DESCRIPTION
The vertical laminar flow hood mod. 700 digital has been designed and realized to make it possible to
process miscellaneous materials inside a sterile environment.
It is particularly suitable for PCR process, UV germicide lamp is fitted as standard.
The total protection from germs and dust expands the usage of this hood to the most different sectors,
microbiological, bacteriological, pharmaceutical, electronic, optical sectors.
The use of top-quality materials and filters (Hepa filter in class H14) in the manufacturing of this hood
enables it to meet the requisites of a Class 100 (or ISO 5) hood.
Do not use it if the material can represents a potential danger (pathogen materials), for the operator
and the atmosphere.

class H14, that produce a vertical laminar flow in class 100 at 0.3 micron, in accordance with Fed
Std 209E (Laser Test Royco 256), or class ISO 5 in accordance with ISO 14644.1.
Polycarbonate membrane control panel with microprocessor.
If the hood is not in use push “stand-by” to keep constaint a sterile vertical laminar flow
During the use of UV germicide lamp (15 W), the other functions of the hood are cutted out
UV germicide lamp working hours visualisation, max 9999 hours.
UV germicide lamp timer hours visualisation, max 99 hours.
In case of lack of tension if the UV germicide lamp is “on“, at the return of tension the UV
germicide lamp switch on again and the display start to blink

SAFETY: all the electrical components, switches and wiring are kept in the control panel, separated
from the airflow in order to avoid inconveniences when inflammable materials are handled inside the
hood.
