categorie merceologiche legate al settore calzaturiero e all’accessorio in pelle,
quali:
- calzature donna, uomo, bambino
- accessori in pelle
3. AMMISSIONE
3.1 a) L’ammissione alla fiera è subordinata all’accettazione della domanda
da parte dell’Organizzatore, che provvederà a darne conferma scritta.
L’accettazione della domanda di ammissione degli espositori sono a discrezione
dell’Organizzatore e l’Organizzatore, se non soddisfatto può rifiutare la stessa.
b) Gli espositori devono essere informati dell’ammissione. I diritti di ammissione
si applicano unicamente all’espositori specificato. La conferma di ammissione
costituisce un contratto legale tra l’Organizzatore e l’espositore secondo i
termini ivi contenuti. Il presente contratto è soggetto alle leggi Indiane.
3.2 Gli espositori che non abbiano rispettato i loro impegni finanziari verso la
fiera, o che abbiano violato le condizioni tecniche o le disposizioni di legge
possono essere esclusi dalla manifestazione.
3.3 Possono essere ammessi come espositori aziende che espongono prodotti
inclusi nel repertorio merceologico della manifestazione oltre a consorzi ed enti
pubblici. Nel caso in cui l’espositore modifichi, senza previa autorizzazione ,
la sua offerta rispetto a quella precedentemente comunicata, Italian Exposition
Private Limited avrà la facoltà di disdire senza preavviso il contratto di
partecipazione.

The goods displayed are :

- leather accessories.
3. ADMISSION
3.1 a) Admission to the fair is subject to acceptance of the
application on the part of the Organizer, who will send written confirmation of
admission. The acceptance of application shall be subject to the sole discretion
of the Organizer.
b) Exhibitors shall be notified of acceptance. The rights of admission shall apply
solely to the specified Exhibitor. Notification of acceptance shall constitute a
legal contract between the Organiser and the Exhibitor as per terms contained
herein. This contract shall be subject to India laws.
3.2 Exhibitors who have breached their financial obligations with the fair, or
who have not complied with the technical conditions or law provisions may be
excluded from the event.
3.3 May be admitted as exhibitors companies exhibiting products included in
the range of products at the event as well as associations and institution.
The organizer has the right to refuse application to participate on the basis if
the exhibitors will show different products as the ones written in the application
form .

3.4. La domanda di partecipazione è irrevocabile e vincolante per l’Espositore il
quale, resta obbligato all’osservanza del presente Regolamento Generale e del
Regolamento Tecnico che verrà inviato nella cartella di manifestazione.
3.4 The application form is final and binding on the Exhibitor which remains
obligated to observe the Genera Regulations and Technical Regulations that will
be sent in the event folder.
4. ASSEGNAZIONE DEGLI STAND
a) L’assegnazione degli stand, cosi come la tipologia degli stessi, vengono
decisi dagli organizzatori, tenuto conto della priorità della data di domanda,
della superficie richiesta e, nei limiti del possibile, delle preferenze espresse
dal richiedente. L’Organizzatore si riserva la facoltà di modificare l’ubicazione
dello stand, anche se già assegnato, ove ciò si rendesse necessario per cause
tecniche o per esigenze organizzative. Tali misure non costituiscono diritto a
recedere dalla partecipazione o a richiedere un indennizzo all’Organizzatore.
b) L’Organizzatore si riserva il diritto di apportare modifiche alla posizione degli
ingressi e delle uscite del quartiere fieristico e di altri eventuali passaggi.
4. ASSIGNMENT OF STANDS
a) Stand assignment is resolved by the Organizer based on application priority,
on the surface area required and where possible, on the applicant’s preferences.
The Organizer reserves the right to change stand location, even after assignment,
where it should become necessary for technical reasons or for organization
requirements. If so the exhibitor cannot ask Italian Exposition Private Limited for
a refund or cancel their participation.
b) The Organisers reserve the right to changes the position of the entrances and
exits to the exhibition site and halls and of any passages.
5. SUBLOCAZIONE
Gli stand assegnati non sono cedibili. È vietata la sublocazione, pena l’esclusione
dalla fiera del cedente e del beneficiario.
6. CONDIZIONI DI AMMISSIONE PER SUPERFICI ESPOSITIVE
COLLETTIVE
Per le aziende partecipanti ad una superficie espositiva collettiva valgono le
stesse condizioni di partecipazione dell’organizzatore della stessa. Nel caso
in cui vengano assegnate questo tipo di aree, la conferma della superficie
espositiva verrà inviata esclusivamente dall’organizzatore della collettiva , che
diventa unico partner contrattuale di Italian Exposition Private Limited.
L’ente fiera si riserva la facoltà di non accettare la partecipazione di ogni singolo
partecipante alla collettiva.
7. RECESSO DAL CONTRATTO E NON PARTECIPAZIONE
In caso di rinuncia da parte dell’Espositore a partecipare alla manifestazione a
iscrizione ormai avvenuta, l’Organizzatore sarà autorizzato a trattenere l’intero
importo versato; solo nel caso in cui l’Organizzatore riesca ad assegnare lo
stand ad un altro partecipante, all’Espositore sarà rimborsato il 50% di quanto
precedentemente versato.
8. CANCELLAZIONE/RINVIO DELLA MANIFESTAZIONE
Nelle condizioni di forza maggiore, che comprendono anche lo sciopero, serrata,
proteste o sommosse, calamità naturali e altri eventi e decisioni che sfuggono al
controllo dell’Organizzatore, l’Organizzatore ha il diritto di modificare le date di
apertura e la durata, o addirittura annullare l’intera manifestazione. In tali casi,
pertanto, l’Organizzatore non sarà responsabile per danni di ogni genere. In caso
di soppressione, all’espositore saranno rimborsati esclusivamente gli importi
già versati al momento della cancellazione. Il contratto resterà invece in essere,
alle medesime condizioni, qualora le date della manifestazione subissero un
cambiamento.
9. CONDIZIONI E TERMINI DI PAGAMENTO
Con la conferma di partecipazione l’espositore dovrà versare il corrispettivo
per l’area espositiva, unitamente alla quota di adesione, oltre alla service tax.
Non sono consentiti pagamenti dilazionati. Le conferme non accompagnate
dall’importo richiesto non saranno ritenute valide agli effetti della prenotazione
dello stand.
10. DANNI/ESCLUSIONE RESPONSABILITÀ
10.1 Eventuali danni riscontrati dopo la fiera negli stand affidati saranno
addebitati agli Espositori. Pertanto, alla consegna dello stand, gli Espositori
devono fare presente eventuali danni preesistenti.
5. SUBLEASE
The stands allocated are not transferable. Sublease is prohibited, under penalty
of exclusion from the exhibition of the transferor and the beneficiary.
6. CONDITION OF ACCEPTANCE, CANCELLATION OF COLLECTIVE
EXPOSITION SPACES
For participants in a collective exhibition space, the same conditions apply as
for the organizer of a collective exhibition space.
Where collective exhibition space are assigned, the confirmation of the exhibition
space will be sent only to the organizer of the exhibition without notice. Italian
Exposition Private Limited ‘s contract in only with the latter.
Should a participant be admitted to a collective exhibition without the prior
conferm of Italian Exposition Private Limited, the latter may cancel the contract
with the organizer of the collective exhibition space.
7. CONTRACT TERMINATION AND NON PARTICIPATION
In case of cancellation, the Organizer will charge the full amount paid. Only if
the organizer is able to assign the stand to another participant exhibitor will be
refunded 50% of the previously payment.
8. CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT OF THE EVENT
Under the conditions of Force majeure, which also include strike, lock out,
bandh or riot, natural calamities and other events and decisions beyond the
control of the Organizer, the Organizer are entitled to alter the opening dates
and duration, or even cancel the entire exhibition. In such cases, therefore the
Organizer shall not be liable for damages of any kind. . In case of cancellation,
exhibitors will be refunded of the amount paid before the same.
9. PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Upon participation confirmation, the Exhibitor should pay the corresponding
rate for the exhibition area together with the exhibition fee and the service tax.
Confirmation notification not accompanied by the requested amount shall not
be deemed binding for stand booking.
10. DAMAGES/LIMITATION OF LIABLITY
10.1 Any damages found after the fair in the stands assigned shall be charged
to the Exhibitors. This means that when taking delivery of the stand the Exhibitor
must point out any damages already present. At the close of the exhibition the
stand including hall flooring shall be restored by the exhibitor to its original
condition at the time of occupation.
The Exhibitor shall be liable for any damage to the fixtures and fittings made
available, and specially for damage to hall flooring.

10.2 La responsabilità dell’organizzatore si intende solo nel quadro della
sua responsabilità legale. Sono pertanto escluse eventuali responsabilità nei
confronti di persone o proprietà o in confronto a eventuali perdite economiche
all’interno dell’area Espositiva. Inoltre l’Organizzatore non sarà responsabile per
i danni causati da incendi, inondazioni o altri eventi di forza maggiore. Tutte le
controversie sono soggette alla giurisdizione del Foro di New Delhi.
11. PUBBLICITÀ AL QUARTIERE FIERISTICO
a) Gli stampati e il materiale pubblicitario può essere distribuito solo presso lo
stand e non nei passaggi o all’esterno dei padiglioni.
b) Tutto il materiale pubblicitario deve riguardare la manifestazione, rispettoso
della legge e non deve avere carattere politico o ideologico. Pubblicità
comparative non sono consentite. L’Organizzatore ha il diritto di proibire la
distribuzione e l’esposizione di pubblicità che potrebbe suscitare obiezioni e di
confiscare tale materiale per tutta la durata della manifestazione.
c) L’utilizzo di dispositivi audio da parte degli Espositori è consentito solamente
all’interno del proprio stand. L’Organizzatore ha il diritto di intervenire e
interrompere o rimuovere le apparecchiature qualora creassero disturbo.
12. SMONTAGGIO
Gli stand possono essere smontati solo dopo la fine della manifestazione.
I posteggi dovranno essere riconsegnati nello stato originale entro il termine
indicato nel punto 1.5. Trascorso tale termine il materiale ancora giacente nel
posteggio verrà rimosso d’ufficio dall’Organizzatore ed immagazzinato a rischio
ed oneri a carico dell’Espositore.
13. MODIFICHE ED INTEGRAZIONE DEL REGOLAMENTO
L’Organizzatore si riserva di emanare ulteriori norme o di modificare le presenti
in qualunque momento, anche a manifestazione iniziata, dandone tempestiva
comunicazione agli interessati, norme che formeranno parte integrante del
presente regolamento.
14. MANUALE PER L’ESPOSITORE
Una volta sottoscritta la domanda di partecipazione, verrà inviato a tutti i
partecipanti il “Manuale dell’Espositore” contente il Regolamento Tecnico,
informazioni, indicazioni e istruzioni per gli espositori e allestitori. Tutte le
istruzioni contenute nel “Manuale dell’Espositore” devono essere rispettate.
15. NORMATIVA LOCALE
Gli Espositori si impegnano a rispettare i regolamenti locali per quanto riguarda
l’ordine pubblico, la sicurezza, ecc. L’Organizzatore adotterà le misure necessarie
nei confronti degli Espositori che non rispettano i regolamenti.
Gli Espositori sono invitati a cooperare con l’Organizzatore ed i loro rappresentanti
autorizzati che desiderano controllare / esaminare quanto esposto nei loro stand.
16. NORME DI SICUREZZA
Le norme di sicurezza in materia di tecnologia, lavoro e prevenzione degli
infortuni devono essere rispettate dagli Espositori.
17. MODIFICHE E INTEGRAZIONE DEL REGOLAMENTO
L’Organizzatore si riserva di emanare ulteriori norme o di modificare le
presenti in qualunque momento, anche a manifestazione iniziata, dandone
tempestiva comunicazione agli interessati, norme che formeranno parte
integrante del presente regolamento.
18. VENDITA
Non è consentita la vendita diretta dei prodotti esposti.
10.2 Organizer are not liable for any loss or damage to the Exhibitors property at
the exhibition site or injury to their personnel and visitors. Exhibitors shall agree
to refrain from making any claim on the Organizer and indemnify claims, if any,
by third party, arising out of Exhibitors conduct. All disputes shall be subject to
New Delhi court jurisdiction
11. ADVERTISING ON FAIR GROUNDS
a) Printed matter and advertising material may only be distributed from the
stand and not in hall passages or outside the exhibition hall.
b) All Exhibitor advertising material must relate to the exhibition, complying
with the law and public policy and should not be political or ideological in
character. Comparison and superlative advertising are not permitted. The
Organizer shall be entitled to prohibit the distribution and display of advertising
which may arouse objection and shall confiscate such material for the duration
of the exhibition.
c) Audio visual display by Exhibitors should be restricted to their stands only.
Causing of disturbance to outsiders is prohibited. The Organizer shall be
entitled to intervene and discontinue or remove equipment if they cause any
disturbance in their opinion.
12. DISMALTING
Stands may be dismantled only after end of the exhibition. The halls must be
completely cleared including restoration of flooring. Thereafter, the Organizers
shall have discretion to remove and store goods until claimed by the Exhibitor.
All costs of removal and storage as well as the risk of theft, loss or damage shall
be borne by the Exhibitor.
13. LOCAL & SITE REGULATIONS
Exhibitors agree to abide by the local and site regulations with respect to law
and order, safety etc. The Organizer will take necessary action against Exhibitors
who do not comply with the guidleines and regulations.
Exhibitors are requested to co-operate with the Organizer and their authorised
representatives who wish to inspect/examine all the exhibits displayed in their
stands.
14. EXHIBITOR MANUAL
Once the application form is subscribe, a trade manual giving the Technical
Regulations, information, guidance and direction to Exhibitors, designers and
contractors will be given to the participants. All mandatory directions contained
therein must be observed except where otherwise agreed by Organizers in
writing.
15. LOCAL REGULATIONS
Exhibitors are obliged to abide by the local regulations in terms of public order,
security, etc. The Organiser will adopt whatever measures may be necessary
with regard to any Exhibitors who do not respect the regulations.
Exhibitors are required to cooperate with the Organiser and any of his
representatives who may wish to check/examine whatsoever should be
displayed on their stand.
16. SAFETY REGULATIONS
Generally accepted safety regulations relating to technology, labour, safety and
accident prevention must be followed by the Exhibitors.
17. AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE REGULATIONS
The Organizer reserves the right to issue additional regulations or to amend the
present ones at any time, even after the Fair has opened, by giving timely notice
of such changes to all parties concerned, such new regulations shall become
an integral part of the foregoing regulations.
18. SALES
No Exhibits shall be sold or delivered during the Exhibition.
