La réforme du classement des hébergements touristiques
concerne les hôtels, les campings, les résidences de tourisme
et les meublés de tourisme. Les nouvelles normes orientées
client, doivent contribuer à l'amélioration de la qualité
des équipements mais aussi des services pour l’ensemble
des modes d’hébergement concernés grâce à un modèle
plus exigeant, complet et évolutif.
The reform of the ranking system for tourist accommodation
concerns hotels, camping sites, tourist residences and
furnished tourist accommodation.
The new customer-oriented standards must contribute to
improving the quality of facilities and services for all the
forms of accommodation concerned thanks to a more
demanding, complete and scalable model.
La riforma della classificazione delle strutture ricettive
alberghiere, extralberghiere ed all’aria aperta riguarda gli
alberghi, i campeggi, i residence e gli appartamenti in affitto
stagionale. Le nuove norme orientate alle esigenze della
clientela devono contribuire al miglioramento della qualità
delle attrezzature e dei servizi per tutte le strutture ricettive
grazie ad un modello più esigente, completo ed evolutivo.
CLASSEMENT : Le contrôle est effectué sur la base des normes de classement
publiées par arrêté et du guide de contrôle des critères dont l’utilisation par les organismes évaluateurs accrédités ou réputés accrédités est rendue obligatoire par voie
réglementaire, afin de garantir une évaluation homogène sur l’ensemble du territoire.
PRIX : prix donnés en Euros à titre indicatif, en octobre 2015, n’incluant
pas les taxes de séjour et le petit déjeuner. Une modification de ces prix
peut intervenir en cours d’année : les clients sont donc invités à prendre
leurs précautions, avant toute réservation, en s’adressant à l’hôtel retenu.

published by order of the guide and control criteria whose use by
organizations accredited or deemed accredited assessors is mandated by
regulation to ensure a consistent evaluation throughout the land.
