Il Gruppo svolge una funzione fondamentale a supporto della mobilità, delle attività produttive, delle comunicazioni, del commercio, del turismo e quindi dello sviluppo sociale ed economico del Paese. In questo contesto, l’obiettivo primario del Gruppo si fonda sull’ampliamento delle attività nel core business e in nuovi settori, prevalentemente connessi ai servizi alla mobilità, nonché sullo sviluppo del trasporto intermodale e su di una progressiva espansione internazionale. Al fine di definire con chiarezza e trasparenza i valori ai quali il Gruppo si ispira per raggiungere i propri obiettivi e i principi etici ed operativi rilevanti nella conduzione delle attività è stato predisposto il Codice Etico (il “Codice”) la cui osservanza è di primaria importanza e imprescindibile per il corretto funzionamento, l’affidabilità, la reputazione e l’immagine del Gruppo, la soddisfazione del cliente, fattori tutti che costituiscono i fondamenti per il successo e lo sviluppo attuale e futuro delle imprese gestite dalle società del Gruppo. Le attività del Gruppo devono essere quindi svolte nel rispetto di tutte le disposizioni di legge e dei principi di onestà, affidabilità, imparzialità, lealtà, trasparenza, correttezza e buona fede. 6 Atlantia S.p.A., along with its subsidiaries and associated companies (“the Group”), builds and manages motorways, airports, parking areas and intermodal transport infrastructure, together with other related infrastructure. The Group also engages in activities linked or complementary to road and air traffic, and in industrial activities relating to the assets it owns. The Group plays a funtamental role of support for mobility, manufacturing activities, communications, trade, tourism and, therefore, for the social and economic development of the nation. In this context, the Group’s primary objective lies in the growth of its core business activities and also in new fields, mainly linked to services relating to mobility, the development of intermodal transport and progressive international expantion. In order to clearly and transparently define the values which inspire the Group to achieve its objectives, and the ethical and operational principles to be appllied in conducting its business, the Group has drawn up a Code of Ethics (the "Code"). Compliance with the Code is fundamental to and essential for the correct operation, reliability, reputation and image of the Group, as well as client satisfaction, all of which are elements of the success and of the current and future development of the enterprises managed by companies of the Group. The activities of the Group must, therefore, be performed in compliance with all legal provisions and the principles of honesty, reliability, impartiality, loyalty, transparency, propriety and good faith. Ciascun dipendente è tenuto a conoscere il Codice e a contribuire attivamente alla sua osservanza. A tal fine il Gruppo, per quanto di sua competenza, si impegna a garantire la massima diffusione del Codice ed a fornire adeguati strumenti di informazione in ordine ai contenuti dello stesso. Ogni comportamento contrario alla lettera e allo spirito del Codice sarà perseguito e sanzionato in quanto contrario ai principi del Gruppo. Application Le norme del Codice si applicano ai dipendenti del Gruppo e a tutti coloro che cooperano al perseguimento dei fini del Gruppo nel contesto delle relazioni che essi intrattengono con il Gruppo medesimo. I componenti dei Consigli di Amministrazione del Gruppo sono tenuti ad ispirarsi ai principi del Codice, così come qui successivamente identificati, nel fissare gli obiettivi delle imprese delle società del Gruppo, nel proporre gli investimenti e realizzare i progetti, nonché in qualsiasi decisione o azione relativa alla gestione delle imprese gestite dalle Società del Gruppo; del pari i dirigenti, nel dare concreta attuazione all’attività di direzione delle imprese gestite dalle Società del Gruppo, dovranno ispirarsi ai medesimi principi, sia all’interno del Gruppo, rafforzando così la coesione e lo spirito di reciproca collaborazione, sia nei confronti dei terzi che entrano in contatto con il Gruppo stesso. I dipendenti e i collaboratori non subordinati del Gruppo (quali, ad esempio, consulenti, rappresentanti, intermediari, agenti, etc.), nonché i partner in relazioni d’affari e tutti coloro che intrattengono rapporti commerciali di lungo periodo con il Gruppo, sono tenuti ad adeguare i propri comportamenti alle disposizioni del Codice. Ciascun dipendente dovrà svolgere con onestà, impegno e rigore professionale le proprie funzioni e dovrà, altresì, operare nel rispetto della legalità. I criteri di correttezza, collaborazione, lealtà e reciproco rispetto dovranno improntare i rapporti tra i dipendenti, di qualsiasi livello, e tra questi ed i terzi estranei al Gruppo. Le azioni, le operazioni, le negoziazioni ed in genere qualsiasi altra attività, posta in essere dai dipendenti del Gruppo nello svolgimento The rules of the Code apply to all employees of the Group and to all those who cooperate to achieve the Group’s objectives as part of their relationships with the Group itself. The members of the Boards of Directors of the Group are obliged to base their activity on the principles of the Code, as indicated herein below, in establishing the objectives of the enterprises of the companies of the Group, in proposing the investments and implementing projects, and in any decision or action relating to the management of the enterprises managed by the companies of the Group; in the same manner, the managers (“dirigenti”), in implementing activities and managing the enterprises held by the Companies of the Group, must base their activity on the same principles, both within the Group, in order to reinforce the unity and the spirit of mutual collaboration, and with third parties who may come into contact with the Group itself. The employees and the independent contractors of the Group (for example, contractors, representatives, brokers, agents, etc.), and business partners in business relations and all those who have commercial relations with the Group, must conform their behaviour to the provisions of the Code. Each employee must perform his/her duties with honesty, devotion and professional rigor and must also operate within the law. The criteria of correctness, collaboration, loyalty and mutual respect must characterize the relations between employees, at any level, and between the latter and third parties outside the Group. Impegni del Gruppo Through the creation of a specific internal office (hereinafter referred to as “Ethics Officer”) the Group ensures: • the widest diffusion of the Code among employees and contractors; • the diffusion of information, training and clarification on the interpretation of the Code; • the update of the Code; • the performance of checks, if necessary with the co-operation of Atlantia SpA's Internal Audit function, in case of alleged violations of the Code. Anche attraverso la designazione di una specifica funzione interna (funzione qui denominata come “Ethic Officer”), il Gruppo assicura: • la massima diffusione del Codice presso i dipendenti ed i collaboratori; • la diffusione di strumenti conoscitivi, di formazione e di chiarimento circa l’interpretazione del Codice; • l’aggiornamento del Codice; • lo svolgimento di verifiche, se opportuno con la collaborazione dell’Internal Audit di Atlantia, nel caso di presunte violazioni del Codice. 1.3. Obblighi dei dipendenti e dei collaboratori Ogni dipendente o collaboratore ha il dovere di conoscere le norme contenute nel Codice e ha l’obbligo di: • astenersi dal tenere comportamenti contrari alle disposizioni del Codice; • riferire ai propri superiori e, con il risultato dei primi immediati riscontri, all’Ethic Officer qualsiasi notizia relativa alle violazioni del Codice nell’ambito dell’attività del Gruppo; • collaborare con le strutture deputate al controllo interno alla verifica delle violazioni; • non intraprendere altro genere di iniziative contrarie ai contenuti del Codice. Ciascun dipendente o collaboratore dovrà, nei confronti dei terzi che entrano in rapporto con il Gruppo: 1.2. Group’s undertakings 1.3. Employees’ and independent contractors’ undertakings Each employee and contractor is under the obligation to learn the rules contained in the Code and is also under the obligation: • to desist from behaviour which is contrary to the provisions of the Code; • to make an initial report to his/her supervisors, and then inform the Ethics Officer of the results of the preliminay investigation regarding any violations of the Code within the activity of the Group; • to co-operate with the internal structures charged with the investigation of any violations; • not to take any other initiative which may be contrary to the contents of the Code. Ethic Officer Il Gruppo ha istituito la funzione dell’Ethic Officer che ha il compito di: • vigilare sull’osservanza del Codice, esaminando le notizie di possibili violazioni del medesimo, promuovendo le verifiche ritenute necessarie anche con la collaborazione dell’Internal Audit di Atlantia; • divulgare e verificare la conoscenza del Codice, promuovendo programmi di comunicazione e attività finalizzate ad una maggiore comprensione del Codice; • proporre l’emanazione di linee guida e di procedure operative o le integrazioni e modifiche di quelle esistenti, intese a ridurre il rischio di violazione del Codice; • proporre all’Organismo di Vigilanza di Atlantia eventuali modifiche finalizzate all’aggiornamento del Codice Etico. 12 • adequately inform them about the provisions of this Code; • demand the observance of the provisions of the Code in the performance of the activities for which they are in a relationship with the Group; • adopt the measures provided for by the Code in case of violation by third parties of the obligation to comply with the provisions of the Code. 1.4. Ethics Officer The Group has created the position of Ethics Officer, who is responsible for the following duties: • to supervise the observance of the Code, by examining information on possible violations of the same, by promoting the controls which may be deemed necessary, eventually with the cooperation of Atlantia SpA's Internal Audit function; • to diffuse and verify knowledge of the Code, by preparing communication programs and activities aimed at improving the knowledge of the Code; • to issue guidelines and operational procedures or subsequent amendments and additions aimed at reducing the risk of violation of the Code; • to propose eventual amendments to the Atlantia S.p.A. Efficacia del Codice e conseguenze delle sue violazioni 1.5. Effectiveness of the Code and consequences of its violation L’osservanza delle norme contenute nel Codice deve considerarsi parte essenziale delle obbligazioni contrattuali previste per i dipendenti delle società del Gruppo, ai sensi dell’articolo 2104 del codice civile, nonché per i collaboratori non subordinati delle stesse. L’adozione da parte di un dipendente della Società di un comportamento che disattenda le suddette norme, costituisce, inoltre, violazione dell’obbligo dei lavoratori di eseguire con la diligenza i compiti loro affidati, assumendosene la personale responsabilità e attenendosi alle direttive della Società, così come previsto dal vigente CCNL. Con riferimento alle sanzioni irrogabili, si precisa che esse verranno applicate nel rispetto di quanto previsto dal sistema disciplinare aziendale e dalle procedure previste dal CCNL. Il Gruppo si impegna a prevedere ed irrogare, con coerenza, imparzialità ed uniformità, sanzioni proporzionate, a seconda della loro gravità, alle rispettive violazioni del Codice e conformi alle vigenti disposizioni in materia di regolamentazione dei rapporti di lavoro. Observance of the rules contained in the Code must be considered as an essential part of the employee’s contractual obligations, pursuant to article 2104 of the Italian Civil Code as well as for independent contractors. Behaviour by one of the Company’s employees which may be in violation of the above-mentioned rules represents, furthermore, violation of the obligation of the employee to perform duties with the maximum degree of diligence, for which the same are personally liable, and complying with the directives of the Company, as provided for by the Collective Labour Agreement, currently in force. With reference to the related sanctions, it is hereby specified that the same shall be applied in compliance with the corporate disciplinary systems and the procedure indicated in the Collective Labour Agreement. Obiettivo primario del Gruppo e di coloro che lo dirigono è quello di proporre e realizzare progetti, azioni ed investimenti finalizzati a preservare ed accrescere il patrimonio aziendale senza sacrificare la specificità di ogni singolo apporto. Il Gruppo per il raggiungimento dei propri obiettivi si ispira ai seguenti principi: • rispetto di tutte le disposizioni di legge e regolamentari vigenti nei paesi nei quali il Gruppo opera; • osservanza delle più rigorose regole comportamentali nei rapporti con la Pubblica Amministrazione nel pieno rispetto delle funzioni istituzionali; • onestà, trasparenza ed affidabilità; • eguaglianza ed imparzialità nel trattamento dei clienti, dipendenti e collaboratori non subordinati; • lealtà, correttezza e buona fede; • rispetto dei propri dipendenti e collaboratori non subordinati, e delle persone in generale; • tutela dell’ambiente e sicurezza, con riferimento anche a quella sul luogo di lavoro. Ciascun dipendente, consulente, fornitore, partner in relazioni d’affari di lungo periodo e chiunque abbia rapporti con il Gruppo é tenuto ad osservare i Principi. Il Gruppo non inizierà o proseguirà alcun rapporto con chi manifesti di non voler rispettare i Principi. Nell’espletamento delle proprie mansioni lavorative il dipendente dovrà astenersi dallo svolgere attività che non siano nell’interesse del Gruppo. 16 The competitiveness of the Group is intrinsically linked to the efficiency of the staff and systems which, when integrated, result as adequate to effectively achieve the corporate objectives. The primary objective of the Group, and of those who lead it, is to propose and implement projects, activities and investments aimed at preserving and increasing the corporate assets, without sacrificing the unique character of each single contribution. The achievement of the Group’s objectives, is based on the following principles: • compliance with all the law and regulatory provisions in force in the countries where the Group operates; • compliance with the strictest rules of behaviour in relations with the Public Sector, in total conformity with all institutional functions; • honesty, transparency and reliability; • equality and impartiality in dealing with clients, employees and independent contractors; • loyalty, propriety and good faith; • respect of one’s own employees and independent contractors, and of third parties in general; • safeguard of the environment and safety in general, with particular reference to safety at work. Each employee, consultant, supplier, partner in long-term business relations and whoever has relations with the Group is under an obligation to comply with the Principles. The Group shall not commence or continue any relationship with whoever appears not to be willing to comply with the Principles. In the performance of his/her tasks, the employee shall refrain from performing activities which are not in the interests of the Group. Principi Etici • Ethical principles Ciascun dipendente può partecipare, fuori dall’orario e della sede di lavoro, ad attività diverse da quelle svolte nell’interesse del Gruppo, purché si tratti di attività consentite dalla legge e compatibili con gli obblighi assunti in qualità di dipendenti. I dipendenti devono, tuttavia, evitare tutte quelle attività che siano o che comunque appaiano in conflitto di interessi con il Gruppo o che possano, comunque, interferire con la loro capacità di assumere decisioni nell’esclusivo interesse del Gruppo e per le quali esistano evidenti ragioni di opportunità. A titolo esemplificativo, ma non esaustivo, costituiscono conflitto di interessi: • la cointeressenza – palese od occulta – del dipendente o di suoi familiari in attività di fornitori, clienti, concorrenti; • la strumentalizzazione della propria posizione funzionale per la realizzazione di interessi contrastanti con quelli dell’azienda; • l’utilizzazione di informazioni acquisite nello svolgimento di attività lavorative a vantaggio proprio o di terzi e comunque in contrasto con gli interessi dell’azienda; • lo svolgimento di attività lavorative di qualunque genere (prestazioni d’opera e prestazioni intellettuali) presso clienti, fornitori, concorrenti e/o presso terzi in contrasto con gli interessi dell’azienda; • la conclusione, il perfezionamento o l’avvio di trattative e/o contratti riferibili al Gruppo, che abbiano come controparte familiari o soci del dipendente, ovvero persone giuridiche di cui egli sia titolare o a cui egli sia comunque interessato. performed in the interest of the Group, provided that these are activities permitted by law and are compatible with the obligations undertaken as an employee. In ogni caso la selezione deve essere effettuata nell’osservanza dei requisiti di qualità, prezzo, convenienza, capacità ed efficienza. Rapporti con gli organi di informazione I rapporti tra il Gruppo ed i mass media in genere spettano esclusivamente alle funzioni aziendali ed alle responsabilità a ciò delegate e devono essere intrattenuti nel rispetto della politica di comunicazione definita dal Gruppo. I dipendenti del Gruppo non possono, pertanto, fornire informazioni ai rappresentanti dei mass media senza l’autorizzazione delle funzioni competenti. In any case, the information and communication relating to the Group and addressed outside the Group must be accurate, true, complete, transparent and consistent. Iniziative “non profit” Il Gruppo favorisce le attività “non profit” al fine di testimoniare il proprio impegno ad attivarsi per la soddisfazione degli interessi diffusi meritevoli di apprezzamento sotto il profilo etico, giuridico e sociale delle comunità in cui esso opera. I dipendenti del Gruppo, compatibilmente con le loro funzioni, sono tenuti a partecipare attivamente alla definizione delle singole iniziative intraprese dal Gruppo, in coerenza e nel rispetto delle politiche di intervento del Gruppo stesso, e ad attuarle nel rispetto dei criteri di trasparenza ed onestà. Contributions to non-profit associations with a great cultural value or national relevance, may, therefore, be made, in observance of the Principles of the Group, provided said associations have regular articles of association and incorporation deeds. The sponsorships, which may concern the social sphere, sport, entertainment, art and culture, are aimed exclusively at events, which offer a guarantee in terms of quality. Each employee and collaborator, in charge of this activity is therefore under a duty to cause all the supporting documentation to be easily obtainable and ordered on the basis of logical criteria. The employees and independent contractors of the Group, (the latter for as long as this is provided for as part of their duties), who may discover omissions, falsifications, or negligence in the recordings or in the supporting documentation are under the obligation to promptly report to his/her supervisor – or the person in charge within the Group – and to the Ethics Officer, who will give notice thereof to the Internal Control Committee. 4.3. Anti Money Laundering Né il Gruppo, né i propri dipendenti dovranno, in alcun modo e in alcuna circostanza, essere implicati in vicende relative al riciclaggio di denaro proveniente da attività illecite o criminali. Prima di stabilire relazioni o stipulare contratti con fornitori non occasionali ed altri partner in relazioni d’affari di lungo periodo, il Gruppo ed i propri dipendenti dovranno assicurarsi circa l’integrità morale, la reputazione ed il buon nome della controparte. A tal fine è istituito un sistema di qualificazione dei fornitori nazionali ed esteri. Il Gruppo si impegna a rispettare tutte le norme e disposizioni, sia nazionali che internazionali, in tema di antiriciclaggio. Neither the Group nor its employees shall, in any manner, or under any circumstance, be implicated in cases of money laundering, deriving from unlawful or criminal activities. Before establishing relationships or executing contracts with non-occasional suppliers and other partners in longterm relations, the Group and its employees must verify the moral integrity, the reputation and the good name of the counterpart. To this end a qualification system has been set up for the purpose of assessing both Italian and foreign suppliers. Politiche del Personale • Personnel policies I dipendenti devono essere a conoscenza del Codice e dei comportamenti da esso prescritti; a tal fine il Gruppo si impegna a porre in essere programmi di formazione e sensibilizzazione continua sulle problematiche relative ai contenuti del Codice. Il Gruppo si impegna a tutelare l’integrità psichica e fisica dei dipendenti, nel rispetto della loro personalità, evitando che gli stessi possano subire condizionamenti o disagi. A tal fine il Gruppo si riserverà, a tutela della propria immagine, il diritto di ritenere rilevanti anche quei comportamenti extra lavorativi che, per la loro risonanza, siano ritenuti offensivi per la sensibilità civile, ed interverrà per impedire atteggiamenti interpersonali ingiuriosi o diffamatori. To this end, the Group, in order to safeguard its image, also reserves the right to consider relevant any out-of-work behaviour which is considered to be offensive and shall intervene to avoid behaviour of an insulting or defamatory nature. The employees shall, therefore, be under a duty to co-operate to maintain a corporate climate characterized by mutual respect and behaviour which does not harm the dignity, honour and reputation of each single individual. 5.2. Harassment in the workplace Il Gruppo esige che nelle relazioni di lavoro interne ed esterne non si verifichino molestie di alcun genere, quali ad esempio, la creazione di un ambiente di lavoro ostile nei confronti di singoli lavoratori o gruppi di lavoratori, l’ingiustificata interferenza con il lavoro altrui o la creazione di ostacoli e impedimenti alle prospettive professionali altrui. Il Gruppo non ammette molestie sessuali, intendendo come tali, la subordinazione delle possibilità di crescita professionale o di altro vantaggio alla prestazione di favori sessuali o le proposte di relazioni interpersonali private che, per il fatto di essere sgradite al destinatario, possano turbarne la serenità. The Group demands that, in internal and external working relationships, no type of harassment takes place, for example, a work environment which is hostile toward single employees or groups of employees, or the unjustified interference with the work of other people or the creation of obstacles or impediments to other people’s professional prospects. Abuse of alcohol or drugs Ciascun dipendente deve astenersi dal prestare la propria attività sotto l’effetto di sostanze alcoliche o stupefacenti, o che sortiscano analogo effetto e di consumare tali sostanze nel corso della prestazione lavorativa. Saranno equiparati ai casi precedenti gli stati di dipendenza cronica da alcool e stupefacenti, che abbiano incidenza sulla prestazione lavorativa e che possano turbare il normale svolgimento della stessa. Each employee must refrain from performing his/her activity under the effect of alcohol or drugs or similar substances that provoke the same effect, and from taking said substances during the performance of the work activity. A permanent addiction to alcohol and/or drugs, which may effect work activity and disturb the normal performance of the same, shall be considered in the same manner as the activities mentioned in the paragraph above. 5.4. Fumo 5.4. Smoking Il Gruppo si impegna a garantire la sicurezza e la salute dei propri dipendenti; fermi restando i divieti di fumare nei luoghi nei quali ciò possa generare pericolo per la sicurezza delle persone e la salubrità degli ambienti. In tutte le situazioni di particolare concentrazione lavorativa il Gruppo valuterà la condizione di chi avverta disagio fisico in presenza di fumo passivo sul posto di lavoro. Il Gruppo si impegna a garantire la sicurezza e la salute dei propri dipendenti, fermo restando il divieto di fumare, di cui all’art. 51 della legge 16/01/2003 n. 3 in base al quale è vietato fumare nei locali chiusi, ad eccezione di: • quelli privati non aperti ad utenti o al pubblico; • quelli riservati ai fumatori e come tale contrassegnati. I luoghi di lavoro riservati ai fumatori dovranno essere dotati di impianti per la ventilazione e il ricambio di aria regolarmente funzionanti. 38 The Group undertakes to guarantee the safety and health of its employees; and therefore smoking shall be prohibited in those places where this may create danger for people’s safety or affect working conditions. Whenever there are a great number of workers concentrated in one place, the Group shall evaluate the condition of whoever feels physically disturbed because of passive smoking in the work place. The Group undertakes to guarantee the safety and health of its employees, without prejudice to the provisions laid down in art. 51 of the Italian law 16/01/2003 n. 3 which bans smoking in closed places, with the exception of: • private places not open to users or public; • places reserved for smokers and identified as such. Dedicated areas in the work place reserved for smokers must be equipped with properly functioning ventilation systems. Confidential information and safeguard of privacy Le attività del Gruppo richiedono costantemente l’acquisizione, la conservazione, il trattamento, la comunicazione e la diffusione di dati, documenti ed informazioni attinenti a negoziazioni, procedimenti, operazioni e contratti in cui il Gruppo sia parte. Le banche dati del Gruppo possono contenere, inoltre, dati personali protetti dalla normativa a tutela della privacy, dati che non possono essere resi noti all’esterno ed infine dati la cui divulgazione potrebbe produrre danni al Gruppo stesso. Ciascun dipendente è quindi tenuto a tutelare la riservatezza e confidenzialità delle informazioni apprese in ragione della propria funzione lavorativa. Tutte le informazioni, conoscenze e dati acquisiti o elaborati dai dipendenti attraverso le proprie mansioni appartengono al Gruppo e non possono essere utilizzate, comunicate o divulgate senza la preventiva e specifica autorizzazione del superiore. Ciascun dipendente dovrà: • acquisire e trattare solamente i dati necessari e direttamente connessi alle sue funzioni; • conservare detti dati in modo tale da impedire a terzi estranei di prenderne conoscenza; • comunicare e divulgare i dati nell’ambito delle procedure prefissate da parte del Gruppo ovvero previa autorizzazione della persona a ciò delegata; • determinare la natura confidenziale e riservata delle informazioni ai sensi di quanto prescritto dalle procedure prefissate da parte del Gruppo; • assicurarsi che non sussistano vincoli di confidenzialità in virtù di rapporti di qualsiasi natura con terzi. Each employee is, therefore, under a duty to safeguard the confidentiality of the information obtained in the performance of his/her duties. All the information and data obtained or processed by employees through their duties belong to the Group and cannot be utilized, communicated or diffused without prior and specific authorization of the supervisor. Each employee shall: • obtain and treat only the necessary data, directly linked to his/her duties; • store said data in order to prevent third parties from obtaining the same; • communicate and diffuse said data within the procedures established by the Group or upon prior authorization of the person in charge of this activity; • determine the confidential nature of the information, pursuant to the provisions of the procedures established by the Group; • ensure that there are no confidentiality obligations by virtue of relations of whatever nature with third parties. Nessun dipendente o collaboratore potrà quindi trarre vantaggi di alcun genere, diretti o indiretti, personali o patrimoniali, dall’utilizzo di informazioni tutelate ai sensi delle predette normative, ove le stesse non siano di dominio pubblico. A tal fine assumono particolare rilievo le informazioni c.d. “price sensitive”; la comunicazione a terzi di dette informazioni deve avvenire nel rispetto delle procedure adottate dal Gruppo, esclusivamente da parte di soggetti autorizzati ed in ogni caso in conformità alle vigenti disposizioni e con l’osservanza dei principi della parità e della contestualità dell’informativa.
