Sotto: la bruchure della macchina “Esotica” UNA MACCHINA A CROCHET “ESOTICA” Esotica è la realizzazione innovativa più completa nel campo delle macchine a crochet per passamaneria. Il sistema elettronico di cui essa è dotata, permette lo spostamento delle barre, eliminando così la creazione di catene glider e del prolungamento catena; in questo modo viene ridotto al minimo l’ingombro della macchina. Le otto barre elettroniche, montate sull’esotica permettono di creare un numero illimitato di disegni fantasia. Infatti, ognuna di queste otto barre è in grado di effettuare ben 500 spostamenti diversi (da 1 a 60 aghi) grazie ad una tastiera numerica con la quale, mediante una semplice operazione viene programmato il disegno precedentemente creato sulla tradizionale scheda. Esotica viene fornita di due barre corte, taglio e punte per la produzione di frange fino a 150 mm. A richiesta vengono applicati sia il “giro otto”, sia il “lega fiocco”. Anche questi due sistemi vengono programmati tramite la tastiera. Di conseguenza Esotica è in grado di produrre passamaneria semplice, passamaneria con effetto “otto”, frange fino a 15 cm su tutte le otto barre, tessuti per abbigliamento.
