Oggetto: Appello della Comunità Ucraina in Italia
Sua Eccellenza, baronessa Catherine Ashton!
Egregi Signori!
L’Associazione Cristiana degli Ucraini in Italia, che rappresenta gli interessi dei più di 250 mila
ucraini che vivono e lavorano legalmente in Italia, si unisce alla lettera allegata del Presidente del
Congresso Mondiale degli ucraini Evhen Czolij del 17 gennaio 2013, contenente un appello per
accelerare l'integrazione europea dell'Ucraina, firmando un accordo di associazione tra l'UE e
l'Ucraina il 25 febbraio 2013, nel corso del vertice UE-Ucraina a Bruxelles.
Noi crediamo che l'integrazione europea dell'Ucraina è molto utile sia per l'Europa che per l'Ucraina
e che essa rafforzerà la sicurezza regionale, la stabilità e il benessere del nostro comune continente.
