Gli elementi vitali di Assisi sono custoditi ed enfatizzati al Grand Hotel dei Congressi Assisi: la pietra rosa all’esterno, i soffitti in legno, gli
affreschi della Basilica di San Francesco ed il ferro battuto.
Maestri artigiani di talento hanno riportato in vita pezzi di
arredamento unici ed autentici risalenti anche al XIII secolo,
come il pozzo in pietra e l’ulivo, il cui tronco è originale, antico
di 400 anni.

The vital elements of Assisi are preserved and highlighted at the
Grand Hotel dei Congressi Assisi; the pink stone-wall exterior, the
wood ceilings, the frescoes of the Basilica of St. Francis and the
wrought-iron trim.
Talented master artisans have brought back to life pieces of
authentic and unique furnishings, dating back to the XIII
century, such as the stone well and olive tree, whose original
400 year old trunk create a timeless atmosphere while guests

casa all’ olio d’ oliva di puro frantoio, fino ai gustosi tartufi dei
quali la terra di San Francesco è ricca, per gustare lo squisito
connubio tra succulente pietanze e pregiati vini delle colline
umbre.
A disposizione 3 sale ristorante ed un roof garden attrezzato che
permette la scelta di spazi più adatti alle esigenze di riservatezza

The restaurant at the Grand Hotel dei Congressi Assisi is the
product of a meticulous research of typical local cuisine, aimed
to rediscover the taste of ancient flavors - from homemade pasta
to the local olive oil, up to the delicious truffles that the land of
St. Francis is best known for – qualities that give an exquisite
bond between succulent entrees and distinguished wines of the

Conference Center
Il Centro Congressi offre ampi spazi attrezzati per la convegnistica.
Salette per incontri di lavoro, sala meeting Leonardo per riunioni
da 30 a 60 persone, ed infine il versatile Auditorium, sala
conferenze che può ospitare fino a 450 posti, con totale libertà
di allestimenti in quanto modulabile in tre sale congressi e quindi
facilmente adattabile ad ogni esigenza.
Completo di sala regia, salette per la traduzione simultanea e di
spazio espositivo di circa 300 mq.
Uffici di segreteria e guardaroba completano l’ offerta
congressuale.
The Conference Center offers numerous spaces for meetings
and conferences. Small rooms for work meetings, the Leonardo
meeting room which can accomodate groups of thirty to sixty
people and finally the versatile Auditorium, a large conference
room with seating for up to 450 people – and can be divided
into tre separate meeting rooms, thus making it easily adaptable
to every client’s needs.
Complete with a director’s cabin, translator rooms and an
exposition area of nearly 300 square meters. Reception offices
and coat-check complete our conference center services.
