The need to be closer to our customers
drives us to structure us with a new organization matrix that sees (on one hand) the
geographic areas crossing (on the other
hand) the most significant market fields that,
for us, are: oil & gas, shipbuilding and mining. So we have introduced the role, new
for us, of the Sector Manager, who, having
the ability to focus on a
specific market, has the
task to develop his own
industry market by providing to colleagues
and business partners the most useful
information for understanding the particular needs of their
market sector.

La necessità di essere sempre più vicini ai
nostri clienti ci spinge a dotarci un nuova
organizzazione a matrice che vede (da una
parte) le aree geografiche incrociare
(dall’altra parte) i settori di mercato per noi
più significativi, vale a dire: l’oil & gas, la
cantieristica navale e
l’industria estrattiva. Abbiamo quindi introdotto il ruolo,

Manager, il quale avendo la
possibilità di focalizzarsi su
uno specifico mercato, ha il

proprio settore fornendo ai colleghi e ai
partner commerciali il maggior numero di
informazioni utili
alla comprensione
delle esigenze specifiche del proprio settore

minerario, Micol Mauri per il navale e Nitin
Puri per il petrolifero. Tutti i colleghi hanno
già fornito interessanti spunti di riflessione

Achievements from the "tour de force" made earlier
this year in the continent, are coming more and more,
business contacts, agreements, orders and, above all,
vendor list qualifications of the most important operators in the Oil & Gas industry. The first operator, particularly interesting and innovative, that we present is
NipeX (Nigerian Petroleum Exchange), it is an electronic trading
platform that adds
value to suppliers
who participate to
it. NipeX is a division of NAPIMS,
a services company that belongs
to the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation
(NNPC), the market leader in Nigeria. We have
reached this result through the work of our Area and
Sector manager Nitin Puri and our official distributor
Romekan Global Energy Ltd.
Stanno arrivando in quantità i frutti del “tour de
force” effettuato a inizio anno nel continente nero,
contatti commerciali, accordi, ordini e soprattutto
qualificazioni nelle vendor list dei più importanti
operatori dell’Oil & Gas. Il primo operatore, particolarmente interessante e innovativo, che vi presentiamo è NipeX (Nigerian Petroleum Exchange), si
tratta di una piattaforma
elettronica di contrattazione che aggiunge valore ai fornitori che vi aderiscono. NipeX è una divisione della società di
servizi NAPIMS che appartiene alla Nigerian
National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), vale a
dire il più importante operatore della Nigeria. A
questo risultato siamo giunti grazie al lavoro del
nostro Area e Sector manager Nitin Puri e al nostro
distributore ufficiale Romekan Global Energy Ltd.

As we have written above,
the business meetings that
Nitin Puri had in Angola last
spring are showing great results, among many other initiatives and achievements,
here we point out the vendor
list qualification letter of Somoil, Sociedade Petrolífera
Angolana SA. It is a private
company founded in 2000,
focused in research and production of oil, which has got
production sharing agreement
with Sonangol. Lately, Somoil is also doing business in the
field of renewable energy sources.

Come abbiamo detto, gli incontri commerciali avuti da Nitin Puti in Angola stanno
avendo un ottimo seguito, tra le molte iniziative intraprese e gli obiettivi raggiunti, vi
segnaliamo la lettera di qualifica nella vendor list della Somoil, Sociedade Petrolífera
Angolana SA. Si tratta di una società privata fondata nel 2000, concentrata nella ricerca e nella produzione di petrolio, che vanta
accordi per la condivisione della produzione con Sonangol. Ultimamente, inoltre, Somoil sta diversificando la propria
attività nel settore
delle fonti rinnovabili di energia.

Our qualification work within the vendor list of the
most important oil companies and, more generally, in
the Oil & Gas industry is continuing. This time it's
Petronas, Malaysia's
national oil company,
famous throughout the
world for its towers that
have become a symbol
of the Country. Established in the midseventies is now one of
the largest corporations in the
world. It is therefore clear that this
qualification makes us incredibly
happy because this will open us
the doors of a tremendously big
new market. We have obtained it
thanks to the joint work of our
Area Manager Igor Iamartino and
our Malaysian distributor Terra
Energy SDN BHG. To all them
go the best wishes of the whole company.
Prosegue l’attività di qualifica all’interno delle vendor list delle più importanti compagnie petrolifere e
più in generale nel settore dell’Oil & Gas. Questa
volta si tratta di Petronas, azienda petrolifera nazionale della Malesia,
famosa in tutto il
pianeta per le sue
torri che sono diventate un simbolo del
Paese. Fondata a
metà degli anni settanta è oggi una delle più grandi multinazionali al mondo.

The work of all our colleagues continues
with the target to obtain the qualification
as supplier by the major Oil & Gas market players. This quarter we have had
confirmed different important qualifications. Among these, thanks to Pierluigi
Bardusco, recently we have received the
confirmation letter for next 36 months
from the First Italian player, Eni Group.
Of course for us this means an important
statement of our commercial strategy in this sector.

Meeting with NOV staff

At the end of last May, thanks to Micol Mauri dynamic
commercial activities, we had the pleasure of meeting
a NOV, National Oilwell Varco, delegation, which
came from Norway where the company has a branch
that designs and manufactures cranes and winches.
NOV is an American multinational corporation based
in Houston,
Texas that conducts operations
in over 1,160
locations across
the globe. It is
leading worldwide provider of
equipment, components and services used in the Oil & Gas industry. Last year
we started the qualification process to become a
NOV supplier, then it is clear the importance for
us of this first workshop with representatives of
the American giant and the conclusions make us optimistic about the future of our business relationships.
Alla fine dello scorso mese di maggio, grazie alla
dinamica attività commerciale di Micol Mauri, abbiamo avuto il piacere d’incontrare una delegazione
della NOV, National Oilwell Varco, la delegazione
proveniva dalla Norvegia dove la società progetta e
produce gru e argani. NOV è una multinazionale
americana con sede a Houston in Texas che svolge la propria attività in oltre 1.160 sedi sparse in tutto il pianeta.

We are proceeding with certifications for safety, health
and the environment. Among the various works of
renovation of our plants, during the summer holidays,
we made the resurfacing of the Senago warehouse
floor.

44 years of life in Cemp
44 anni di vita in Cemp
At the end of last June we said goodbye to Ivano
Rudellin, Cemp Operation Manager, but for everybody,
colleagues, suppliers and customers, simply Ivano. He
is the historical memory of this company, the person to
whom, in case of doubt, asking everything about whatever company fact, indeed in his outstanding career
path, Ivano has played, in our company, every role, he
has characterized them with passion and dedication.
During the toast our President gave a greeting in
Italian: “Ivano può ritenersi molto fortunato, desiderava tanto diventare nonno e adesso potrà dedicarsi a questo nuovo lavoro a tempo pieno, dove
purtroppo però non sono previsti nè stipendio nè
pensione. Congratulazioni”. Which means: “Ivano
can be considered a very lucky man, desired to
become a grandfather and now can give full-time to
this new job, for which unfortunately are not expected
neither salary nor pension. Congratulations".
Alla fine del mese giugno ci ha salutati Ivano Rudellin, Operation Manager di Cemp, per tutti, colleghi, fornitori e clienti, semplicemente Ivano. La memoria storica di questa società, la persona a cui, in
caso di dubbio, domandare qualsiasi cosa su qualsiasi argomento aziendale, infatti nel suo eccezionale
percorso lavorativo, Ivano ha ricoperto nella nostra società ogni tipo di incarico, ca
ratterizzandolo sempre con passione e dedizione. Durante il brindisi il nostro Presidente gli ha dedicato un augurio in italiano:”Ivano può ritenersi molto
fortunato, desiderava tanto diventare nonno e adesso potrà dedicarsi a questo nuovo lavoro a tempo pieno, dove purtroppo però
non sono previsti nè stipendio nè
pensione. Congratulazioni".
Now the
Operations Manager role goes
to Massimo Cortelezzi, while Marco Natale takes the
role of Head of Production and Services. Congratulations to both colleagues who are already part of our
team since long time and then know very well the tasks
that they are required to be perform. Good luck to the
whole team.

Produzione e dei Servizi. Complimenti vivissimi a
entrambi i colleghi che fanno già parte della nostra

bene gli incarichi che sono chiamati a ricoprire. In
