RESEARCH INTERESTS AND EXPERIENCES
Research interests: migration, integration, intercultural and interreligious relations,
second generations, diaspora and development, transnationalism, religions,
radicalization, terrorism, new media, social media.
At the present,
Affiliate of the Forum Internazionale ed Europeo di Ricerche sull’Immigrazione
(International and European Forum for Migration Research), Turin,
2013 -2015 On behalf of FIERI, Country Coordinator of the European Project European
Web Site on Integration (EWSI), funded by the EU, Directorate General for Home Affairs.
2008-2015 Junior researcher at FIERI. She was involved in European, national and local
projects. Among her tasks: data collection (through survey, qualitative interviews and
focus groups, participant observatio) and analysis, literature reviews, drafting of reports
