Con lo sviluppo delle tecnologie e del mercato,
la HELLER Group ha ampliato e modificato la sua
produzione per poter garantire al settore industriale
ed edilizio la qualità che ha sempre contraddistinto l’Italia
e i suoi prodotti in tutto il mondo. Con la recente
acquisizione di una storica azienda della operosa Brianza,
specializzata nell’edilizia industrializzata, HELLER Group
apre a una nuova linea prodotti all’interno del proprio
gruppo dal nome “LINEAPREF”. Partendo dalla storicità
dell’azienda acquisita, con nuove idee e creatività che da
sempre sono state il motore propulsore che hanno
garantito lo sviluppo della nostra attività aziendale, con
un grande spirito innovativo e una profonda capacità di
analisi dei mercati e delle opportunità disponibili, tutti
elementi che hanno dato fama alla nostra azienda in tutta
Italia. HELLER Group, con l’acquisizione di nuovi knowhow si è attrezzata per affrontare nuove sfide nell’ambito
della prefabbricazione nell’edilizia in genere. HELLER
Group lo fa con idee innovative, puntando sulla qualità e
versatilità dei prodotti, ma soprattutto si prefigge lo scopo
di realizzare edifici “MODERNI” ad alto contenuto
tecnologico e a basso impatto ambientale della serie
“GREEN”. Questo progetto prevede lo sviluppo di edifici
completamente autonomi che grazie alle proprie
tecnologie installate dal fotovoltaico,
al recupero di energia dal sottosuolo, rende l’edificio
autosufficiente ai propri bisogni, con abbattimento dei
costi nel proseguo degli anni fino a renderlo “EZERO”.

Technology and market developments led HELLER Group
to extend and modify its production in order to grant to
the industrial and building sector the quality that has
always distinguished Italy and its products worldwide.
Having recently acquired in the industrious Brianza a
historic firm specialized in industrial building, HELLER
Group brings out a new product line called “LINEAPREF”.
The historicity of the acquired firm, the new ideas and
creativity that have always been the driving force ensuring
the development of our corporate activity, the great
innovative spirit and a deep capacity to analyse the
market and the available opportunities are all elements
that made our firm famous in whole Italy. HELLER Group
has acquired new know-how and is equipped to face new
challenges in the prefabricated building sector. HELLER
Group brings innovative ideas, aiming at quality and
adaptability of the products but above all, it aims to
construct “MODERN” buildings having the high
technological content and the low environmental impact of
the “GREEN” series. This project is to develop completely
autonomous buildings that makes them, thanks to the
photovoltaic technologies and the energy recovered from
the ground, self-sufficient for their own needs, reducing
costs through the years until becoming “EZERO”.

di commercializzare un sistema di produzione energetica che,
oltre a costituire un investimento sicuro per l’acquirente,

to market an energy production system that, besides being a
safe investment for the buyer, is very considerate towards our
planet. Specialized in the building sector, HELLER Group
commits itself to follow the customer offering him a complete

to install a photovoltaic system on one’s own warehouse is
today one of the best possible investment; thanks to this
perspective, we developed an “all-round service” aimed at
fully satisfying the customer so that the acquisition of a

Il modulo fotovoltaico Capillary Comb sistema brevettato
e certificato secondo la normativa CEI EN 61215 realizzato
con una cornice perimetrate assemblata con il laminato
fotovoltaico, la sua particolare sagoma unica ed inscindibile
composta da alette multipli lateraili su tutto il perimetro,
le quali unite/giuntate fra di loro in un'installazione di moduli
fotovoltaici adiacenti delta stessa tipologia garantisce
l'impermeabilità della superficie senza l'utilizzo di ulteriori
componenti. Le alette sono multiple ed essendo sormontate
fra di toro creano una barriera continua la quale non
permette l'infiltrazione dell'acqua nella parte inferiore
della superficie fotovoltaica composta da questi moduli
ma garantiscono il deflusso nell’estremità inferiore della
superficie fotovoltaica.
INTEGRATED PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM
The patented Capillary Comb photovoltaic module system
certified in accordance with CEI EN 61215 standards is
made with a frame hosting the photovoltaic laminate.
Its particular shape in a single and indivisible structure fitted
with side lugs around the edge allows to join together
adjacent photovoltaic modules of the same type and
guarantees the surface waterproofing with no need to use
additional components. The overlapping lugs create a
continuous barrier which prevents the water from seeping
under the photovoltaic modules and allows the water to
drain from the bottom of the photovoltaic surface.

ROOFING SYSTEM
HELLER Group is a firm specialized in systems integrated in
the roofing structural elements. With time, it developed
various special products, from skylights that are available in
many types, to smoke evacuation systems, shelters,
tunnels up to safety systems. This expertise in the roofing
elements directs the building work towards energy saving
and life quality of the building itself; it is a clear proof of the
company coherence regarding the design and development
of innovative and specific ideas in the field of industrial
prefabrication.

Nel settore dell’edilizia industriale la HELLER Group si
caratterizza per il proprio servizio di costruzione “CHIAVI
IN MANO”. La consapevolezza che il cliente e le esigenze
dei suoi impianti produttivi sono prioritari nella definizione
dell’edificio, ha orientato la HELLER Group a studiare
e proporre una vasta gamma di soluzioni strutturali,
architettoniche ed estetiche, dotandosi di sistemi costruttivi
versatili per offrire un prodotto su misura del cliente.
LINEAPREF consente di realizzare edifici monopiano
e pluripiano, con diversi tipi di copertura (piana, doppia
pendenza, shed, tegoli alare) impiegando travi di diversa
forma. Una consistente varietà di rivestimenti e di finiture
cromatiche dei pannelli di tamponamento consente
un progetto mirato e personalizzato nel rispetto del progetto
architettonico. Le soluzioni strutturali possono essere
dimensionate per particolari esigenze di sovraccarico con
resistenze al fuoco elevabile fino a REI 180. Particolare cura
è stata dedicata ai Vincoli Sismici e ai Nodi Strutturali
per l’intera struttura, ogni componente è vincolato
meccanicamente o con opportuni getti da eseguirsi in opera,
in funzione delle esigenze statiche e delle richieste
di Progettisti, rendendo così la stesso Sistema adeguato
alle prossime Normative Regionali in corso di definitiva
applicazione. Un apposito servizio provvede al collaudo
delle opere prima della consegna ed é disponibile
a successivi controlli richiesti dal cliente nell’ambito
delle garanzie decennali di legge.
HELLER Group is famous in the industrial building sector for
its “turnkey” building service. Aware that the customer and
the requirements of his production systems have priority in
the building project, HELLER Group decided to study and
propose a wide range of structural, architectural and
aesthetic solutions and acquired flexible building
technologies in order to offer a tailor-made product.
LINEAPREF allows to construct single and multi-storey
buildings with various types of roofing (flat, dual pitch,
sawtoothed, curved) using beams having various shapes.
A wide range of blanking panel coatings and chromatic
finishes allows a project to be targeted and customized as
per the architectural plan. The structural solutions can be
dimensioned according to particular overload requirements
with a fire resistance up to REI 180. A particular care has
been given to the seismic protection and structural bonds in
the whole structure; each element is bound either
mechanically or by means of appropriate castings
poured-in-place to meet the static requirements and the
project designer requests, making the System to comply with
the regional provisions under final approval. A special team
carries out a testing of the works prior to the delivery and is
available for additional checks requested by the customer in
accordance with the 10 year guarantee laid down by law.

studenti, è costituito dalla

e il recupero degli edifici

realizzazione è costituito
da due blocchi, il primo
articolato su due piani fuori
terra più un piano interrato
a parcheggio, destinato ad
accogliere spazi per biblioteca,
sala lettura, grandi aule da
disegno e uno spazio ristoro.
il secondo corpo è articolato
su quattro piani, destinati
ad accogliere laboratori
di ricerca e spazi didattici.

The project dimensioned for a
population of 2,000 students
includes the construction of a
new “L” shape building and
the recovery of the existing
buildings. The body of the
new construction is made of
two blocks: one is composed
of two above-ground floors,
plus a basement for parking
use, meant to accommodate a
library, a reading room, large
drawing rooms and a snack
bar; the other is composed of
four floors meant to
accommodate research labs
and teaching rooms.

II Sistema costruttivo
ALVEUS, caratterizzato
da tegoli a sezione filante
larghi 125 cm è stato
progettato per superare
le problematiche dei tegoli
“Alari”, di larghezza 250 cm
dovute alla loro conformazione
geometrica. L’appoggio
ribassato del tegolo ALVEUS
sulle travi e la specifica forma
a “V” gli conferiscono
un’eccezionale resistenza
e stabilità tali da consentire
allo stesso di sopportare
agevolmente il carico degli
elementi a shed e delle lastre
piane accostate, interamente
in c.a. L’invaso di questi tegoli
è pedonabile può essere
rivestito con canali in metallo
oppure con membrane
elastoplastomeriche o
sintetiche. Gli elementi
secondari sono costituiti
da lastre in c.a. poggianti
tra un tegolo e l’altro in
orizzontale o inclinate su
elementi a telaio sempre in c.a.
per la formazione degli shed.
Tutti gli elementi strutturali
garantiscono una resistenza

al fuoco minima di R 90’
e può arrivare sino a R 180’
e dimensionati in modo
da creare vincoli ed appoggi
che ne garantiscono la stabilità
più di ogni altro sistema
presente sul mercato.
I componenti sono realizzati in
conformità alle vigenti direttive
CE e a quelle del sistema
aziendale secondo le norme
ISO 9001. La copertura tra
tegolo e tegolo può essere
realizzata con lastre metalliche
calandrate con raggio
di curvatura 14/15 metri
e consente lo scarico delle
acque meteoriche all’interno
del canale dei tegoli
e una perfetta pedonabilità
ed ispezionabilità dell’intera
copertura. L’acqua, raccolta
nei tegoli in pendenza, scorre
verso i lati dell’edificio dove
viene convogliata in canali
di gronda pedonabili (ricavati
sopra travi speciali di
perimetro) in alternativa
direttamente all’esterno
del tamponamento tramite
cassette e pluviali di scarico
per ogni singolo tegolo.
Sistema ALVEUS
Il Sistema costruttivo ALVEUS
consente luci sino a 36 mt e maglie
strutturali da 30 x 20 mentre la
flessibilità e le caratteristiche della
struttura di copertura permettono
di ottimizzare il posizionamento delle
forometrie (lucernari fissi / apribili evacuatori di fumo - lucernari a
SHED ) e l’eventuale applicazione di
sistemi fotovoltaici. La valorizzazione
estetica interna dell’edificio va di pari
passo con la funzionalità dell’intero
sistema: tra i tegoli si alternano lastre
piane in cemento, velari in lamiera
colorata e superfici trasparenti,
creando un disegno armonioso
e un piacevole gioco di luci.
The ALVEUS building system
enables spans up to 36 m and
structural frameworks of 30 x 20
while the flexibility and the roofing
structure characteristics allow to
optimise the positioning of the
openings (fixed/openable skylights smoke evacuation systems - shed
skylights) and the installation of
photovoltaic systems. The
enhancement of the building
internal aesthetics and of the whole
system functionality go hand in
hand: concrete slabs, coloured
metal sheet curtains and
transparent surfaces alternate
between the roofing elements
creating an harmonious outline and
a pleasant light effect.
LINEAPREF
Alveus system
The ALVEUS building system
uses streamlined roofing
elements of 125 cm width and
has been designed to
overcome the problems of the
“wing shaped” roofing
elements of 250 cm width that
were due to their shape. The
low foothold of the ALVEUS
roofing elements on the beams
and their particular V shape
endow a resistance and
stability such that they can
easily withstand the load of the
shed elements and the RC
slabs next to each other. The
draining surface of these
roofing elements can be
covered with metal gutters or
with elastoplastomeric or
synthetic membranes. The
secondary elements are made
of RC slabs that are placed
either horizontally or tilted
between one roofing element
and another on the RC frame
elements to form the sheds. All
the structural elements have a
fire resistance between R 90’
and R 180’ and are
dimensioned in order to create
constraints and supports that
grant a stability higher than
that of any other system
existing on the market. The
components are made
pursuant to the EC directives
in force and in accordance
with the ISO 9001 standards.
The covering between one
roofing element and another
can be made of calendered
plates with a bending radius of
14-15 meters allowing the
rainwater to drain inside the
gutters of the roofing elements
and making the whole roofing
perfectly walkable and easily
inspectable. The rainwater
collected through the tilted
roofing elements drains
towards the sides of the
building, then through the
walkable gutters (above
special boundary beams) or
directly out of the blanking
panels by means of rainwater
pipes and collectors provided
for each roofing element.

Thanks to its flexibility, the
ALARE building system is
widely used for the industrial
and logistic buildings; it
allows to alternate between
two wing-shaped roofing
elements, light or heavy,
opaque or bright sealing
elements and continuous or
shed skylights; the section of
the element meets the

protection sprinkler systems.
Each element can be
insulated, waterproofed and
painted directly in the factory
or on site.

impegnative fino a 30 mt.

dedicata ai VINCOLI SISMICI.

Il Sistema costruttivo DOPPIA
PENDENZA semplice nella sua
configurazione geometrica,
molto conosciuta e diffusa per
il largo e tradizionale impiego,
utilizzabile per edifici ad uso
industriale, come meccanico,
agricolo e terziario, soprattutto
quando le richieste sono per
avere un manto di copertura
tradizionale, che può dare più
garanzia nel tempo e quando
sono richieste grandi luci,
mantenendo comunque
l'intero Sistema a un costo
contenuto. La geometria delta
trave permette a seconda del
solaio di copertura utilizzato,
di eseguire un pacchetto di
copertura impermeabilizzante
con diverse tipologie e
caratteristiche.
The DOPPIA PENDENZA
building system is simple in
its geometrical configuration,
well-known and widely used
for long time; it can be used in
the industrial and building
sectors as well as in the
mechanical, agricultural and
tertiary sectors, especially
when a long lasting traditional
roofing and wide spans are
required, nevertheless
keeping the whole system at
the lowest possible price.
Depending on the roof slab
used, the beam geometry
allows to create a package of
waterproofing roofings with
various types and
characteristics.

To insert translucent elements,
skylights can be created by
combining the roofing elements
and an indirect lighting is
produced by adding a shed
triangle. The DOPPIA PENDENZA
