Frutto di una tecnologia all’avang uardia, Kerlite viene prodotta in lastre di 300x100 cm, spessore 3 mm,
con un impasto di gres porcellanato composto da argille e materie prime pregiate. È pressata su un tappeto
con una forza di 15.000 tonnellate senza l’impiego di stampi. La cottura avviene in forni innovativi ed
ecologici, frutto della ricerca e know-how Cotto d’Este. L’innovativa linea produttiva di Kerlite permette di
ottenere lastre ceramiche di spessore ridotto e di ineguagliabile resistenza e grado di elasticità. Nessuna
piastrella sottile pressata nei tradizionali stampi può raggiungere le straordinarie prestazioni di Kerlite.
Kerlite è disponibile oggi sul mercato in tre diverse tipologie destinate a differenti esigenze d’uso: KERLITE
3MM, KERLITE PLUS e KERLITE TWIN.

Produced by means of extremely innovative technology, KERLITE is manufactured i n 300x100 cm slabs,
with a thickness of 3 mm, using a mixture for porcelain stoneware composed of top quality clay and raw
materials. It is pressed on a belt with a force of 15,000 tons, without using dies. It is fired in innovative
and ecological kilns that are the result of the research and know-how of Cotto d’Este. The exceptional
production line designed for KERLITE allows for the production of ceramic slabs that are very thin but
extremely resistant and flexible. None of the thin tiles pressed using conventional dies may attain the
extraordinary performance of KERLITE.
KERLITE is now available in three different types for different applications: KERLITE 3MM, KERLITE PLUS
and KERLITE TWIN.

Fruit d’une technologie d’avant-garde, la ligne KERLITE est produite en dalles de 300x100 cm, épaisseur
3 mm, à base de grès cérame composé d’argiles et de matières premières de qualité. Le pressage est
effectué sur un tapis avec une force de 15 000 tonnes sans l’utilisation de moules. La cuisson a lieu
dans des fours innovants et écologiques, fruit de la recherche et du savoir-faire Cotto d’Este. L’innovante

Als Ergebnis einer fortschrittlichen Technologie wird KERLITE in 300x100 cm großen Platten, Stärke
3 mm, hergestellt, mit einer Mischung aus Feinsteinzeug, die aus hochwertigem Ton und Rohmaterial
besteht. Ohne den Einsatz von Werkzeugen wird es auf einer Matte mit einer Kraft von 15.000
Tonnen gepresst. Das Brennen findet in innovativen und umweltfreundlichen Öfen statt, Ergebnis der
Forschung und des Know-hows von Cotto d’Este. Die innovative Produktionslinie KERLITE ermöglicht
es Keramikplatten mit reduzierter Stärke und unnachahmlichem Widerstand und Elastizitätsgrad zu
erhalten. Keine in den traditionellen Werkzeugen gepresste dünne Fliese kann die außerordentliche
Leistung von KERLITE erzielen.
KERLITE ist heute in drei verschiedenen Typologien lieferbar, die für verschiedene Benutzungszwecke
