FABER CHIMICA s.r.l. was founded in 1986 in Fabriano (Ancona), in the heart of Italy.
The company operates in the specialized field of professional chemicals for the treatment, maintenance and restoration of all masonry surfaces such as gres and porcelain, ceramic, terracotta,
klinker, craquelè, stone, marble, granite, agglomerate and wood surfaces.
Right from the beginning FABER CHIMICA s.r.l. has focused its core business on major Italian and
overseas stone and ceramic manufacturers, developing over time important technical partnerships which have allowed us to develop up to today, “easy to use”, professional products which
are currently used on various projects.
Thanks to the company initiative and tenacity, FABER CHIMICA s.r.l. has increased its market
presence within the Italian and International markets, Europe and the Middle East, as well as in
the Asian countries such as Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Japan where Faber Chimica has been
operating for years.
Innovation, development and ability in facing new challenges make the company from Fabriano

Faber Chimica srl. nasce nel 1986 a Fabriano, in provincia di Ancona nel cuore dell’Italia.
Opera nel settore specifico dei prodotti chimici professionali, per il trattamento, la manutenzione
di pareti e pavimenti ed il ripristino di tutte le superfici edili, come gres porcellanato, ceramica,
cotto e terrecotte, clinker, craquelet, pietre, marmo, granito, agglomerati, legno ecc.
Sin dall’inizio Faber Chimica si è rivolta direttamente alle aziende produttrici di materiali lapidei e
ceramici sia in Italia che all’estero, sviluppando nel tempo importanti collaborazioni che hanno
permesso ad oggi di sviluppare prodotti professionali per trattamenti di superfici di facile utilizzo,
che vengono impiegati in moltissimi progetti.
Grazie all’intraprendenza ed alla tenacia dell’azienda, Faber Chimica negli anni ha ampliato sia
la propria realtà in Italia, nei mercati esteri, quali Europa e medio oriente, e la propria presenza nei
paesi Asiatici come Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Giappone, dove è presente da anni.

SOL 170 è un impregnante idrorepellente concentrato
base solvente ad alta penetrazione. Indicato
come pretrattamento sia per facilitare le operazioni di lavaggio di supporti molto assorbenti, che per
trattamento idrorepellente su superfici in interno ed in
esterno anche soggette ad umidità di risalita. Il
prodotto penetrando all’interno del materiale garantisce
una protezione efficace e duratura. Utilizzato
come pretrattamento semplifica le operazioni di posa accorciando drasticamente i tempi di consegna
del lavoro. L’effetto protettivo del prodotto rimane anche
dopo il lavaggio con prodotti acidi.
FABER CONCRETE HARDNER è un prodotto consolidante
per cementi e materiale carbonatici. È
stato studiato come “Primer di Levigatura” per conferire
durezza a tutte quelle superfici che spesso
soffrono di troppa morbidezza o di facile usura, in modo
da renderle più resistenti o più facili da
lucidare.
Sulle superfici in cemento da levigare permette di ottenere ottimi risultati saltando molti passaggi ed
ottenendo un risultato maggiore della levigatura stessa
ma può essere utilizzato anche su superfici
grezze o non finemente levigate per indurire e proteggere dalla sporco facilitando la manutenzione.

FABER CONCRETE HARDNER is a consolidator for concrete and carbonate floors.
The product has been developed as a “Honing Primer”
to harden all surfaces often suffering from too much
softness or easy to be affected by wear and tear, so as
to make them more resistant or easier to polish.
FABER CONCRETE HARDNER applied on concrete surfaces to be honed allows excellent results avoiding many
phases and getting a better result than honing, but it
can be also used on untreated or not finely polished
surfaces in order to harden and protect them from dirt,
thus allowing an easy maintenance.
The product can be both used as an hardening primer
and as a consolidator for concrete surfaces damaged
in the time.

HIDRO 150 è un impregnante antimacchia base
acqua eco compatibile. La speciale formulazione
garantisce ottimo potere antimacchia su vari tipi
di materiali, assorbenti e meno, senza alterare il
colore degli stessi. È molto versatile ed infatti è indicato sia per materiali artificiali che pietre naturali.
L’applicazione e’ consigliata quando si vuole proteggere bene e a lungo una superficie. Può essere
utilizzato anche su superfici leggermente umide
ed anche in fase di pretrattamento.

protection of medium/high absorbent natural
stone materials. Its ecological formulation guarantees a durable surface protection from water,

MAR GEL PLUS è uno smacchiatore base acqua
molto attivo contro la ruggine. E’ stato studiato per
rimuovere le macchie di ruggine da quei materiali
che non possono essere trattati con smacchiatori
acidi senza danneggiarne la lucentezza, reagendo
con il materiale.
Il prodotto viene sempre seguito dall’applicazione
di OXIDANT.
MAR GEL PLUS, grazie alla sua formulazione densa,
è indicato anche per l’applicazione in verticale. Il
prodotto, per le sue caratteristiche, arriva a reagire
anche con la ruggine in profondità e può necessitare di tempi di contatto anche prolungati.
MAR GEL PLUS is a water based stain remover
over-active against rust. Formulated to remove rust
stains from materials that cannot be treated with
acid stain-cleaners without damaging their brightness, while reacting with the material.
The product application must always be followed
by the use of OXIDANT.
Thanks to its dense formulation, MAR GEL PLUS is
also recommendable for vertical application. Due
to its features, the product can also react in depth
with rust and could need a longer contact time.

NO MAC GEL, grazie alla sua formulazione densa, è indicato anche per l’applicazione in verticale. Il
prodotto, per le sue caratteristiche, asciuga molto lentamente, permettendo agli agenti attivi contenuti nella
miscela di reagire per il maggior tempo possibile.
E’ molto facile da applicare e non lascia aloni.
NO OIL è uno smacchiatore base solvente attivo
contro le le macchie di olio e grasso in generale.
E’ stato studiato per estrarre le macchie di olio e
grasso, solitamente molto difficili da rimuovere
dai supporti senza incidere sulla lucentezza della
superficie.
NO OIL, grazie alla sua formulazione densa, è indicato anche per l’applicazione in verticale. Il
prodotto, per le sue caratteristiche, asciuga molto
lentamente, permettendo agli agenti attivi contenuti nella miscela di reagire per il maggior tempo
possibile.

NO RUG è uno smacchiatore base acqua molto attivo contro macchie di ruggine. E’ stato
studiato per rimuovere le macchie colorate da
tutti i materiali non sensibili ad agenti acidi.
NO RUG, grazie alla sua formulazione specifica
penetra la superficie scendendo in profondità
eliminando la ruggine anche presente nello
spessore del materiale.
E’ molto facile da applicare e non lascia aloni.
OXIDANT è uno smacchiatore base acqua che indicato a rimuovere macchie di natura particolare
da diversi materiali.
Il prodotto è efficace su caffè, vino, liquori, tè, inchiostro, aloni di penne ecc, quando questi non
sono completamente spariti con NO MAC GEL.
Inoltre la sua formulazione riesce ad eliminare
macchie più particolari come per esempio quelle
di tannino, ossidazioni varie, e macchie di umidità.
ANTIOX è un passivante particolare che funge da inibitore di ossidazione di ferro. La sua
formulazione
conferisce proprietà antiossidanti ed è consigliato sulle superfici che sono state lavate
con il NO RUG per evitare che l’azione responsabile della rimozione della ruggine sia
anche la successiva causa. Il prodotto è
delicato sulle superfici e non altera l’aspetto
dei materiali.
NO RUG is a heavy duty cleaner for general rust
stains. Due to its particular formulation, the product penetrates deeply, removing all yellow/
brown surface discolouration’s from the material thickness.
Easy to use, product does not leave any surface marks or rings.
OXIDANT is a water based stain remover for wine,
coffee, wood and organic stains in general. The
products slow drying, non acidic formulation allows its cleaning agents to react directly on the
stained
area, without damaging the delicate stone/marble surface. Ideal on heavy duty stains where NO
MAC GEL is less effective, product reacts on extreme stains such as tannin, general oxidations and
humidity based stains.

DEC 21 è una miscela di solventi organici e
agenti bagnanti per la deceratura dei materiali. E’ un decerante di alta qualità indicato
per togliere i vecchi residui di cere sintetiche
e organiche, sigillanti a base acqua e a base
solvente, prodotti per l’impregnazione, macchie di olio in superficie o macchie di grasso.
L’uso di DEC 21 si rivela necessario quando è
richiesta una deceratura completa per ridare
al pavimento il suo aspetto originale.
E’ di facile utilizzo e permette all’operatore
di intervenire con tempistiche e metodologie
altamente risolutive.
DEC 21 is a slow evaporating, mixture of organic solvents and wetting agents for effectively removing, de waxing or loosing previously applied synthetic or organic waxes, water

formulato con acidi inibiti e detergenti specifici, sostituisce con risultati ancor più performanti, l’acido
muriatico nella pulizia di fondo di superfici posate
di recente.
Agisce immediatamente e non sviluppa fumi. E’
indicato anche per la rimozione di calcare su materiali poco assorbenti, senza danneggiare le fughe
o alterare il loro colore.
NEUGEL è un detergente concentrato a pH neutro derivato da sostanze naturali. La sua formulazione
è molto indicata per la pulizia giornaliera di tutte le
superfici naturali. Garantisce un’ottima detergenza
del pavimento lasciando un piacevole profumo di pulito. Il prodotto possiede particolari composti naturali
che fungono da nutrienti per tutti i materiali estratti in
natura. Esalta blandamente la resistenza allo sporco
dovuto anche al traffico pedonale.
DECERA/P è un detergente decerante alcalino
specifico. E’ molto efficace per rimuovere vecchi
strati di cere sia naturali che sintetiche ma anche
patine superficiali dovute alla manutenzione, è indicato per la rimozione di macchie di olio e di grasso nonché di sporco untuoso. Il prodotto ha un’azione veloce ed efficace, se ne raccomanda l’uso
per la preparazione di pavimenti prima dell’applicazione di nuovi impregnanti o cere. Grazie alla
sua particolare formulazione può essere usato anche per togliere leggeri residui di cemento dove
non può essere usato un detergente acido.

acidula. E’ appositamente formulato per la rimozione di residui di stuccho, epossidici e cementizi, anche
su superfici delicate che necessitano di una pulizia di
fondo ma non sopportano prodotti troppo aggressivi. Adatto a rimuovere gli aloni di stuccatura su superfici porose e può essere applicato e lasciato sulla
superficie 1-2 ore senza danneggiare la stuccatura.
