E' Sua responsabilità, come utilizzatore di questa apparecchiatura elettronica, provvedere al conferimento
della stessa al centro di raccolta di rifiuti di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche predisposto dal Suo
Comune. Per maggiori informazioni sul centro di raccolta a Lei più vicino, La invitiamo a contattare i
competenti uffici del Suo Comune.
Qualora invece avesse deciso di acquistare una nuova apparecchiata elettronica di tipo equivalente e
destinata a svolgere le stesse funzioni di quella da smaltire, potrà portare la vecchia apparecchiatura al
distributore presso cui acquista la nuova. Il distributore sarà tenuto ritirare gratuitamente la vecchia
apparecchiatura1.
Si tenga presente che l'abbandono ed il deposito incontrollato di rifiuti sono puniti con sanzione
amministrativa pecuniaria da € 103 a € 619, salvo che il fatto costituisca più grave reato. Se l'abbandono
riguarda rifiuti non pericolosi od ingombranti si applica la sanzione amministrativa pecuniaria da € 25 a €
154.
Il suo contributo nella raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche è
essenziale per il raggiungimento di tutela della salute umana connessi al corretto smaltimento e recupero
delle apparecchiature stesse.

AVVERTENZE

Non usare il dispositivo in un luogo in cui ci siano condizioni di alte temperatura ed umidità, il
dispositivo potrebbe funzionare in maniera impropria e danneggiarsi.

Non usare la stessa presa di corrente per connettere altri apparecchi al di fuori del dispositivo in
oggetto. Il prodotto va aperto solo quando è staccato dalla rete elettrica.

Non aprire mai il case del dispositivo (se non per inserire l‟HDD e quando è scollegato dalla presa
elettrica) né cercare di ripararlo da soli.

Se il dispositivo dovesse essere troppo caldo, emmette suoni o odori particolare spegnerlo
immediatamente e rivolgersi a personale qualificato.

Non appoggiare il dispositivo su superfici plastiche o in legno che potrebbero non favorire lo
smaltimento termico.

Mettere il dispositivo su una superficie piana e stabile.

Usare esclusivamente l‟alimentatore fornito nella confezione, l‟uso di altri alimentatori farà
automaticamente decadere la garanzia.

Non effettuare upgrade del firmare utilizzando apparati/client wireless ma solo wired. Questo potrebbe
danneggiare il dispositivo ed invalidare la garanzia.

Usare il prodotto solo in ambienti INDOOR.

Non inserire nel DVR alcun oggetto metallico.

Conservare la confezione con cura, va utilizzata in caso di problemi per rispedire in maniera sicura il
prodotto ad Atlantis SpA.

Nel dispositivo è preinstallata una batteria al litio da 3V, questa va sostituita quando (ad alimentazione
assente) il dispositivo non mantiene più l‟ora corretta. Scollegare l‟apparato dalla presa elettrica e
sostituire la batteria.

Lasciare almeno 10 cm liberi a lato dell‟apparato e non ostruire mai le feritoie laterali e superiori. Il
dispositivo contiene un HD che genera calore. La mancata dispersione porterebbe a problemi di
surriscaldamento.
Ogni collegamento va fatto solo ed esclusivamente a dispositivo spento.
Tutte le condizioni di utilizzo, avvertenze e clausole contenute in questo manuale e
nella garanzia si intendono note ed accettate. Si prega di restituire immediatamente
(entro 7 giorni dall‟acquisto) il prodotto qualora queste non siano accettate.

regolamentati o completamente proibiti in talune giurisdizioni. Potrebbe essere
richiesta un‟autorizzazione.
Atlantis SpA non garantisce in alcun modo che i propri prodotti siano utilizzati in
conformità con le leggi locali ed inoltre non può essere ritenuta responsabile per un
uso improprio di tali dispositivi.
E‟ opportuno inoltre segnalare chiaramente la presenza di dispositivi capaci di
catturare immagini, video o voce.

La ringraziamo per aver scelto un apparato della famiglia NetCamera System, la via più semplice per la
videosorveglianza. Questo documento è diviso in 2 parti. La prima parte (capitolo 1) è una quida rapida
adatta a mettere il sistema in funzione velocemente, mentre i capitoli seguenti spiegano nel dettaglio il
funzionamento dell‟apparato.
1. PANORAMICA DI PRODOTTO
NetCamera System è un sistema completo per la videosorveglianza (registrazione) adatto sia ad un utilizzo
domestico che al mercato SOHO.
Il DVR (registratore digitale) permette sia la visualizzazione in diretta, sul monitor collegato (tramite VGA o
BNC) sino ad 4/8 flussi (secondo il modello) video ripresi dalle Camere, che la registrazione (utilizzando il
codec H.264 su disco da 3,5” interno) in modalità continua, schedulata, su evento (Motion Detection) o
forzata.
Le 4 Camere incluse integrano un sensore CCD che, capace di funzionare anche in assenza di luminosità
d‟ambiente (12 LED infrarossi per funzionamento anche con 0 lux sino a 8mt), fornisce video chiari e nitidi
con colori reali in ogni situazione.
NetCamera System inoltre può essere collegato, tramite il cavo di rete, direttamente alla LAN ed essere
gestito e controllato anche da remoto, in maniera semplice ed intuitiva in qualunque momento e luogo,
tramite un PC o portatile collegato in Internet (o Intranet) utilizzando un browser web, oppure da
piattaforme mobili quali Symbian, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, iPhone, iPad (le applicazioni sono gratuite
ed incluse nel CD) e Android.
Queste caratteristiche rendono NetCamera System lo strumento ideale per il monitoraggio/videosorveglianza
sia locale che remoto.

1.1 Requisiti di sistema (opzionali per l’accesso tramite WEB con IE)
Prima di procedere con l‟installazione del prodotto verificare di disporre dei seguenti requisiti:


1.2 CONTENUTO DELLA CONFEZIONE
Prima dell‟utilizzo, verificare che la scatola contenga i seguenti elementi:

Nel caso in cui il contenuto non sia quello sovradescritto, contattare il proprio rivenditore
immediatamente.
L'aspetto di alcuni accessori potrebbe differire leggermente da quelli mostrati nelle
fotografie della scatola/manuale/scheda tecnica.
1.3 Installazione del disco nel DVR

Allentare le viti di bloccaggio poste ai lati e nella parte posteriore.

Rimuovere delicatamente la copertura, sfilandola come da figura.

Collegare il cavo di dati ed il cavo di alimentazione al disco.

Installare l‟ HD sulla staffa e fissarlo saldamente con le viti.

Controllare che
i connettori siano correttamente collegati, chiudere la copertura e avvitare
nuovamente con le viti.
L‟HDD va installato mentre il sistema è spento e non collegato ad alcuna fonte di
alimentazione.
Non tutti i dischi potrebbero funzionare correttamente. Controllare l‟Appendice B per
verificare che il disco sia nella lista di compatibilità

1.4 MONTAGGIO TELECAMERA
NetCamera System integra anche un KIT per il montaggio delle TeleCamere a muro e/o Desktop. A tal fine
utilizzare 3 viti/chiodi (non forniti) per fissare la base ad una superficie piatta (muro o soffitto). Avvitare poi
la base nella parte posteriore/inferiore della TeleCamera. Posizionarla infine nella posizione corretta
(stringendo l‟apposita vite).
Collegare poi l‟uscita Video (giallo) e Ingresso potenza (rosso) della TeleCamera ad uno dei 4 cavi (di 18M)
forniti come da paragrafo seguente.
Non collocare la Telecamera in ambienti esterni e/o in ambienti ove potrebbe essere
esposta ad agenti atmosferici.
Assicurarsi che il piedistallo sia saldamente ancorato alla parete (al fine di evitare che la
Telecamera possa cadere).
L‟ottica non va in alcun modo esposta ad irraggiamento solare diretto.
Il non rispetto delle condizioni sopra riportate potrebbe danneggiare il prodotto e rendere
nulla la garanzia.

1.5 CABLAGGIO TELECAMERA
Lo schema seguente fornisce chiare istruzioni per il cablaggio delle 4 TeleCamere ad infrarossi.
Per collegare le TeleCamere seguire la procedura seguente:

Prendere un cavo SLIM (di lunghezza di 18mt)

Collegarne l‟estremita con la scritta TO CAMERA SIDE ONLY alla Telecamera (cavo
rosso e giallo)

Collegarne l‟estremita gialla con la scritta TO DVR SIDE ONLY al BNC IN del DVR

Collegare l‟estremita rossa con la scritta TO DVR SIDE ONLY all‟alimentatore


3. Avvio del DVR
3.1. Schermata di avvio del DVR
Dopo aver seguito scrupolosamente i paragrafi precedenti e
dopo aver collegato il sistema alla rete elettrica, durante la fase
di boot, verrà visualizzata la seguente schermata.
Dopo l'inizializzazione, il sistema visualizzerà l'interfaccia principale. Se sono state collegate le telecamere
queste verranno mostrate a video (cliccare 2 volte il tasto sinistro su un canale per ottenere la
visualizzazione a schermo intero, rieffettuando un doppio click verranno mostrati tutti i canali).
Nell'interfaccia principale è possibile vedere (nella parte alta) anche l‟ora e la data del sistema, il nome
attribuito ad ogni singolo canale video e lo stato di funzionamento (R=riproduzione, M= registrazione su
evento). Qualora l‟HDD non fosse inserito sullo schermo il sistema visualizzerà la lettera H.
Cliccare il tasto SEL oppure il tasto destro del mouse per passare al Main Menu. Per ulteriori dettagli si
veda il capitolo seguente.

4.1 Main Menu
Per accedere al Main Menu ci sono 3 diverse modalità:

Pannello Frontale: cliccare il tasto MENU sul telecomando.

per muovere il cursore e poi cliccare su SEL per entrare nella voce selezionata).
Mouse: cliccare il tasto destro del mouse (muovere il mouse per la navigazione e cliccare il tasto
sinistro per entrare nella voce selezionata, il tasto destro invece consente di uscire o tornare al menu
precedente).
A seconda della modalità di risoluzione selezionata il numero di frame al secondo
complessivi registrati cambia. Sotto vengono elencate le 3 risoluzione selezionabili ed il
numero di frame complessivi registrati.

Lock: selezionare per forzare il sistema ad autenticare ogni accesso al MENU (solo
se la Password è richiesta).

Split Windows (CH1-4, CH5-8, CH1-8): selezionare per aprire in modalità 4
canali o 8 canali.

Res Search: si consulti la sezione 4.5.

Mute ON/OFF: per switchare da una modalità all‟altra.

Manual Rec/Stop Manual Rec:per forzare/bloccare la registrazione manuale. La
registrazione forzata è possibile solo quando la schedulazione è su Time Schedule
Record e l‟impostazione dell‟ora in esame è su ALarm (non attiva) o No Record.

Start/Stop Rotate:per abilitare/bloccare la rotazione tra i canali (Main Menu>System->Video->Rotate Time).

Stop Cruise:

GUI on BNC/VGA:permette di selezionare l‟output su cui è inviato l‟OSD.

4.2 DISPLAY
In questa sezione è possibile cambiare il nome dato alla TeleCamera e la posizione mostrata a video (nella
modalità multipla), la modalità colore, l‟abbilitazione alla riproduzione LIVE ed altri parametri. La scelta è
indipendente per ognuno degli 8 canali.

Channel: Selezionare tramite la combo-box il numero di canale di cui si vogliono configurare i
parametri di visualizzazione.

Channel Name: E‟ possibile dare un nome, mostrato a video, ad ogni canale. Sono ammessi sino a d
8 caratteri.

Position: E‟ possibile scegliere la zona di schermo (tra i 4 angoli) dove verrà mostrato il nome dato al
flusso video. Selezionando Disable questo non sarà mostrato.

Color Setup: Si veda il paragrafo seguente.

Live: Selezionare Enable per visualizzare l‟immagine nella visualizzazione multicanale. Selezionando
Disable il flusso video non verrà mostrato ma soltanto registrato.

Live Time: Selezionare Enable per visualizzare a video l‟ora e la data del sistema nella visualizzazione
Live. Selezionare Disable per rimuovere tale informazione.

Record Time: Selezionare Enable per visualizzare a video l‟ora e la data del sistema sui file registrati.
Selezionare Disable per rimuovere tale informazione.

Copy To: Una volta selezionate le impostazioni per il canale selezionato è possibile duplicarne ad un
altro canale. Selezionare nella combo box il canale su cui copiare le impostazioni e cliccare su Copy.
Selezionare ALL per utilizzare le impostazioni su tutti i canali.
COLOR SETUP
E‟ possibile impostare dettagli circa il colore per ogni telecamera in maniere indipendente. Cliccare su Color
Setup.
Tramite il mouse o i tasti cursore è possibile modificare i parametri e vedere immediatamente a video gli
effetti risultanti. Cliccare su Apply per rendere attiva la nuova configurazione.

4.3 RECORD SETUP
In questa sezione è possibile impostare i dettagli circa la modalità di registrazione. La scelta è indipendente
per ognuno degli 8 canali.





Record: Selezionare Enable per effettuare la registrazione del canale, selezionare Disable per non
effettuare la registrazione. La scelta è indipendente per ognuno dei 4 canali.
Bit Rate (Quality): Selezionare la qualità della registrazione. Sono disponibili 3 modalità: Best, Fine
e Normal. Più è alta la qualità di registrazione minore saranno gli artefatti a video ma maggiore sarà
lo spazio richiesto su disco. Il sistema utilizza il codec H.264 che rappresenta oggi uno dei migliori
codec esistenti ed è capace di offrire un‟eccellente qualità visiva pur richiedendo uno spazio ridotto.
FrameRate: E‟ possibile selezionare 2 opzioni. Scegliendo FrameRate =Fixed il sistema si regolerà
per offrire un framerate identico a tutti i canali, date le risorse disponibili. Selezionare poi la risoluzione
con cui si effettua la registrazione (questa vale per tutti ed 8 i canali) edinfluisce sul numero di frame
registrati. E‟ possibile selezionare tra le 3 alternative proposte: CIF, HD1 e D1. Scegliendo
FrameRate =Manual invece è possibile distribuire la capacità del sistema con maggiore granularità
(risoluzione ed FPS di ciascun canale). Il sistema ha una capacità di 200 Power/sec che vanno
distribuiti sui 8 canali (Remain deve essere >0). E‟ opportuno considerare i dati seguenti:

Audio: Selezionare Enable per permettere la registrazione del canale audio (in ingresso) assieme al
flusso video opportuno. Selezionare Disable per non effettuare alcuna registrazione audio. Il
protocollo utilizzato è l‟ ADPCM a 16bit con frequenza di 8Khz. Essendo disponibili 4 flussi audio in
ingresso questi saranno registrati, se abilitati, assieme ai flussi video dei primi 4 canali.
Record Mode: Esistono 2 modalità di registrazione. La modalità Always permette una registrazione
continua e sistematica. La modalità Schedule invece permette la registrazione secondo la modalità
impostata. Si veda il paragrafo seguente.
Pack Time: Il sistema può salvare il video registrato su HDD in file separati. E‟ possibile indicare la
lunghezza massima in minuti dei singoli file. Selezionare tra 15,30,45 e 60 minuti.

SCHEDULE SETUP
Sono disponibili 3 opzioni di registrazione nella giornata divisa in 24 intervalli di un‟ora ciascuno. La
programmazione è settimanale ma indipendente per ogni canale.

ALARM (Rosso): Selezionare in rosso gli orari in cui si desidera che il DVR registri su MOTION
DETECTION.

NORMAL (Verde): Selezionare in verde gli orari in cui si desidera che il DVR registri
continuativamente.

NO RECORD (trasparente): Selezionare col colore trasparente gli orari in cui si desidera che il DVR
non registri nulla.
Tramite il mouse o i tasti cursore è possibile modificare i parametri. Cliccare su Apply per rendere attiva la
nuova configurazione.
Per creare una politica di registrazione operare nella maniera seguente:

Selezionare il canale

Selezionare la modalità di registrazione per la singola ora della giornata

Ripetere il processo per tutti i 7 giorni della settimana (eventualmente utilizzando la
modalità Copy per velocizzare il processo)

Selezionare gli altri canali e ripetere i punti di sopra

Premere Apply per confermare

4.4 NETWORK
In questa sezione è possibile impostare i dettagli circa l‟indirizzo IP usato dal DVR, la porta di configurazione
WEB, quella usata per il flusso video e il client Dynamic DNS integrato.
Selezionare in TYPE la tipologia con cui verrà assegnato l‟indirizzo IP. Sono disponibili nella combo-box 3
modalità: Static, DHCP, PPPoE.

DHCP: L‟indirizzo IP verrà assegnato da un server DHCP disponibile in rete. E‟ la modalità più semplice
ma talune volte genera problematiche nell‟accesso remoto.

STATIC: E‟ possibile utilizzare un indirizzo IP statico (con Subnet Msk, Default Gatewy e DNS)
assegnato manualmente in accordo con i parametri della rete. Questa modalità è raccomandata
quando si desidera effettuare un accesso remoto (sia WEB che da apparato Mobile) al dispositivo.

PPPoE: Introdurre Username e Password del proprio account. L‟indirizzo IP verrà fornito dal server
PPPoE disponibile.
E‟ poi necessario digitare i valori utilizzati per la configurazione (WEB Port) e flusso video (MEDIA Port).
E‟ posibile infine abilitare o meno il servizio UPnP.
Per maggiori informazioni in merito si consulti il capitolo 5 Funzionalità di Rete.
DDNS SETUP
Per modificare le impostazioni della funzionalità Dynamic DNS cliccare sulla voce DDNS SETUP in MAIN
MENU->NETWORK. Apparirà la seguente schermata.

DDNS: Selezionare Enable per abilitare il servizio di Dynamic DNS.

Server: Selezionare il fornitore di servizio (DynDNS).

HOST NAME: Inserire il nome di dominio.

USERNAME: Inserire la username dell‟ account Dynamic DNS.

PASSWORD: Inserire la password dell‟ account Dynamic DNS.
Cliccare su Apply per rendere attiva la nuova configurazione.
Qualora il DVR sia collegato ad un altro apparato responsabile della connettività questo
servizio potrebbe non funzionare correttamente (il router dovrebbe infatti aggiornare il
DDNS ogni volta ch l‟indirizzo IP WAN pubblico cambia, cosa che il DVR non può fare). In
questo caso, non potendo il DVR riconoscere il cambio di IP pubblico, è opportuno
considerare che tale soluzione può presentare problematiche di funzionamento.
Si raccomanda, come da Appendice D, ci configurare il servizio Dynamic DNS
direttamente nel Router (se questo lo supporta).
4.5 SEARCH
In questa sezione è possibile ricercare,vedere e salvare su periferica esterna i flussi video registrati dal DVR.


CH: Selezionare su quale canale effettuare la ricerca. Selezionare ALL per efettuare la ricerca su tutti i
canali.
SEARCH: Prima di iniziare una ricerca è opportuno impostare il campo DATE. Questo è impostabile
direttamente selezionandolo oppure selezionando, nel mese proposto dal sistema, una data precisa.
Cliccare poi su Search per effettuare una scansione dei flussi video registrati. Verrà mostrata una
finestra divisa in ore con colori diversi (Rosso=Registrazione su Allarme, Verde=Registrazione
continua).

PLAYBACK: Una volta effettuata la ricerca è possibile, selezionata l‟ora da visionare, cliccare su
Playback per far partire la riproduzione di flussi registrati (tutti e 8 contemporaneamente). Sono
disponibili i comandi di avanzamento/indietro veloce (2x, 4x, 8x, 16x), pausa, moviola e volume audio.
Detail Files: Una volta utilizzato il comando Search è possibile vedere la lista dei file registrati per
canale. Verranno mostrati dettagli circa il canale registrato, l‟ora di inizio e fine, la durata e la modalità
(Normale o su Allarme). Con i comandi nella parte superiore è possibile effettuare filtraggi sulla
Tipologia (TYPE). Mentre i bottoni a lato permettono di muoversi tra i file, di selezionarli/Rimuoverli
dalla selezione (ALL, Inverse) e di effettuarne il Backup verso USB (Backup).
Durante la fase di Backup è opportuno non rimuovere la periferica di memorizzazione
connessa.
I file sono salvati in formato H.264 e possono essere visti utilizzando un player
opportuno (CDRom:\A02-ACAM3Kit\Utility\Playback_V5.exe) oppure convertiti in
file AVI (utilizzando AViGenerator).
Viene inoltre fornita un‟apposita utility per ambienti Windows (CDRom:\A02ACAM3Kit\Utility\AVIGenerator-V1.0.0.0.exe) per effettuare la conversione da
H.264 ad AVI.

4.6 DEVICES
HDD
Accedere al Main Menu->Devices->HDD. Verrà visualizzata la schermata di sotto.

NO: viene mostrato il numero di HDD.
HDD Status: Viene visualizzato lo stato dell‟HDD interno.
TOTAL SPACE: Viene visualizzata la capacità in GB dell‟HDD interno e lo spazio libero.
TIME LEFT: Viene mostrato il valore stimato di ore disponibili, dati i settaggi in essere. Per cambiare
questo valore è possibile cancellare file vecchi, cambiare l‟HDD con uno più capiente o impostare
settaggi di registrazione differenti (MAIN MENU->RECORD).
Select: Spuntare questo campo per effettuare la formattazione.
OVERWRITE: Sono disponibili 3 voci: Close (il DVR registrerà sino a quando l‟HDD è pieno, a questo
punto bloccherà registrazioni ulteriori), By DAY/Hours (il DVR conserverà, spazio permettendo, i file
registrati per il numero di Ore/Giorni e cancellerà i file più vecchi) e AUTO (il DVR registrerà sino a
quando l‟HDD è pieno, a questo cancellerà le registrazioni più vecchie per fare posto alle nuove).
Format HDD: Cliccare (dopo aver spuntato il campo select) per formattare l‟intero contenuto
dell‟HDD. Tutti i dati in esso contenuti verranno irrimediabilmente cancellati.
Format USB: Cliccare per formattare l‟intero contenuto della chiavetta collegata. Tutti i dati in essa
contenuti verranno irrimediabilmente cancellati.

Quando un nuovo HDD viene inserito nel DVR, lo stato (HDD STATUS) è NOT
FORMATTED. AL fine di utilizzare l‟HDD è opportuno procedere alla formattazione
(perdendo tutti i dati in esso contenuti) cliccando su HDD Format.
L‟operazione di formattazione può richiedere diverso tempo a seconda delle capacità
dell‟HDD. Si consiglia di usare HDD nella lista di comnpatibility consultabile nell‟
Appendice B di questo manuale.

ALARM
Accedere al Main Menu->Devices->Alarm Setup. Verrà visualizzata la schermata di sotto.








BUZZER: Nella combo box selezionare OFF per disabilitare il buzzer, oppure selezionare la durata in
secondi tra le 4 disponibili (10s, 20s, 40s o 60s).
MD ALARM: Quando l‟algoritmo di MOTION DETECTION si attiva è possibile, spuntando le caselle
opportune permettere una segnalazione sonora, l‟invio di una mail (cliccare poi su E-MAIL SETUP ed
effettuare la configurazione del client SMTP) e in modalità LIVE la visualizzazione del solo flusso video
(a schermo intero) dove è stata determinata la rilevazione di movimento.
HDD LOSS: Spuntare la casella per permettere al DVR di emettere un suono (Buzzer) quando l‟HDD è
non installato, non rilevato o funzionante in modalità anomala.
HD SPACE: Spuntare la casella per permettere al DVR di emettere un suono (Buzzer) quando l‟HDD è
pieno (se non è prevista l‟opzione di riscrittura in MENU->DEVICES->HDD).
VIDEO LOSS: Spuntare la casella per permettere al DVR di emettere un suono (Buzzer) quando il
flusso video non è rilevato (la TeleCamera non è attiva, guasta o il collegamento col DVR è interrotto)
ALARM TIME: Quando l‟algoritmo di MOTION DETECTION inizia la registrazione questa prosegue (da
quando l‟algoritmo determina assenza di movimento) per tanto tempo quanto indicato in questa
combo-box. Le opzioni disponibili sono da 30s, 1m o 2m e 5m.
Pre-Record: Se abilitato permette la registrazione su video di quello che precede l‟evento che scatena
l‟attivazione dell‟algoritmo di rilevazione del movimento.
EMAIL SETUP: cliccare per configurare le impostazioni per l‟invio della mail (in caso di rilevazione del
movimento). Alla mail verrà allegato un file JPEG di quando è scattata la rilevazione del movimento.

Server Port: digitare la porta utilizzata. Tale numero di porta (utilizzare un numero >1024 ed inferiore
a 65535) va riportata nel Virtual Server del Router e nella configurazione del client del mobile. Il valore
di default è 18004.
Si faccia riferimento all‟Appendice C per trovare i dispositivi compatibili.
Username e password non possono essere vuote.

MOTION
Accedere al Main Menu->Devices->Motion. Verrà visualizzata la schermata di sotto.

sensibile, mentre il livello 1 è poco sensibile.
AREA: Cliccare su SETUP apparirà la schermata sotto riportata. Lo schermo è diviso in 180 (15x12)
parti. Selezionare in rosso, tramite la pressione del tasto sinistro le aree che il sistema utilizzerà per la
rilevazione del Motion Detection. Nelle aree trasparenti il Motion Detection non è attivo. Ripetere la
procedura per tutti e 8 i canali.
Cliccare su Apply per confermare.
EXIT
Cliccare per uscire dal Sotto-Menu Devices.

4.7 SYSTEM
TIME/DATE
Accedere al Main Menu->System->TIME/DATE. Verrà visualizzata la schermata di sotto.
DATE: Viene visualizzata la data utilizzata dal DVR.
DATE FORMAT: Sceglere la modalità di visualizzazione della data. Sono disponibili 3 diverse modalità
MM/DD/YY, YY-MM-DD e DD/MM/YY.

TIME: Viene visualizzata l‟ora utilizzata dal DVR.

TIME FORMAT: Scegliere la modalità oraria sulle 24 o 12 ore.

NTP: Selezionare ON per abilitare l‟uso del server NTP (disponibile solo se la connessione verso
internet è garantita).

TIME ZONE: Scegliere il fuso orario di appartenenza.

NTP Server: Selezionare il server NTP tra l‟elenco disponibile nella combo-box. Cliccare poi su
Update Now per aggiornare la data/ora.
Cliccare su Apply per confermare.


PASSWORD
Accedere al Main Menu->SYSTEM->PASSWORD. Verrà visualizzata la schermata di sotto.

Nella schermata vengono mostrati I 7 account disponibili ed il loro stato. Per modificare un account è
sufficiente selezionarlo (spuntando il campo SEL) e poi cliccare sui bottoni EDIT o PERMISSION (solo per
gli account non Admin).

EDIT: Permette di accedere alla schermata per la digitazione ed abilitazione del profilo e della
password.

PERMISSION: Permette di accedere alla schermata per la profilazione dei diritti di accesso.
Cliccare su Lock, nel menu flottante, per forzare il sistema ad autenticare ogni accesso al MENU.
Il profilo admin (accesso a tutto il sistema) è abilitato di default e non richiede alcuna
password per l‟accesso.
Al fine di evitare errori di digitazioni le password vanno inserite 2 volte e devono essere
di almeno 6 caratteri.
Queste password sono solo le password di accesso per la configurazione con OSD e non
via internet (Network) o piattaforma mobile (Devices->Mobile).
Conservare in un posto sicuro la password di accesso al sistema. Qualora venga
consultare il capitolo 6 di questo manuale.
VIDEO
Accedere al Main Menu-> SYSTEM ->VIDEO. Verrà visualizzata la schermata di sotto.
VIDEO SYSTEM: Selezionare la modalità di funzionamento tra PAL ed NTSC (per eventiali monitor
BNC connessi).

VGA RESOLUTION: Selezionare dalla combo BOX la risoluzione utilizzata dal monitor connesso in
VGA. Il sistema supporta da 800x600 sino a 1440x900.

OSD: Selezionare il monitor (VGA e BNC) dove verrà visualizzato l‟OSD.

Rotate Time: permette di scegliere il tempo di rotazione (per attivare la funzionalità selezionare Start
Rotate nel menu flottante).

Volume: Regola il volume di riproduzione del dispositivo.

Privacy Zone: E‟ possibile definire sino a 4 zone di maschere indipendenti per ognuno degli 8 canali.
Cliccare su Apply per rendere attivi i settaggi.
Qualora l‟OSD non sia più visibile a schermo, seguire una delle seguenti metodologie:

Schiacciare 0 sul telecomando sino ad udire un fischio.


Premere per 5 secondi il bottone  sul pannello.

PRIVACY ZONE
E‟ possible rimuovere sino a 4 zone per camera dalle riprese video. Questo può aiutare a proteggere la
privacy delle cose/persone riprese. Tanto in modalità LIVE che in modalità registrazione queste aree non
saranno visualizzabili.

Privacy Zone: Selezionare ON per abilitare la funzionalità in oggetto.

Area Setup:Spuntare il numero di aree da abilitare. Al massimo 4 aree distinte.

Setup: In funzione di quante aree sono state selezionate, verranno mostrati altrettanti quadrati
identificati da un numero nella parte superiore sinistra. Posizionare il cursore al centro del quadrato in
oggetto e premere il tasto sinistro (senza rilasciare il tasto in ogetto) per trascinare la maschera nella
zona desiderata. Cliccare e tenere premuto sempre il tasto sinistro sul bordo per cambiarne le
dimensione

Una volta finito premere il tasto destro del mouse (o il tasto Esc). Ripetere l‟operazione per tutti gli altri
canali. Terminato il processo cliccare su Apply per rendere premanenti i settaggi.

LANGUAGE
Accedere al Main Menu->SYSTEM->LANGUAGE. E‟ possibile selezionare la lingua utilizzata nell‟OSD.
Cambiare la lingua implica un riavvio del dispositivo. Questo manuale è stato redatto ipotizzando che l‟OSD
sia impostato su ENGLISH.
INFORMATION
Accedere al Main Menu->SYSTEM->SYSTEM. Sono disponibili informazioni circa il DVR.

Device Type: Viene riportata la tipologia di HW del DVR.

Software Version: Viene riportata la versione di firmware utilizzata dal DVR.

MAC ADdress: Viene riportato il MAC address dell‟interfaccia LAN del DVR.

Firmware Version: Viene mostrata la release di firmware.

IE VErsion: Viene mostrato le versione del server web integrato.

MAINTAIN
Accedere al Main Menu->System->MAINTAIN.

AUTO MAINTAIN: Selezionare Disable per lasciare il sistema sempre attivo. Selezionare Enable per
impostare la frequenza e l‟ora di reboot del sistema (ogni giorno, ogni settimana o ogni mese).

Update: Permette di caricare nuove release di firmware. Consultare il sito www.atlantis-land.com.

Load Default: Permette di caricare le configurazioni di default.

Reboot: Permette il reboot del sistema.

Power OFF: Permette lo spegnimento del sistema.
La programmazione schedulata del riavvio del sistema può risolvere talune situazioni di
blocco non previste e garantire un corretto funzionamento anche per lunghi periodi di
tempo.
Le principali cause di blocchi andrebbero cercate in una cattiva tensione di
alimentazione. Si consiglia di proteggere il sistema DVR e le TeleCamere dietro ad un
gruppo di continuità dotato almeno di funzionalità AVR.

5. Funzionalità di Rete
Ci sono 2 differenti metodologia per accedere remotamente/localmente al DVR attraverso le funzionalità di
rete:

Utilizzare il browser Internet Explorer (con Active X)

Utilizzare iPhone/iPad/BlackBerry/Symbian/Android e Windows Mobile
Lo schema concettuale di accesso remoto dovrebbe essere il seguente. Tutti i dispositivi ovviamente
possono effettuare un accesso locale se nella LAN.

5.1 Accesso tramite IE
E‟ possibile utilizzare Internet Explorer (IE) 6.0 o versione più recente per accedere localmente o
remotamente al DVR.
Qualora non si riuscisse ad installare il controllo ActiveX (IE non potrà mostrare il video del
DVR), verificare quanto segue:

In Strumenti->Opzioni Internet->Protezioni selezionare Internet/Intranet
ed impostare il livello Medio Alto Predefinito.

In Strumenti->Blocco Popup selezionare Disattiva Blocco Popup.
Per effettuare un accesso locale operare nella seguente modalità:

In Main Menu->Network è possibile conoscere l‟IP assegnato al DVR (nel campo IP address)

Accedere col browser web all‟indirizzo di sopra e premere il tasto invio (in figura si è assunto che
l‟indirizzo fosse 192.168.3.103)


Alla prima installazione potrebbe rendersi necessario installare alcuni componenti Active X.
Digitare la username admin e nella combo box Network selezionare LAN e cliccare su Login.
Il sistema supporta sino a 3 utenti contemporanei.
La password di accesso di default è vuota.
Spuntare la voce Open All Channels per partire con tutti i vanali attivi.

Per effettuare un accesso remoto operare nella seguente modalità:

In Main Menu->Network è possibile conoscere l‟IP assegnato al DVR (nel campo IP address). E‟
opportuno assegnare un indirizzo IP statico compatibile con la propria rete LAN.

In Main Menu->Network modificare secondo le proprie esigenze ed annotare il campo Media Port
e WEB port.

Accedere al Router responsabile della connettività e creare 2 Virtual Server sull‟IP statico assegnato al
DVR per i 2 numeri di porte di sopra (WEB Port e Media Port).

Accedere col browser all‟indirizzo pubblico del router*(se si è cambiato Web Port con un numero di
porta diverso da 80 digitare quanto segue: http://IP Router:Web Port) e premere il tasto invio.

Alla prima installazione potrebbe rendersi necessario installare alcuni componenti Active X.

Nel campo Media Port verificare che il numero di porta corrisponda a quella precedentemente
inserita.

Nella combo box Network selezionare Internet e cliccare su Login.
Qualora il contratto con l‟ISP non preveda un IP statico è possibile utilizzare un servizio
Dynamic DNS. Si consulti l’appendice D per ulteriori dettagli in proposito.
La password di accesso di default è vuota. In Main Menu->System->Password è
possibile abilitare ed impostare la richiesta di password di accesso.
Apparirà a questo punto il Menù Principale, nella cui parte superiore è possibile accedere (come se si
stessero vedendo i links in una homepage) a tutte le sezioni disponibili:

Per forzare la registrazione di determinati canali è sufficiente spuntare l‟icona (

Solo un canale in riproduzione è registrabile.
Nella foto sopra riportata tutti i canali (escluso il N°3) sono visibili, ma solo il N°1 è
anche in registrazione.
PTZ control non è supportato in questa versione di firmware.
PLAYBACK
Questa opzione permette di riprodurre remotamente le registrazioni effettuate dal DVR.

Selezionale il giorno, Canale ed la tipologia (Common, ALARM, ALL Type) quindi cliccare su
Search.

Selezionare a questo punto uno degli eventi mostrati per iniziare la riproduzione. Cliccare Play per
effettuare la riproduzione o mettere in Pausa. Cliccare Stop per fermare la riproduzione. Cliccare
F.F/Slow per velocizzare/rallentare la velocità di riproduzione. Cliccare Next Frame (quando la
riproduzione è in pausa) per saltare al frame successivo.

Download: tramite questa funzione è possibile effettuare il backup tra i i file selezionati sull‟HD del
PC. Selezionare il file da scaricare sul PC e cliccare su Download. Tale file verrà salvato nella

posizione determinata in Local Setting->Setting->File Save Path\IP. I file salvati sono in formato
AVI
Durante la riproduzione del file il sistema non è in grado di effettuare il backup.
Durante il processo di download i file vengono automaticamente convertiti in AVI.
Questo processo impegna molto la CPU del sistema e pertanto la velocità di download
può esserne pesantemente influenzata.

modalità Custom è possibile inserire la data in cui effettuare il passaggio[Time Starts]/ritorno [Time
Ends] all‟ora legale/solare, mentre in modalità Default il passaggio/ritorno viene effettuato
automaticamente.
Local Settings
In questa sezione è possible configurare le cartelle dove IE salver I vari file generate o scaricati.

Selezionare Record Save Path (dove verranno salvati i file su registrazione video locale).

Selezionare Snapshot Save Path (dove verranno salvati i file di cattuara immagini).

Selezionare File Save Path (dove verranno salvati i file scaricati dal disco del DVR).
Cliccare su Apply per confermare o Default per caricare le impostazioni standard (qeulle riportate in
figura).

Cliccare per uscire dalla configurazione WEB.

5.2 Accesso tramite Mobile
Tramite l‟utilizzo di questa funzionalità è possibile vedere un flusso video sul proprio dispositivo portatile da
qualunque luogo ed in qualunque momento. Il DVR supporta le seguenti famiglie di dispositivi:

Setup di Mobile
Prima di iniziare è opportuno configurare correttamente il DVR. Verificare i punti seguenti:

Il DVR deve essere collegato, via LAN ad un dispositivo capace di offrire connettività verso internet
(normalmente un router ADSL).

In Main Menu->Network è possibile conoscere l‟IP assegnato al DVR (nel campo IP address). E‟
opportuno assegnare un indirizzo IP statico compatibile con la propria rete LAN.

Accedere a MAIN MENU->DEVICE->MOBILE. E‟ opportuno digitare la username e password di
accesso e la porta utilizzata (di default la 18004) Server Port.

Accedere al Router responsabile della connettività e creare 1 Virtual Server sull‟IP statico assegnato al
DVR per il numero di porte di sopra (Server Port).

Accedere col client installato sul dispositivo mobile (si veda la sezione seguente) all‟indirizzo pubblico
del router* per visualizzare il flusso video.
Passare a questo punto all‟installazione/configurazione del client sul dispositivo Mobile.
*Qualora il contratto con l‟ISP non preveda un IP statico è possibile utilizzare un servizio
Dynamic DNS. Si consulti l’appendice D per ulteriori dettagli in proposito.
Installazione e Configurazione del Client in dispositivi basati su Windows® Mobile
Tramite l‟utilizzo di questa funzionalità è possibile vedere un flusso video sul proprio dispositivo portatile
dotato di OS Windows® Mobile da qualunque luogo ed in qualunque momento.

Per installare il client (CDRom:\\A02-ACAM3Kit\Mobile Phone\windowmobile) è opportuno
copiarlo prima nel dispositivo, poi lanciarlo per iniziare il processo di installazione (selezionando dove il
client debba essere installato). Cliccare poi su Install per far iniziar el‟installazione vera e propria.


Il processo di installazione verrà lanciato. Al termine verrà creata un‟icona Window Mobile tramite la
quale è possibile lanciare il client. Cliccare sull‟icona per lanciare il client in questione.

A questo punto non resta che configurare, in accordo con la propria rete, i settaggi per l‟accesso
remoto al flusso video. Cliccare su Setting e digitare Username, Password, Indirizzo IP, Porta.
Spuntare la voce AutoConnect. Nel campo Notes è possibile mettere un identificativo del profilo
creato. Cliccare poi su OK. Il sistema visualizzerà la schermata coi profili creati. Non resta che
selezionare il profilo creato e cliccare su OK.

Se tutto è stato effettuato in maniera corretta sullo schermo del dispositivo è possibile visualizzare uno
degli 8 flussi video ripresi dalle telecamere connesse al DVR. Nella combo-box Channel è possibile
cambiare il canale visualizzato. Cliccare su Disconnect per interrompere la visualizzazione.

Utilizzando i bottoni disponibili nella parte inferiore dello schermo è possibile salvare l‟immagine di
quanto si sta visualizzando a video. Il campo Items permette di scegliere tra i canali disponibili.
Il client per Window Mobile è contenuto nella cartella CDRom:\A02ACAM3Kit\Mobile Phone\WindowMobile\ASeesetup.CAB del CDRom allegato.
Installazione e Configurazione del Client in dispositivi basati su Symbian®
dotato di OS Symbian® da qualunque luogo ed in qualunque momento.

Installare il client copiandolo nel dispositivo, poi lanciarlo per iniziare il processo di installazione.

Il processo di installazione verrà lanciato. Confermare alle richieste del SO. Selezionare poi dove debba
essere installato. Al termine verrà creata un‟icona Asee tramite la quale è possibile lanciare il client.
Cliccare per lanciare il client in questione.

A questo punto non resta che configurare, in accordo con la propria rete, i settaggi per l‟accesso
remoto al flusso video. Cliccare l‟icona Setting
per effettuare la configurazione e digitare Server

Installare il BlackBarry Desktop Manager sul PC da cui si gestisce il dispositivo.

Collegare il dispositivo al PC tramite l‟interfaccia USB.

Lanciare il BlackBarry Desktop Manager e selezionare l’Application Loader.

Selezionare Add/Remove Applications, cliccare su Browse, aprire il file BPlayer.alx

(cliccare su Finish). Selezionare il modello Wi-Fi o 3G che si intende utilizzare.

L‟interfaccia principale di ASee verrà mostrata. Prima di iniziare è opportuno effettuare la

6. Risoluzione dei problemi e Supporto
Questo capitolo illustra come identificare e risolvere eventuali problemi riscontrati con l‟utilizzo del
dispositivo.
6.1 Limitazione dell’accesso.

APPENDICE A: Dynamic DNS (DynDNS)
Grazie all‟adozione di questa features è possibile registrare un dominio pur se associato ad un IP dinamico.
Ci sono una moltitudine di server DDNS che offrono gratuitamente questo tipo di servizio. E‟ sufficiente
registrarsi per attivare in maniera gratuita ed immediata il servizio che consentirà di raggiungere (da
remoto) sempre il Router . E‟ possibile in questo modo effettuare facilmente configurazioni da remoto,
ospitare un sito WEB, FTP o in questo caso avere accesso ai flussi video del DVR.
Ogni qual volta il Router si riconnetterà, tramite il client incorporato, comunicherà al server DDNS il nuovo
indirizzo IP. In questo modo chiunque dall‟esterno conoscendo l‟URL conoscerà anche l‟indirizzo IP che in
quel momento è stato assegnato al Router . Questa guida è divisa in 2 parti e provvede a fornire
informazioni circa la creazione di un account Dynamic DNS nella prima parte e poi alla configurazione del
router (si è scelto un modello A02-RA141-W54 / A02-RA141-WN) nella seconda parte.
Vediamo, nel dettaglio come effettuare una registrazione con il gestore DDNS forse più famoso.
Andare nel sito:www.dyndns.org, cliccare su Get Started
Nella pagina seguente, cliccare su Sign UP (nella prima colonna, per attivare il servizio gratuito)

Digitare il nome HOST e selezionare il suffisso tra quelli proposti (usare la combo-box). Nel campo IP
address digitare l‟indirizzo IP pubblico lato WAN del router con cui si accede ad internet (eventualmente
cliccare su Use Auto detect IP address….). Cliccare poi su Add to Chart.
Digitare Username, Password e l’indirizzo mail. E‟ opportuno compilare il campo Security Image
(riportando i numeri nella figura) e spuntare l‟accettazione delle policy di DynDns. Cliccare poi su Create
Account.

Una mail di verifica registrazione sarà inviata all‟indirizzo inserito. In questa mail sono contenute le istruzioni
per proseguire la registrazione (è necessario confermare così il tutto entro 48 ore). Seguire le istruzioni

Dopo aver cliccato sul link contenuto nella mail verrà visualizzata la seguente schermata.

Passiamo adesso alla configurazione del client nel WebShare 141WN Modem/Router (nella sezione
DynDNS in Access Management)

Spuntare il bottone Active.
Alla voce Service Provider scegliere, dalla combo box, www.dyndns.org.
Compilare il campo Host Name inserendo per esteso il dominio registrato e inserire poi Username e
Password.
Eventualmente spuntare il campo Enable Wildcard.
Premere su Apply per rendere permanenti le modifiche.

DNS all‟URL) è possibile controllare che l‟IP sia stato aggiornato (alternativamente è possibile effettuare un

APPENDICE B: PlayBack/Conversion Tools
Per visualizzare i file ottenuti come backup dal DVR (usando la funzione Backup du USB) è necessario
installare un player capace di leggere i file .264.
Alternativamente è possibile utilizzare il player PlayBack accluso nel CD.
Installare PlayBack tramite la pagina WEB o accedendo direttamente al file (CDRom:\\A02ACAM3Kit\Utility\ PlayBack_V5.exe). Una volta partita l‟installazione, seguire le istruzioni a video.
Cliccare sul bottone
e selezionare il percorso del file/cartella. Questi verranno visualizzati nell‟area in
alto. A questo punto non resta che selezionare il file cliccandoci sopra 2 volte per farne partire la
riproduzione. Con i bottoni è possibile controllare la riproduzione o effettuare lo snapshot di immagine in
BMP.

1. Product Overview
NetCamera System is a complete solution (with standalone 8Ch DVR and 4 IR Cameras) for local/remote
video surveillance, designed to operate in every working environment (domestic or SoHo).
DVR is able to playback locally, on the connected monitor (VGA or 2 x BNC), up to8 channels and is able to
record (always, motion detection, manual, time schedule) on the internal 3,5” HDD, using H.264 codec.
The CCD sensor, able to work also with a low light intensity of the environment, provides clear and tidy
videos with real colours in each situation (12 IR LEDs down to 0 Lux up to 8 mt).
Finally, it can be remotely managed and controlled at any moment and place, in a simply and intuitive way,
via PC or notebook connected to the Internet (or Intranet) by using any web browser or mobile devices
(Symbian, Windows Mobile, BlackBerry, iPhone or iPad).
These features make Camera System the ideal tool for local/remote monitoring/video surveillance.

1.3 INSTALLATION(Hard Drive)
Please do NOT install or uninstall hard drive while DVR is running.

Loosen the screws in the left and right sides.

Connect the 18mt camera cable to a camera‟s video output terminal (BNC connector) & power input

Connect a video cable with BNC connectors from your monitor to the BNC video output ports on the
rear panel of your DVR .
Connect a VGA cord (not included) from your monitor to the VGA output on the rear panel of your DVR
(or use BNC Output).
Connect the USB mouse to the USB slot for mouse on the rear panel of the DVR.
Connect one end of the network cable (not included) to RJ-45 port on the rear panel of the DVR.
Connect another end of the network cable to your router, modem or other network connection device.
Plug in both of the Camera & DVR power supply to an open outlet.

Mouse Operation
You can use a mouse instead of front panel keys or remote control to navigate the operation of your DVR.

3. DVR Main Screen
3.1. Main Screen(Recording Alarm)
Once you‟ve checked all the connections and you‟ve switched
on the device the product will carry on immediately a autotest
(60 seconds). Finished this, you can watch on the connected
monitor the video from cameras.

4.3 Main Menu Setup(Display)
You can set up whether each channel can be previewed or not under Live display and/or record mode,
enable live time or not under live screen and set up record time or not on the record history.
Also, you can key-in the title for each channel.
You can adjust image brightness, saturation, contrast and hue parameters of each channel after entering
into [Color] menu.


4.5 Main Menu Setup(Network)

Because of DVR can support viewing the video via network remotely, hence you can control the DVR
remotely, including, monitoring, recording, playing back or making backup.
There are 4 types of network setup in DVR:

DHCP
The Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) is an auto configuration
protocol used on IP networks.
PPPoE
The Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet (PPPoE) is a network protocol for
encapsulating Point-to-Point Protocol (PPP) frames inside Ethernet frames.
Static IP
Internet Protocol addresses are assigned to a host either a new at the time of
booting, or permanently by fixed configuration of its hardware or software.
Persistent configuration is also known as using a static IP address. In contrast,
in situations when the computer's IP address is assigned newly each time, this
is known as using a dynamic IP address.
Static IP addresses are manually assigned to a computer by an administrator.
The exact procedure varies according to platform. This contrasts with dynamic
IP addresses, which are assigned either by the computer interface or host
software itself.
DDNS(Dynamic DNS)
Dynamic DNS is a method, protocol, or network service that provides the
capability for a networked device, such as a router or computer system using
the Internet Protocol Suite, to notify a domain name server to change, in real
time, the active DNS configuration of its configured hostnames, addresses or
other information stored in DNS.
4.6 Main Menu Setup(Search/Playback)
Double click the specified date & time which you need to playback and then click
”playback” button. Click”Detail Files” button to view the detailed video file.
Choose the type of video and then check the file which you would like to backup. Then
click on Backup button in order to copy files into connected USB device.

You can export the video information from log(by text).

Allows you select the channel(s) you would like to search.
In the Video Search screen, user can search for a specific date and time for a
recording and view it in Playback mode. This is useful for hunting a specific
recording of an incident if you know the date and time it occurred.
In the Video Search screen, user can search for all the recordings in a
specific date. To execute a video search, highlight and select the date
numeric field，and then click a detailed time quantum of the specific date,
system will start the playback from the first recoding of the time quantum.
You can use the Playback Control bar to operate the Fast Forward (X2, X4
and X8), Slow play (1/2, 1/4 and 1/8 speed), Play, Pause/Frame, Rewind(X2,
X4 and X8). When ending playback, DVR will return back to previous menu.
Click “File list” button to enter into the “File List” screen, the video
recordings for the time quantum will appear in the screen.
And you also can filter the recordings you want to view by the Channel or
recording mode based on date/time search.
Click on “Last page” button, to go to the Last page.
Allows you to select all the events on the current page.
Allows you to select other events on the current page except those you have
currently selected.
In the ”File List” mode, if you wish to backup records, please check the
”Select” check-boxes which corresponds to the recording and click
“Backup” button to enter into the window.
Click on “First” button, back to first page.
Click on ”Previous page” button will back to previous page(except the first
page).
Click on “Next page” button will take you to the page after the one you are
currently viewing (except the last page).
Log Search

HDD Management
When DVR is connected to a HDD, the system will detect H.D.D automatically, when the new H.D.D was
installed , system will ask for H.D.D formatting.
The functions of” H.D.D Setup”
NO：The number of HDD
TOTAL SPACE:
The capacity of Hard Drive or free space on the Hard Drive.
TIME: Based on current image detail/quality and frame rate, system will display the record time that you
have left on the Hard Drive.
OVERWRITE:
Select “on” the system will automatically overwrite the oldest recordings once the hard drive is full.
select “off”, recording will stop once the hard drive is full.
HDD FORMAT: You use this option to format the hard drive, you can not record files to the hard drive until
it has been formatted. Click
button to start formatting.
USB FORMAT: Use this option to format USB devices.
Note: It is an important first step when configuring your DVR to make sure that the hard drive (HDD)
options are correctly set. So, it is strongly recommended that you do format the HDD before start the first
record

Alarm Setup
The functions of” Alarm Setup”
Channel: the option allows you select one channel you want.
HDD Loss:
When the “Buzzer” is in the “ON” position and the system can‟t find the HDD or HDD is not be formatted,
the symbol “
” will appear on the screen with buzzer sounded.
HDD Space:
When the “Buzzer” is in the “ON” position and the HDD out of storage space, the buzzer will be activated.
If the Buzzer is set to “OFF” position, the buzzer will not be activated.
Video Loss: When setting [Buzzer] to ON and when a camera has been disconnected. “Video Loss”

symbol will also appear on the screen with buzzer sound. Set to OFF, you will only see the “Video Loss”
appear but no sound.
Alarm Manage:
Alarm Output: you can set how long the external sensor alarm will last when motion is detected (off, 10s,
20s, 40s, 60s);
Buzzer time: you can set how long the buzzer will sound when motion is detected (0s, 10s, 20, 40s, 60s);
Alarm duration time: you can set how long alarm record will last when alarm ends (0s, 30s,
1minute，2minute，5minute);
Pre-record time: you can set how long record will last before alarm occurs (Off, on).
Full screen Alarm: The function is defaulted to “On". When the motion detection or external alarm is
triggered, the corresponding channel will be displayed on the full screen mode.
Email： The option allows you set the alarm images to send txt message to a specified email.
You could freely select buzzer alarm or not and alarm output time for all the alarm types, and for the MD
alarm and I/O status alarm you could set email and full screen reminder.

Sends alarm when DVR can‟t receive video signal (such as camera damage, cable
broken or damaged or power supply malfunction).

Motion Detection
When an object moves into motion detection area, alarm will be triggered. You can
adjust sensitivity level to suit the needs of your actual application environment.
HDD loss
When Hard Drive is not detected (HDD damage, power supply malfunction), or HDD
auto-overwrite is off, and free space is not enough, an alarm will be triggered.
4.9 Email Alarm Notification
In order to configure SMTP client please click: Main Menu Setup->Device->Alarm->Email Setup.
Because of the type and the ISP service company is variety worldwide, Hence, we only
provide 1-2 company for an example, if you have any question of E-mail, please contact
your local ISP service. Please make sure your DVR already connected to internet:
If your E-mail have SSL encryption, you have to enable it.
If your E-mail have SSL encryption, you have to enable it.
SSL is a security link transport protocol. You can encrypt your communication info
(including your email) using SSL to prevent hackers from monitoring your email or
communication info and even your password. Please confirm with your email service
provider if your email server support SSL or not.
Generally the SMTP port value is 25 ,but for SMTP port of G-mail server is 465.
if your E-mail needs to be verified by SSL, the port is going to be 465(default value), and
port 25(default value) is the Email without SSL verification.

Setting Procedures:
Mail Configuration

Step 1. Right click of the mouse, the main menu will pop-out.

Step 2. Click “Main menu” option.


Step 3. Click ”DEVICES” icon, alarm icon will pop-out.
Step 4. Click ”Alarm” icon.

Step 5. Check the “EMAIL” block, and then click ”EMAIL SETUP” button.

Step 6. Select ”Enable” for SSL, if your E-mail server needs the SSL verification. Select ”Disable” for
SSL, if your E-mail server doesn‟t need the SSL verification。

Step 7. Key-in the “SMTP Port” for the sender (For example: the default value of Gmail SMTP Port
is 465, and the others is 25. If you use Gmail, you can key-in 465).

Step 8. Key-in the “SMTP Server” of your Email which to be the sending server/host.

Step 9. Key-in the Email address in “Sender” column which to be the sending server/host.

Step 10. Key in the password in ”Sender PWD” column for the server Email.

Step 11. Key-in receiver E-mail in ”Receiver” column.

Step 12. Click ”Apply” button.
After finished setup of Email, you have to turn on the function of motion detection.
Step 13. Click “Motion” icon, and make sure motion detection is enabled.
Step 14. Now, check your e-mail and see if you receive an e-mail (along with attached Photo) from DVR.
4.10 PTZ
In order to configure PTZ please click: Main Menu Setup->Device->PTZ.

In order to configure Mobile client please click: Main Menu Setup->Device->Mobile.
Mobile Setup
The functions of” Mobile Setup”
User Name: indicate user name of DVR.
User password: indicate user password of DVR
Server port: Mobile monitoring port. Setting range is between 1024 and 65535.
Explanation: Please connect DVR to Internet before setting DVR port number and the server port
number is not equal to network menus.
The user name and password you enter can not be empty.
You should forward the server port number to router

4.12 Motion Detection Setup
In order to configure Motion Detection please click: Main Menu Setup->Device->Motion.
Motion Detection Setup
The [Motion detection] Menu has three sections, including Channel Status, Sensitivity and Motion area.
The functions of” Motion Detection Setup”
Channel : This option allow you enable motion detection on any channel.
SENSITIVITY: This option allows you to set sensitivity level of motion detection from higher to low
with 8 being the most sensitive.
MD AREA: This option allows you select the area you want to be sensitive to motion.
The channel is separated into a 15X10 area. When
any object moves into the motion detection area,
the alarm will be triggered.

4.13 Main Menu Setup
Into Main Menu Setup->System there are several submenus where You can configure a lot of
parameters. The “System” Menu includes:

Time Setup

User Password

Audio/Video Setting (Privacy Zone)

Language select: (You can select the language used on OSD)

System Info: (Enter into [System Information] menu to view system info, including Device type,
Software (firmware) version, IE version and MAC address etc. When connecting multiple DVR to the
same local area network environment, you need to change MAC address for each DVR respectively;
otherwise, you may not connect these DVR to network).

System Maintenance
TIME/DATE
You can modify the system date, time, date/time format , and time zone, DST (day time saving)
status and NTP . Click ”Apply” button to save the settings.
Password
This option allows you set the device ID for the DVR and set the system password and
authority.
The new passwords will be available after clicking “APPLY” button.
When you set Password Enabled to “ON”, you can setup a user password and administrator
password respectively.
The password must be 6 characters or over.

Video System: allow you set Camera system (PAL, NTSC).
VGA Resolution: include five options - 1280×1024、1024×768、800×600 and 1440×900.
OSD Output: Allow you to select the video output between VGA /BNC/AUTO.
Rotate time：allow you select sequence time between from 5s and 300s.
Margin Setup
Click the [Volume] and/or [Margin] options on the right-bottom corner of the Video/Audio screen
to adjust the volume and/or margin respectively.

Step 1. Right Click ”Main menu” option.

Maintain
This option allows you recover the DVR settings to factory default settings, update system software
(firmware), and set system auto-maintenance.
*There are 4 functions:

*After enabling ”Auto Maintain” function , the system will perform regular maintenance depend
on your need. Please note the [Auto Maintain] function will be available only when DVR is on the
Main interface and have no user online.
*After completed “Auto Reboot “setup, the system will auto reboot according to the setting.

Copy the file named with “dvrupgrade” to USB flash drive; and insert USB flash drive into USB
port of DVR, and then click ”Update” button to update system.

Click the [Reboot] button to restart the device manually.

The button allows to shut down the system from OSD.

NetCamera System es una solución completa (DVR y 4 Cameras con Led a rayos infrarrojos) para enviar
videos, hacer video vigilancia remota o para la transmisión en tiempo real de imágenes/ video.
El Grabador digital (DVR) respalda 4 canales de video (alta compresión de tiempo real H.264 ) con 1
conector VGA Y 2 BNC.
El sensor CCD permite trabajar en ambientes de poca luz, dando imágenes de gran claridad y colores
veraces, haciendola así perfecta para la videovigilancia (incorpora 12 IR LED para la vigilancia por la noche).

1.3 Instalación del disco en el DVR



Aflojar los tornillos de bloqueo situados a los costados y en la parte posterior.
Retirar la tapa delicadamente, extrayéndola como indica la figura.
Conectar el cable de datos y el cable de alimentación al disco.

Instalar el disco en el soporte y fijarlo firmemente con los tornillos.

Comprobar que los conectores estén conectados correctamente, cerrar la tapa y atornillar nuevamente
los tornillos.
El disco se debe instalar con el sistema apagado y desconectado de la fuente de
alimentación.
En caso contrario, podría no funcionar correctamente. Consultar el apéndice B para
asegurarse de que el disco figure en la lista de compatibilidad

1.4 MONTAJE DE LA CÁMARA
NetCamera System se suministra con un KIT para el montaje de las cámaras en la pared y/o en el
escritorio. Utilizar 3 tornillos/clavos (no incluidos) para fijar la base en una superficie plana (pared o techo).
Atornillar la base en la parte posterior/inferior de la cámara. Por último, colocarla en la posición correcta
(apretando el tornillo).
Conectar la salida de vídeo (amarillo) y la entrada de potencia (rojo) de la cámara a uno de los 4 cables (de
18M) suministrados, respetando las instrucciones del apartado siguiente.
No colocar la cámara en ambientes exteriores o donde quede expuesta a fenómenos
atmosféricos.
Asegurarse de que el pedestal quede firmemente anclado en la pared (para evitar que la
cámara se caiga).
La óptica no debe quedar expuesta a la irradiación solar directa.
El incumplimiento de las condiciones enunciadas podría implicar daños para el aparato y
podría dejar la garantía sin efecto.

1.5 CABLEADO DE LA CÁMARA
El esquema siguiente proporciona instrucciones claras para el cableado de las 4 cámaras infrarrojo.
Para conectar las cámaras:

Utilizar un cable SLIM (de 18m de longitud)

Conectar el extremo con la indicación TO CAMERA SIDE ONLY a la cámara (cable
rojo o amarillo)

Conectar el extremo amarillo con la indicación TO DVR SIDE ONLY al BNC IN del
DVR

Conectar el extremo rojo con la indicación TO DVR SIDE ONLY al alimentador

Repetir el mismo procedimiento con todas las cámaras

Wir danken Ihnen, dass Sie sich für ein Gerät aus der Produktfamilie NetCamera System entschieden haben.
Damit ist Videoüberwachung ganz einfach. Dieses Dokument besteht aus 2 Teilen. Der erste Teil (Kapitel 1)
ist eine Schnellanleitung für die rasche Inbetriebnahme des Systems. In den nachfolgenden Kapiteln wird
der Gerätebetrieb dann ausführlich beschrieben.
1. Beschreibung Erzeugt
NetCamera System ist ein vollständiges System (mit DVR und 4 Infrarot-Kameras) zur Videoüberwachung
(Aufzeichnung). Es eignet sich sowohl für Heim- als auch Büroanwendungen (SoHo-Markt).
Der DVR (Digital-Videorekorder) ermöglicht sowohl die Direktanzeige der von den Kameras aufgenommenen
4 Videoströme auf dem (über VGA oder 2xBNC) angeschlossenen Bildschirm oder geplante Aufzeichnungen
und Daueraufzeichnung (mittels H.264-Codec auf interner 3,5‟‟-Festplatte) von Ereignissen (Motion
Detection).
Die 4 Kameras verfügen über einen CCD-Sensor, der auch bei Dunkelheit funktioniert (12 Infrarot-LED für
den Betrieb bei 0 lux bis Entfernungen von 8 m) und eine hohe und scharfe Bild- und Farbqualität in jeder
Situation bietet.
NetCamera System kann außerdem über ein Netzwerkkabel direkt an ein LAN angeschlossen werden.
Einfache und intuitive Fernbedienung und -Steuerung jederzeit und überall mittels PC oder mit dem Internet
(oder Intranet) über einen Webbrowser verbundenen Laptop oder mobile 3G-Plattform wie Android, iPhone
und iPad (Anwendungen sind kostenlos und befinden sich auf der mitgelieferten CD).
Diese Merkmale machen NetCamera System zu einem idealen Gerät für die lokale und ferngesteuerte
Überwachung/Videoüberwachung.
Die Verwendung von Geräten für Bild-, Video- oder Tonaufzeichnung kann in
bestimmten Fällen gesetzlich geregelt oder vollständig untersagt sein. In gewissen Fällen
kann eine Genehmigung erforderlich sein.
Atlantis SpA übernimmt keine Garantie, dass ihre Produkte in Übereinstimmung mit den
lokalen Gesetzen verwendet werden und haftet daher nicht für eine bestimmungswidrige
Verwendung dieser Geräte.
Außerdem muss deutlich auf das Vorhandensein von Geräten für Bild-, Video- und
Tonaufzeichnungen hingewiesen werden.
Wir weisen darauf hin, dass die geltenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen über die
Modalitäten für die Aufbewahrung von Videoinhalten einzuhalten sind.
1.1 Systemanforderungen (optional für Zugriff über WEB mit IE)
Vor der Installation des Geräts müssen die folgenden Anforderungen überprüft werden:

1.3 Einbau der Festplatte in den DVR
 Die seitlichen und hinteren Befestigungsschrauben lösen.

Die Abdeckung vorsichtig, wie in der Abbildung gezeigt, abnehmen.

Das Datenkabel und das Netzkabel an der Festplatte anschließen.

Die HD am Bügel anbringen und mit den Schrauben befestigen.

Prüfen, ob die Stecker richtig angeschlossen sind. Die Abdeckung schließen und die Schrauben wieder
anziehen.
Die HDD muss bei abgeschaltetem System eingebaut werden.
Es kann sein, dass nicht alle Festplatten einwandfrei funktionieren. Überprüfen Sie daher
bitte im Anhang B, ob die Festplatte in der Liste der kompatiblen Geräte aufgeführt ist.

1.4 MONTAGE DER TELEKAMERA
NetCamera System verfügt auch über ein Einbau-Kit für die Montage von Telekameras an Wänden und/oder
für die Desktop-Montage. Hierfür sind 3 Schrauben/Stifte (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) zur Befestigung
der Grundplatte auf einer ebenen Fläche (Wand oder Decke) zu verwenden. Die Grundplatte im
hinteren/unteren Teil der Telekamera verschrauben. Anschließend die Telekamera (mit Hilfe der
entsprechenden Schraube) richtig positionieren.
Dann den Video-Ausgang (gelb) und den Leistungs-Eingang (rot) der Telekamera an eines der im
Lieferumfang enthaltenen 4 Kabel (18M), wie im nächsten Abschnitt gezeigt, anschließen.
Die Telekamera darf nicht im Freien bzw. in der Witterung ausgesetzter Umgebung
angebracht werden.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Sockel fest an der Wand befestigt ist (um ein Herabstürzen
der Telekamera zu vermeiden).
Die Optik darf keiner direkten Sonneneinstrahlung ausgesetzt werden.
Bei Nichteinhaltung der obigen Hinweise und Vorschriften kann das Produkt beschädigt
werden und die Garantie verwirkt.

Nachstehend sind die Anweisungen für den Anschluss der 4 Infrarot-Telekameras aufgeführt.
Beim Anschließen der Telekameras sind die nachstehenden Schritte zu befolgen:

Nehmen Sie ein Slim Kabel (Länge 18 m)

Schließen Sie das mit der Aufschrift TO CAMERA SIDE ONLY versehene Ende an
die Telekamera an (rotes oder gelbes Kabel)

Schlíeßen Sie das mit der Aufschrift TO DVR SIDE ONLY versehene gelbe Ende an
BNC IN des DVR an

Schließen Sie das mit der Aufschrift TO DVR SIDE ONLY versehene rote Ende an
das Netzteil an

Wiederholen Sie diese Schritte für alle Telekameras
 Schließen Sie dann das Netzteil an die Steckdose an.
