L’AZIENDA
PRECISIONE, ATTENZIONE AI DETTAGLI, FLESSIBILITÀ: queste tre
caratteristiche da quasi cinquant’anni contraddistinguono il lavoro di Mizar.
Nata nel settore delle lavorazioni meccaniche tradizionali come Ditta Banche
per opera di Giuseppe Banche, e nel settore macchine a CNC come Mizar
s.a.s. per opera di Giuseppe Banche e Teppa Matteo, dal 1997 le due attività
sono state unificate sotto l’unica ditta Mizar s.r.l., e dal 2006 è
gestita dalle sorelle Valeria, Emanuela e Paola Banche.
L’azienda ha saputo, in questi anni difficili, affrontare le sfide
di un mercato in continua evoluzione, adottando strategie di
investimenti in attrezzature, macchinari all’avanguardia e
personale altamente qualificato. Grazie ad elevati standard
di produzione e alla flessibilità nei processi, Mizar realizza
lavorazioni meccaniche di precisione di tornitura e fresatura
per produzioni di piccole e medie serie. Numerose aziende
leader nei propri settori si rivolgono alla Mizar perché sa
essere allo stesso tempo affidabile, puntuale e rigorosa.
Dietro a questi risultati ci sono un’attenta programmazione
delle lavorazioni, dall’approvvigionamento delle materie prime
alla progettazione CAM, dai trattamenti termici e superficiali fino
al collaudo, prove e assemblaggi. Un’azienda che si distingue per
l’attenzione all’ambiente di lavoro e ai propri addetti e ciò si ripercuote
positivamente sui tempi di consegna e sulla qualità dei particolari prodotti,
tutti testati e verificati nella sala metrologica climatizzata.
THE COMPANY
DETAILS ACCURACY, FLEXIBILITY, EXPERIENCE: these three
features from almost fifty years distinguish the work of Mizar.
Born in the field of traditional machining, as Ditta BANCHE, by
Giuseppe Banche, and in the field of CNC machining as MIZAR
s.a.s. by Giuseppe Banche e Matteo Teppa, in 1997 the two
activities were unified under the single company MIZAR s.r.l.,
and since 2006 is carried out by the sisters Valeria, Emanuela
and Paola Banche.
The company has been able to deal with the challenges of an
ever changing market, by adopting strategies of investment
in equipment, advanced machinery and highly qualified
personnel. Thanks to high production standards and process
flexibility, Mizar realizes high precision machinings, turning
and milling, for small and medium batches. Many leading
companies in their sectors contacts Mizar because of its
reliability, precision and rigorousness. Behind these results
there is a careful planning of operations, from raw materials to
the cam design, from the heat and surface treatments to the
inspection tests and assemblies. A company that stands out for
the attention to the work environment and to its employees
and has a positive effect on delivery times and quality of the
products, all tested and verified in the metrology room.

CAD/CAM che permettono la gestione di lavorazioni
5 assi in continuo.

Since 2009, Mizar with the aim to increase the skills, has
two CAD/CAM workstations that allow the management
of 5-axis continuous machining.

All outgoing products are tested and certified in the airconditioned metrology room.
Nella sala metrologica climatizzata vengono
controllati e certificati tutti i prodotti in uscita.
La strumentazione utilizzata si avvale di un
centro di misura Zeiss Eclipse CNC ed un
centro di misura Zeiss UPMC per scansioni
in continuo oltre ad un altimetro digitale, un
rugosimetro ed altri strumenti di precisione.
Dal 1999 Mizar ha ottenuto la certificazione
dei processi produttivi DNV oggi aggiornata alla
normativa 9001:2008.
The instrumentation used employs a measurement
Zeiss Eclipse CNC Center and a measurement Zeiss
UPMC Center for continuously scans in addition
to a digital altimeter, a roughness meter and other
precision instruments. Since 1999, Mizar has obtained
the certification of DNV production processes today
updated the regulations 9001: 2008.

Dal mese di Agosto 2015 Mizar si è trasferita in un nuovo stabilimento
ampliando la superficie coperta a 2500mq e la superficie
all’aperto a 5000mq. Ad oggi l’organico aziendale è composto
da 20 addetti.
From the month of August 2015 Mizar has moved to a
new plant by expanding the area covered in 2500
square meters and an outdoor area to 5000
square meters. Up to this date the company’s
staff consists of 20 employees.
