towards “demanding” customers. The ergonomics of this mattress is further enhanced thanks to a 4 cm memory pad that mold to the person. On the other side

ergonomics of this mattress has been further increased by using a 4cm layer of
VISCOPUR MEMORY on the upper side. This side, in addition to being ergonomic, is more suitable during the winter, thanks to the quality of the memory to
accumulate and retain heat. The other side, cooler and more suitable for warm
periods, is formed by an open-cell polyurethane that allows greater breathability.
The former is covered with jersey fabric, the latter with a 100% cotton fabric, in
addition to a 400 gr silicone padding and a high weight viscose fabric.

PREMIUM mattress is the first one of the independent springs series. This mattress uses the Pocket 800 spring system, i.e. 800 springs (in double mattresses)
inserted one by one in breathable bags. This spring has seven different zones,

Thanks to this system it is one of the best spring system for ergonomics. The
PREMIUM box system is formed by borders with a large section, that preserve
the characteristics of the suspension and ensure a longer durability. A special

materassi memory foam. Composto da una particolare schiuma viscoelastica
consente al materasso di adattarsi con precisione millimetrica al corpo umano.
Automodellante e termosensibile, il memory adatta la propria forma al corpo
umano percependone il calore.
Il peso viene così uniformemente distribuito sull’intero materasso senza che vi
siano particolari zone di pressione che ostacolino la circolazione sanguigna. Il
materasso memory foam ritorna lentamente alla forma originaria dopo l’utilizzo.
MEMORY FOAM
Memory foam is one of the most modern materials used in the creation of a mattress. Originally used by
NASA “American Space Agency” for cushion and support astronauts in the presence of an intense gravity,
it was subsequently kneaded and used in the implementation phase of the memory foam mattresses. Consisting of a particular viscoelastic foam, it allows the mattress to adapt to the human body with millimeter
precision. Being self-shaping and thermo-sensitive, memory foam adapts its shape to the human body perceiving its temperature. The weight is then equally distributed over the entire mattress avoiding the presence
of particular pressure zones that prevent blood circulation. The memory foam mattress slowly returns to its
original shape after use.

needled fibers to their defense. The perimeter is reinforced by high-strength anti-dip box system and on both sides of the spring-core there is a support made

pillow padded with polyurethane materials that increase the softness and the

ORFEO is the first Bonnell Line mattress. The supporting structure of the mattress
is made of a system of BICONICAL BONNELL SPRINGS that, joined together
by steel spirals, ensure a correct and uniform support over the entire surface of
the mattress. The heart of this mattress is made up of 400 springs, protected by
a non-deformable box made of supporting high-density polyurethane. On both
sides there is a layer of white cotton needled felt, which guarantees a further
protection to the spring system. Finally, two layers of 2cm D.28 H. polyurethane
define its comfort. The ORFEO mattress is edged with a central 3D band that

Il cotone è una fibra vegetale ottenuta dalla capsule mature della pianta del cotone.
Le proprietà del cotone sono:
Igroscopocità: E’ particolarmente assorbente, può immagazzinare molta umidità del corpo, tuttavia non è adatto alle attività sportive prolungate che fanno
sudare tanto, in quanto le fibre bagnate si gonfiano e si incollano alla pelle.
Traspirabilità: ha una funzione protettiva, perchè è un materiale che non gratta
e non irrita l’epidermite.
Isolamento termico: Il cotone è un buon conduttore del calore, ma non isola
dal freddo.
Antistaticità: Non infiltrisce e non si carica di energia elettrostatica..
Flessibilità: Si sgualcisce facilmente e perde la forma. Per evitare questi difetti
andrebbe apprettato con resine sintetiche, ma queste ridurrebbero le proprietà
del cotone.

Cotton is a vegetable fiber obtained from the ripe capsules of the cotton plant. The properties of cotton are:
Hygroscopicity: it is very absorbent, it can store much body moisture but it is not suitable for prolonged sporting activities that make you sweat so much, as the wet fibers swell and stick to the skin.
Breathability: it has a protective function because it is a material that does not scratch and irritate the skin.
Thermal insulation: cotton is a good conductor of heat, but it is not a cold insulating.
Antistatic: it does not get matted and does not charge electrostatic energy.
Flexibility: It easily wrinkles and loses its shape. To avoid these defects it should be starched with synthetic
resins, but these would reduce the properties of cotton.

DREAM NIGHT is a mattress with a structure consisting of a combination of
three layers: the top layer consists of a pad of 5 cm with 35S comfort density,
specially designed to stimulate microcirculation. The central part is formed by
14 cm of blue shaped polyurethane 358. Finally, the lower part is formed by a
wavy memory layer of 4 cm. The three layers are upholstered with a cover in fine
fabric that has a thermal and silicone padding, designed to the body temperature
constant. The breathability of the mattress is allowed by a continuous flow of air
through a perimeter ventilation system.

La deformazione del materasso sotto il peso del corpo disteso è molteplice ed è
il risultato dell’interazione fra il peso dei vari segmenti corporei e l’elasticità della

ERGONOMICS OF THE MATTRESS
The deformation of the mattress under the weight of the lying body is various and it is the result of the interaction between the weight of the different body segments and the elasticity of the mattress “machine”. This
measure expresses the result of several variables:
- The elastic response of the mattress in the different points of contact with the body;
- The mechanical connection between the adjacent areas of the mattress;
- The total weight of the subject;

SOGNO è un materasso costituito da tre varianti di poliuretani, che abbinati tra loro offrono un sostegno e un comfort ineguagliabili. I 5 cm. di
poliuretano del lato estivo sono studiati per essere freschi, traspiranti e
supersoffici, grazie alla struttura a poro aperto.
Lo strato centrale di colore rosso è composto da un particolare poliuretano 35S portante con areazioni su entrambi i latti.
Il lato invernale è composto da uno strato di memory alto 4 cm. ondulato
che dona un massaggio costante durante il sonno.
SOGNO è caratterizzato da una cover realizzata con un tessuto antistress da 300gr con filamenti di silver e una imbottitura da 400 gr. abbinata ad una pregiata tela di puro cotone.

SOGNO is a mattress made of of three variants of polyurethane, which combined together offer incomparable support and comfort. The summer side, with
its 5 cm of polyurethane, is designed to be fresh, breathable and super soft,
thanks to the open pore structure. The red central layer is made of a particular
supporting polyurethane 35S with air vents on both sides. The winter side consists of a wavy memory layer of 4 cm high that gives a constant massage during
sleep. SOGNO is characterized by a cover made of an anti-stress fabric of 300
gr with silver filaments and a 400 gr padding combined with a high-quality pure
cotton fabric.

NO-WEIGHT is a mattress made of two layers that, joined together, offer optimum support. The first layer is composed of 17cm 28S density polyurethane
with shaped comfort in different zone, which, according to the features of each
part of the body, gives a feeling of well-being to the whole person. The second
layer consists of a pad of 4 cm memory foam with Vp45N density for a total ergonomics of the body. These two layers, covered in turn by a thermal and 400 gr
silicone padding are enclosed in a special aloe vera cover, which uses the healing
properties of the plant known for a long time.

Il poliuretano è un materiale che deriva dalle materie plastiche inventato più di 60
anni fa. Il poliuretano espanso si ottiene dalla miscelazione di due componenti che
inizialmente si presentano allo stato liquido.
L’aumento di volume del liquido in schiuma arriva a 30-40 volte. Grazie alla moderna tecnologia si sono ottenuti poliuretani espansi flessibili nei quali l’agente
espandente è l’acqua.
I prodotti di questa nuova generazione sono profondamente diversi da quelli di
qualche anno fa in quanto sono spesso ma non sempre, privi di sostanze nocive
per l’ambiente e per l’uomo (senza c.f.c, senza solventi clorurati, e ignifughi), sono
