PRESS RELEASE BANCA SISTEMA AND BINCK ITALIA COME TOGETHER TODAY TO OFFER NEW OPPORTUNITIES IN ON-LINE TRADING AND BANKING SERVICES Banca Sistema customers can open a Binck trading account under special terms Binck Italia customers can add the banking services offered by Banca Sistema to their trading account Milan, 21 November 2016 Banca Sistema, a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana, and Binck Italia, the Italian branch of the Dutch Group BinckBank, listed on the Euronext list of the Amsterdam Stock Exchange, have established a partnership to offer their respective customers new opportunities in on-line trading and banking services. Thanks to the partnership with Binck Italia, a leading operator specialised in on-line trading services, Banca Sistema is offering something new as of today: holders of a "SI conto! CORRENTE" current account who open a BinckBank trading account receive a "welcome bonus" of Euro 50 in trading commissions, valid for buying and selling on all markets and all available instruments. The initiative runs from 21 November to 31 December 2016, and is targeted at both current and new holders of SI conto! CORRENTE accounts. The bonus can be used from the activation of the account up until 31 March 2017. It can also be combined with other ongoing commercial initiatives connected with the opening of new BinckBank accounts. Banca Sistema’s SI conto! CORRENTE is a zero-fee current account that guarantees a gross annual nominal credit interest rate of 1%, 24/7 management via Home Banking services (transfers, bills, MAV – payment by advice -, RAV – Special paying-in slip issued by Government collection agencies – and F24) and free withdrawals at all ATM points in Italy.
