Fermento. A cominciare dalle patrie storiche come la Germania, i Paesi Bassi, l’Inghilterra,
l’Irlanda e la Scozia fino a Paesi oltreoceano come il Giappone e gli Stati Uniti. Ma è proprio
in Italia, patria indiscussa del vino, che il fenomeno sta esplodendo in un modo fantastico ed
incredibile. Il perché di questo successo va sicuramente ricercato nei consumatori che non
si accontentano più della semplice Birretta da consumarsi sotto il solleone o sfogliando una
Margherita, ma ricercano gusti più complessi, originali e sofisticati. In poche parole, in ogni
sorso ricercano la massima Qualità.
Sparkling Changes
For a few years, the world of Craft Breweries, or Microbreweries indeed - is experiencing a fizzy and
growing interest. And this happens everywhere: from historical homelands such as Germany, the
Netherlands, England, Ireland and Scotland to overseas countries such as Japan and the United States.
But it is in Italy, the undisputed home of wine, that the phenomenon is exploding in a great and
incredible way. The reason for this success is certainly to seek in consumers’ demands: something
more than a plain Beer to be consumed under the boiling hot while plucking the Bites of Margherita
Pizza , something of a more complex, original and sophisticate flavor. In simple words, in every sip, they
seek the highest Quality.

BSA, il Birrificio Sant’Andrea, nasce a Vercelli dalla passione estrema di alcuni Amici capitanati
da un grande Mastro Birraio. Differenti tipologie di Birra che rispecchiano, attualizzano ed
innovano le Ricette classiche e tradizionali. Niente fronzoli niente arzigogoli, la massima cura
nella scelta degli ingredienti più preziosi e delle materie prime più ricercate. Tanta voglia di

nostra amata Basilica scorreva - grazie all’acquedotto - un bene preziosissimo, l’Acqua. E proprio
lì sgorgava una Fonte importante, quella dell’Acqua del Lucca. Ora, proprio nel nome di BSA
continuerà a sgorgare un bene ancora più prezioso: la Birra.

Perditi nella nebbia: prodotta con Malto d’orzo, Frumento e Fiocchi di avena. E‘ di colore chiaro con un
aspetto torbido naturale. Molto rinfrescante e poco amara. Un fantastico labirinto di gusti. L’infusione
di buccia d’arancia e coriandolo la rende leggermente acida e la sua schiuma è compatta e cremosa. Una
Birra difficile da ritrovare.
Squisita con formaggi delicati, e antipasti di pesce. Da gustarsi come fresco aperitivo rigenerante o al
Drive-In con un trascinante horror B-Movie.
Let’s get lost! Produced with barley Malt, Wheat and oats’ flakes. It shows a clear colour with a liquid
cloudy natural look. Very refreshing and a little bitter. A fantastic maze of flavours. The orange peels
infusion and the coriander makes it almost sour. The foam is compact and creamy.
A difficult Beer to find anywhere else. Savour it as a well-deserved refreshment or at the Drive-in with
an exciting Horror B-Movie.

Un’ambrata in stile India Pale Ale (IPA), creata con il metodo di luppolatura continua e con ingredienti
che le regalano i caratteristici profumi di frutta esotica. Le IPA erano in origine destinate alle truppe
inglesi nelle lontane colonie per resistere ai lunghi e caldi viaggi. Il frigorifero non esisteva, ma il
magico Luppolo sì! Così le Birre si conservavano perfettamente.
Da consumare con carni di maiale, pesce e cibi affumicati al ritmo di tamburi selvaggi, sognando le
fantastiche avventure di Sandokan e i suoi Tigrotti.
An amber Beer India Pale Ale Style (IPA), which has been created by the method of continuous hopping
and Ingredients that give the typical aromas of exotic fruits. The IPAs were originally intended for the
British troops in the distant colonies to help them coping with the long, hot journeys. Refrigerators did
not exist, but the magic Hops did! So Beers were kept perfectly.
