REGOLAMENTO
CASA VACANZE GIARDINI
CHECK-IN
Arrivo dalle ore 14.00 alle 20.00
L'ospite consegna i documenti per la registrazione, ritira le chiavi dell'appartamento e a
richiesta, il telecomando del cancello elettrico del parcheggio privato. Le chiavi e l'eventuale
telecomando dovranno essere restituiti prima della partenza.
Se l'ospite provvede al pagamento del soggiorno in loco riceve la ricevuta del
pagamento, la dichiarazione di consegna delle chiavi con le regole della casa.
La CASA VACANZE GIARDINI non ha Bancomat o Carte di Credito e non accetta
assegni.
CHECK-OUT
Entro le ore 11.00 del giorno di partenza, salvo particolari accordi da prendere al
momento della prenotazione.
Superate le 11.00, senza che sia stata liberata la camera, verrà addebitata un'ulteriore
giornata di soggiorno alla tariffa base.
PER IL COSTO GIORNALIERO DELL'APPARTAMENTO SONO COMPRESI I SEGUENTI
SERVIZI:
il parcheggio gratuito, l'accesso Internet - Connessione Rete Wireless: Casa Vacanze
Giardini – password – giardini.
Il costo di tutte le utenze (acqua, luce, riscaldamento), la fornitura di lenzuola ed
asciugamani, l'utilizzo di tutti gli accessori che troverete nella cucina, stanza giorno/notte e
nel bagno, la pulizia iniziale e finale.
In caso di partenza anticipata verrà comunque trattenuto l’intero importo di prenotazione
concordato.
Il riscaldamento è centralizzato
Gli orari potranno subire variazioni a seconda delle stagioni e delle condizioni atmosferiche.
I termosifoni sono dotati di valvole termostatiche per regolare la temperatura.

SERVIZI a richiesta a pagamento
Durante il soggiorno gli ospiti possono concordare con la struttura uno o più interventi per
la pulizia generale delle stanze, il cambio delle lenzuola e degli asciugamani.
Il costo dell'intervento per 2 persone è di euro 25,00.
DIVIETI
Nell'appartamento non si può fumare e non sono ammessi animali.
Va osservato il silenzio dalle ore 23.00 alle ore 07.00.
Non si possono ricevere visite ed ulteriori ospiti che non siano ivi soggiornati senza
richiedere il permesso.
Non si può portare all'esterno qualsiasi cosa che si trova nelle camere, nei bagni o,
comunque, nei locali interni a disposizione degli ospiti, senza accordo preventivo.
Non si può circolare negli spazi privati della casa senza l'autorizzazione.
In caso di furto, l’intero costo degli oggetti rubati verrà addebitato all’ospite.
Gli ospiti sono responsabili di qualsiasi danno all’arredamento/decorazioni o a qualunque
oggetto presente nelle stanza.
Siete pregati di non lasciare oggetti di valore incustoditi al loro interno.
Decliniamo ogni responsabilità per furti ad oggetti, effetti personali e quant’altro.
Gli ospiti non sono tenuti a rispondere quando suona il campanello della Casa di Vacanze.
Quando escono, devono sempre accertarsi di avere chiuso la porta dell'appartamento, il
cancello di entrata ed il cancello elettrico esterno, le luci esterne.
Le finestre non vanno mai lasciate spalancate.
Si abbia cura di spegnere le luci delle camere, controllare di aver chiudo i rubinetti
dell'acqua e la valvola del gas.
Per tutto quanto non esplicitamente citato si fa riferimento alle normative vigenti, al buon
gusto ed al buon senso di ciascuno nell’interesse di tutti.
Il rispetto delle regole è assolutamente obbligatorio, in mancanza ci si troverà costretti a
non consentire oltre la permanenza.
Durante il vostro soggiorno potrete rivolgervi a noi per ottenere delle informazioni
turistiche. Nell'appartamento troverete depliants, materiale informativo e qualche consiglio.

CHECK-IN
Arrival from 14.00 to 20.00
The guest shall deliver the documents for registration, collect the keys and on-demand,
remote control electric gate of the car park. The keys and any remote control must be
returned before departure.
If the guest shall pay the living room on site receives the payment receipt,
statement of delivery of the keys to the house rules.
The HOLIDAY HOUSE GARDENS has no ATM or credit cards and checks are not
accepted.
CHECK-OUT
By 11.00 am on day of departure, unless special arrangements to be taken at the time of
booking.
Go through 11.00, without having been freed the room will be charged an additional day's
stay at the basic rate.
FOR THE DAILY COST OF THE APARTMENT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:
free parking, Internet access – Wireless Network Connection: Casa Vacanze Giardini password – giardini.
The cost of all utilities (water, electricity, heating), the supply of sheets and towels, use of
all the accessories that you will find in the kitchen, bedroom / living room and bathroom,
the initial and final cleaning.
In case of early departure it will still be deducted the entire amount of the agreed
reservation.
There is central heating
The timetable may be subject to change depending on the season and weather conditions.
The radiators are equipped with thermostatic valves for regulating the temperature.
SERVICES surcharge
During their stay, guests can agree with the structure of one or more interventions for the
general cleanliness of the rooms, changing linens and towels.
The cost of the intervention for 2 people is € 25.00.

PROHIBITIONS
You can not smoke in the apartment and pets are not allowed.
It should be noted the silence from 23.00 to 07.00.
You can not receive visits and more guests than there soggiornati without seeking
permission.
You can not bring anything that is outside the rooms, bathrooms, or at least in the inner
rooms available to guests, without prior agreement.
You can not move in the private spaces of the house without permission.
In case of theft, the entire cost of the stolen items will be charged to the guest.
Guests are responsible for any damage to furnishings / decor or any object in the room.
Please do not leave valuables unattended in them.
We disclaim any responsibility for theft object, personal effects, and more.
Guests are not required to respond when the doorbell rings of Holiday Home.
When they go out, they should always make sure you have closed the apartment door, the
entrance gate and the gate electric exterior, exterior lights.
The windows should never be left open.
Take care to switch off the lights of the room, be sure to close the water taps and the gas
valve.
For anything not explicitly mentioned refers to the current regulations, good taste and good
sense of each interest of all.
Compliance with the rules is mandatory, failing that we will not allow forced to stay over.
During your stay you can contact us to get tourist information. In the apartment you will
find leaflets, brochures and any advice.
