic polymer and the press technology to
produce L.V.T. (Luxury Vinyl Tile), Decorative Vinyl.
The resistance class of our products, according
to the parameters of EN 685:07 regulation , is 41
and 42, that is industrial.
Thanks to this resistance the floorings are
suitable to all commercial, working, resort
environments and schools.
Sintesy is also the system that offers products
with three different thicknesses and engineering
systems:
TOUCH: low thickness (3mm) and a structure
enriched in fiberglass and provided with
integrated permanent adhesive.
CONNECT: medium thickness (5mm) fitted with
a click connection system for floating installation
and stratified structure with different thickness
reinforced with fiberglass, to be installed with
specific underflooring.
TECNIK: 10 mm thick with waterproof hdf
support for floating installation with engineered
TLS-5G joint system and provided with a soundabsorbing cork underlay.

Questi nuovi polimeri sintetici, certificati secondo
la nuova normativa AGBB e A+, oltre alle
resistenze elevatissime, permettono delle strutture
superficiali di forte caratterizzazione.
Offriamo così dei decori che evocano legni
rustici, nodati, con profonde spazzolature che
normalmente solo il tempo produce nel legno,
ma che qui sono espressi grazie alla tecnica di
pressatura statica sull’overlay realizzato in VINILE
PURO VERGINE.
Tecnologia, controllo di filiera ecosostenibile,
resistenza, decori antichi ma modernamente
trattati secondo la disciplina FUTUR-RUSTIC, per
pavimenti dal sapore passato ma tecnicamente
avanzatissimi.
Il controllo di filiera, attraverso la certificazione
all’origine della materia (VINILE VERGINE e DI
PRIMA SINTESI) e le successive certificazioni
tedesca (AGBB) e francese (A+), ne fanno
un prodotto con bassissimi livelli di VOC,
RICICLABILE, impiegabile in ambiti collettivi, come
negozi, scuole, cliniche, ma anche teatri, cinema
grazie alla certificazione al fuoco Bfl-s1.

vinile trasparente protegge il decoro anche

to AGBB and A+ regulations, beside having
extremely high resistances, create superficial
structures of strong character.
Thanks to the technique of static pressing on
the overlay made ​​of PURE VIRGIN VINYL we can
realize decors that evoke rustic woods with knots
and deep brushing, an effect that normally only
time produces on wood.
Technology, sustainable supply chain control,
resistance, ancient decors but with an up-to-date
treatment according to the FUTURE-RUSTIC
discipline for old style flooring but technically very
advanced.
The control of the supply chain through the
certification at the origin of the material (VIRGIN
VINYL OF FIRST SINTESY) and the following
German (AGBB) and French (A+) certifications
determine a product with very low levels of
VOC, RECICLABE, that can be used in public
places such as shops, schools, clinics, as well as
theaters and cinemas thanks to the fire reaction
certification Bfl-s1.
Resilience avoids wear keeping the superficial
structure over time; the transparent vinyl layer
protects the décor also from heavy loadings
offering a pleasing aesthetic aged aspect.

I nostri tempi sono caratterizzati dalla mancanza
di tempo, o forse dal bisogno di avere più tempo
da dedicare allo svago.
Per questo cerchiamo prodotti più veloci. Veloci
nella posa, ma anche nella manutenzione, e
quindi nel rinnovo in caso di ristrutturazione.

La sintesi di queste esigenze è la nostra gamma
di pavimenti vinili caratterizzati da sistemi di
posa meccanizzati e brevettati TECNIK con
sistema TLS-5G; un incastro progettato dalla
società Välinge (svedese) che, come unica
licenziataria in Italia, Skema impiega in abbinato
alla sua stratificazione in HDF idrofugo; la posa
si semplifica, si riduce del 25%, e la resistenza
dell’incastro aumenta del 40%.
The synthesis of these needs is our range of
vinyl floorings characterized by mechanized and
patented TECNIK installation systems with TLS5G, a joint designed by the Swedish company
Välinge , which, as the only licensed company
in Italy, Skema employs combined with the
stratification of waterproof HDF. Installation is
simplified and reduced by 25%, the resistance of
the joint is increased by 40%.
CONNECT, che pur in uno spessore di soli 5
mm, è provvisto di un incastro a rotazione L2C
sempre brevettato, per una posa semplificata,
autobloccante, e taglio degli elementi realizzabili
con sistemi non elettrici.

TOUCH, solo 3 mm, il più veloce; niente incastri,
niente tecnologie articolate - un sottofondo

permanente (quindi riposizionabile infinite volte),
ma tenacissimo, per posa su ceramiche lisce,
massetti, sopraelevati a pannello.
TOUCH, only 3 mm, is the fastest; it has neither
joints nor articulated technologies - a selfadhesive back layer thanks to an adhesive with
permanent TAC (it can be installed many times)
- but it is very strong and suitable for being
installed on smooth ceramics, solid wood and
panelled raised floors.

Il confort acustico come principale obbiettivo.
I nostri ambienti, specie collettivi e commerciali,
vengono troppo spesso realizzati con materiali
lisci e riflettenti; questo genera una riverberazione
eccessiva dei suoni del parlato, ma anche del
calpestio.
Il vinile, grazie alla sua struttura molecolare,
migliora le performance dei pavimenti, sia
nell’aspetto acustico che della sicurezza.
Anche per questi aspetti i tre prodotti,
Tecnik - Connect - Touch, ovviamente
hanno diverse prestazionalità.
TECNIK ha una doppia garanzia, data dalla
superficie in vinile che si somma al sottofondo
in sughero naturale, preaccoppiato da Skema
e pronto quindi alla posa secondo la tecnica
flottante.
CONNECT, che già da solo risulta un pavimento a
forte abbattimento acustico, migliora decisamente
anche per l’isolamento grazie al materassino
auto fissante detto SC, che separa appunto il
pavimento dal sottofondo strutturale.
TOUCH semplifica tutto evitando il distacco dal
sottofondo, e quindi il rumore generato dal vuoto;
in solo 3 mm offre una pavimentazione sicura,
isolante, con dimensioni importanti come il
formato 91x91 cm.
Acoustic comfort as a main aim.
Our environments, especially public and
commercial ones, are too often made of smooth
and reflective materials; this generates an
excessive reverberation of words and footstep.
Vinyl, thanks to it molecular structure, improves
the performances of the flooring in terms of
acoustics and safety.
Regarding these aspects the three products
Tecnik - Connect - Touch have three different
performances .
Tecnik has a double guarantee determined by
the vinyl surface combined with the back layer
made of natural cork, which is already installed
by SKEMA to the back of the plank and ready for
floating installation.
Connect, which already reduces the noise
strongly, is improved in its sound-proof properties
thanks to SC self-adhesive underflooring that
separates the flooring form the cement block.
Touch semplifies everything avoiding the gap
between the flooring and the cement block
and the noise generated by the empty space
in-between. In only 3 mm it offers a safe and
isolating flooring with the important dimensions of
91x91 cm format.

SINTESY TOUCH è il prodotto che caratterizza la linea Sintesy.
Pavimento vinilico pressato, dal bassissimo spessore (solo 3
mm) e da un sistema di applicazione con adesivo integrato a tac
permanente.
Non presenta incastri ma un adesivo innovativo (a tac permanente
quindi removibile) dalle alte prestazioni che offre la possibilità di
riposizionare il pavimento più volte, oltre ad una posa tra le più
veloci nel mercato dei pavimenti sintetici.
La sua specificità si esprime al meglio nell’impiego per pavimento
sopraelevato, offrendo una posa semplificata e contestualmente
removibile per l’ispezione dei pannelli. Ma ovviamente è un ottima
soluzione per pavimenti definitivi, evitando l’impiego di collanti
spesso complessi e rischiosi.
La sua peculiarità ne fa un ottimo pavimento per ristrutturazione,
sostituzione di pavimenti in pvc o moquette, in locali quali uffici,
hotel, asili e scuole.
Adatto al riscaldamento a pavimento, antistatico ed in classe
reazione al fuoco Bfl-S1 queste le peculiarità tecniche, che si
accompagnano alle certificazioni ambientali AGBB e A+ che lo
definiscono “prodotto pulito”, quindi VOC free grazie al polimero
vergine. Il prodotto è totalmente riciclabile.

SINTESY TOUCH is the product that characterizes the Sintesy
line. It is a pressed vinyl flooring with a very low thickness (only
3 mm) and with installation system with integrated permanent
tac adhesive. It has got no joint but an innovative adhesive (with
permanent tac that is removable) with high performances that
offers the possibility of installing again the flooring many times
with one of the quickest installation in the synthetic floorings
market.
It can be used at best for covering raised floorings, thanks to its
easy laying. Being removable it is perfect in case of inspections of
the raised flooring panels.
It is also a good solution for fixed floorings, since it avoids the
complicated and risky use of glue.
It is excellent for renovations, substitutions of pvc floorings or
carpets in offices, hotels, kindergarten and schools.
Suitable for radiant floor heating systems, antistatic and with a
reaction to fire class Bfl-S1: these are its technical features. The
environment certifications AGBB and A+ define it as a VOC free and
“clean product” thanks to its virgin polymer.

eterogeneo (LVT Luxury Vinyl Tile) provvisto di
un sistema di incastro a secco, permette infatti
una posa senza colla in tempi rapidi, unita alla
facilità di rivestire ampie superfici. E’ la soluzione
ideale per tutte quelle situazioni in cui la velocità
di installazione è un fattore importante. E’ un
pavimento che garantisce un’alta resistenza all’usura
e all’acqua, pertanto può essere posato anche in
ambienti umidi quali la cucina o il bagno.
I decorativi effetto legno si fanno apprezzare per il
look molto naturale e dal design moderno.

SINTESY CONNECT is a heterogeneous vinyl
flooring (LVT Luxury Vinyl Tile) fitted with a click
connection system allowing it to be quickly laid,
also on large surfaces, without using adhesives.
It is the ideal solution whenever quick installation
is major factor. It provides high resistance to wear
and moisture and can therefore be installed also
in damp environments such as kitchens and
bathrooms.
The wood effect decors are appreciated for their
natural look and modern design.

SINTESY CONNECT è la proposta del pavimento vinilico,
di medio spessore (5 mm), con sistema ad incastro
semplificato a secco che offre una posa veloce.
La tecnologia dell’incastro brevettato L2C abbinata alla
stratificazione con diversa densità, unita alla fibra di vetro,
lo rende adatto a grandi superfici, o a spazi domestici.
Inoltre l’assenza di colle impiegate, la posa flottante,
la struttura in Vinile omogeneo ne fanno un prodotto
totalmente idrofugo, quindi adatto ad ogni situazione.
Il sistema si compone di uno specifico sottofondo
SC composto da rotoli, che migliora la fase acustica
ulteriormente, creando contemporaneamente una presa
sull’incastro; la superficie è infatti finita con un film in
resina siliconica.
Il prodotto è certificato reazione al fuoco Bfl-s1, adatto per
il riscaldamento a pavimento ed è antistatico.
Ottima resistenza all’usura e all’acqua quindi la miglior
soluzione per ambienti di tutti i tipi ... dalle grandi superfici

SINTESY TECNIK è la sintesi dei precedenti prodotti. Realizzato
secondo il sistema produttivo Skema mutuato dal laminato,
coniuga appunto le valenze del laminato e del vinile; è un
pavimento, con forte correzione acustica, fissato su supporto
in HDF ad alta densità, con un bilanciamento in sughero
naturale. Tecniche che lo rendono un pavimento vinilico dalle
caratteristiche strutturali di un laminato con un incredibile
effetto di “morbidezza” acustica.
La nuova tecnologia di incastro TLS- 5G rende la posa veloce
e semplice .. con un semplice Click e senza l’ausilio del
battitavola; il nuovo incastro inoltre aumenta le tenuta di testa,
rendendo la pavimentazione più solida e stabile nel tempo.
Lo spessore ne permette l’abbinamento con i pavimenti in
laminato Skema, e quindi con ampie possibilità creative.
TECNIK propone la gamma più completa della linea con ben

manufactured following the production system Skema uses for
laminate floorings. It is a floor with great acoustic performances,
fixed on HDF support with a balancing back layer made of natural
cork. These features make it a vinyl floor with the structural
characteristics of a laminate floor and an amazing effect of
acoustic “tenderness”.
The new TLS-5G joint technology makes the laying quick and
easy with just a click and without the use of stave aligners. The
new joint improves the head sealing making the flooring more
stable and firm over time.
Its thickness allows the combination with Skema laminate
floorings for many creative possibilities.
TECNIK offers the most complete range including 10 wood effect
decors available in plank format (1290x185 mm) and 2 stone
effect decors available in square format (590x590 mm).
