Quick-Mark è una marcatrice laser a postazione fissa, nata per l’integrazione su linee SMT ideale per la lavorazione su schede PCB. La
sorgente laser CO2 di altissima qualità, permette la marcatura in un’area di lavoro di 300x300mm, di datamatrix, barcode e codici alfanumerici su schede elettroniche posizionate direttamente sul conveyor.
La potenza e la qualità della sorgente (laser CO2 30W con area di
lavoro 300x300mm) assicurano una alta velocità di esecuzione ed
una estrema pulizia della marcatura, offrendo il massimo delle potenzialità nella generazione proprietaria di codici bi/tridimensionali
con ordine di grandezza anche di 3x3mm (18 caratteri) su tutta l’area disponibile. Il generatore incrementale della codifica prodotta su
specifica del cliente, garantisce il massimo della sicurezza in termini di
tracciabilità del prodotto
Quick-Mark permette l’importazione di files JPEG e DXF e la realizzazione di qualsiasi forma di immagine. L’unità laser installata può
essere anche utilizzata per marcatura 3D (optional) con terzo asse di
profondità per produrre marcature efficaci anche su superfici irregolari o geometricamente su piani differenti, semisferici o tetraedrici.
La grande versatilità di Quick-Mark ne permette una perfetta integrazione sia su linee di assemblaggio pre-esistenti, sia nella creazione di una isola di lavoro automatizzata; La macchina è dotata di conveyor regolabile da 1000mm (optional 3000mm) con porte superiori
di ispezione”.
