e incontaminato. Progettata nel 2003 dagli attuali proprietari la tenuta è stata concepita con tutti i servizi e i comfort necessari per praticare diverse attività sportive,
avere un ambiente rilassante e disporre di camere sufficienti ad ospitare amici e ospiti
con la possibilità per ognuno di godere della massima privacy. La tenuta, con circa
2.400mq coperti, è composta da:

• Una dependance per gli ospiti composta da: camera matrimoniale con servizio privato, Spa e soggiorno. Fiore all’occhiello della proprietà, una scuola di equitazione,
scuderie, selleria, paddocks, campo da tennis 2 piscine con solarium in teck, Jacuzzi, laghetto artificiale e locale multiuso utilizzato attualmente come atelier e palestra.
THE VILLA
Su Cuccumiao is a unique property of great charm, designed to ensure a luxurious

The estate is located only 5 km from the sea and less than 20 minutes from the Internartional Airport of Olbia. Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo are less than 20 km. The
estate covers 41 hectares of totally unspoiled plot. Created in 2003 by the current
owners, this horse farm was conceived with all the facilities and comforts necessary to
practice various sports, have a relaxing environment and have sufficient rooms to ac-
commodate friends and guests in proximity but with the possibility for each and all to
enjoy their privacy.
The farm, of about 2400 square meters covered, comprises:
• A spacious farmhouse with three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, entrance with guest washroom, living room and dining room, equipped kitchen and terrace.
• A Converted Barn, with East and West Wings duplexes each with two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining area, guest washroom
and covered terrace. North and South Upper floor Studios each with private bathroom
and individual kitchen. Central Laundry and gym overlooking the biological pond and
gardens.
• A Guest House with double bedroom with en suite bathroom, private spa and sitting room. Among other highlights a riding school, a stable for up to 10 horses, a tennis court, and a swimming pool with a teak sundeck are included among the estate’s
numerous superb amenities.
