Air injection vacuum blowers
I soffiatori RB-DV sono compressori rotativi a 3 lobi, impiegati
come aspiratori con i quali è possibile raggiungere un elevato
rapporto di compressione attraverso un dispositivo brevettato
di iniezione di aria atmosferica.
La concezione innovativa di questo dispositivo consente di
ridurre in modo significativo il riscaldamento del gas e la potenza assorbita dal soffiatore.
I soffiatori RB-DV possono raggiungere un vuoto sino al 90%
senza raffreddare il gas con iniezione di acqua o con l'impiego di un prescambiatore di calore.
RB-DV series blowers are rotary three lobe compressors,
used as exhausters, where it is possible to reach an high
compression ratio thank to a patented device to inject atmospheric air.
The new design of this device allows to reduce gas heating and absorbed power of the blower by a high rate.

APPLICAZIONI
I soffiatori RB-DV sono impiegati negli impianti in cui è necessario convogliare gas esente da olio e/o acqua con un grado
di vuoto maggiore del 50%.
I soffiatori RB-DV sono impiegati nei seguenti impianti:
- Unità mobili per lo smaltimento di rifiuti liquidi e/o solidi (Industria, Municipalità, ecc...)
- Impianti di trasporto pneumatico
(Trasporto ceneri, Farmaceutica, Chimica, ecc...)
- Sistemi di vuoto centralizzati
(Imballaggio, Pulitura sotto vuoto,ecc...)
- Impianti di deareazione
(Estrusione della plastica, Produzione di mattoni)
APPLICATIONS
RB-DV series blowers are used in the plants where it is
needed to compress gas free from oil andlor water with
vacuum rate higher than 50%.
RB-DV series blowers are used in following applications:
- Mobile units for handling wet and/or dry waste
(Industry, Municipalities etc...)
- Pneumatic conveying
(Ash transport,Chemicals,Pharmaceuticals industry etc...)
- Central vacuum systems
(Packaging, Vacuum cleaning etc...)
- Deareation plants
(Plastic extrusion, Brick production, etc...)
RB-DV series blowers can reach a vacuum rate up to 90%
without cool down the gas by water injection or by a upstream heat exchanger.

Dispositivo di iniezione d'aria
II dispositivo di iniezione d'aria (brevettato) è costituito da
due ugelli, uno per ogni rotore, che iniettano aria atmosferica fredda nelle camere di trasporto isolate dai rotori e dal
corpo.
Gli ugelli sono posizionati in modo che la compressione del
gas aspirato avviene solo per opera dell'iniezione di aria atmosferica fredda, in questo modo la temperatura finale del
gas resta al di sotto dei limiti operativi del soffiatore anche
quando questo opera con la bocca di aspirazione completamente chiusa.
Air injection device
The air injection device (patented) consist of two nozzles, one
for each rotor, injecting cold atmospheric air finto the gas
transport chamber made by casing and rotors.
The nozzles are positioned to have the entrained gas
compression only through the injection of cold atmospheric
air, by this process the maximum discharge gas temperature
will always be within the limits set for the blower also when fit
works with suction nozzle completly closed.
Silenziatori
I silenziatori della bocca di iniezione e della bocca di scarico
sono speciali dispositivi regolabili (brevettati) basati sulla interferenza delle onde sonore in grado di abbattere il rumore
emesso sulle basse frequenze (<500Hz)
Silencers
The silencers of the injection and discharge nozzles are special
adjusting devices (patented) based on the interference
phenomenon of the sound waves able to reduce the noise at
the lower frequency (<500 Hz)
