elcome to the wine list at Banyan on the Thames.
We have given careful
consideration to the wine selection to ensure that we are offering our diners a
great choice of delicious and interesting wines. Many of the wines come from smaller
producers who are able to lavish their vines with great care and attention. The Hotel
Rafayel has gone to great lengths to be as eco-friendly as possible, so we also wanted
to feature wine producers who also care about the environment and who use minimal
amounts of chemical treatments in the vineyards and winery. Furthermore our wine
supplier has been awarded The Drinks Business ‘UK Green Company of the Year’ for
their environmental management policies.
