The Exhibitor shall be held entirely responsible for the good keeping and custody of the assigned materials, and takes upon
himself/herself all liability regarding theft or damage that might be caused to the materials for any reason whatsoever. The Exhibitor
shall be held entirely responsible for damages or thefts of goods delivered and unattended in the stand or in the store room.
The delivery is dependent upon previous payment of the full amount by the Exhibitor Company.
Orders received without advance payment will be not carried out.
