Le date degli esami sono stabilite da “University of Cambridge English” e non possono essere cambiate. Per la
sessione orale vi è un arco di tempo nel quale il Centro può stabilire la data.
Le iscrizioni sono valide solo per la data indicata sul modulo d’iscrizione. Non è possibile trasferire la tassa
d’iscrizione a sessioni successive, né ad altri tipi d’esame nella stessa sessione. L’iscrizione è nominale e in
nessun caso può essere trasferita ad altri.
Le prove d'esame sono spesso svolte il sabato e non sempre le prove orali hanno luogo nello stesso giorno di
quelle scritte. Le date per le prove scritte sono note e pubblicate in anticipo, mentre le sedi d’esame e le date
degli esami orali saranno comunicate con almeno due settimane di anticipo sulla data d’esame. I candidati
riceveranno per posta elettronica le informazioni riguardanti il numero del candidato, le date, gli orari e le sedi
degli esami. Per motivi di disponibilità del personale e degli spazi, è molto probabile che le prove d’esame si
svolgano anche di sabato.
N.B. Si prega il candidato di verificare al momento dell’iscrizione che le date dello scritto e la finestra delle
prove orali non coincidano con precedenti impegni presi; non è possibile scegliere e/o spostare la data della
prova orale.
Tutte le prove d’esame sono corrette e giudicate dall’Università di Cambridge English in Gran Bretagna. Le prove
d’esame rimangono di proprietà di Cambridge English e non possono essere restituite.
I risultati sono direttamente accessibili on-line dai candidati (tranne gli esami YLE). In caso di perdita delle
informazioni riguardanti l’accesso ai risultati on-line, si potrà contattare l’ufficio esami della British School
Group per conoscere il risultato.

Si prega notare che il candidato verrà iscritto all'esame solo dopo che sarà stato ricevuto il pagamento della
tassa relativa. Le iscrizioni fuori termine possono essere accettate, ma comporteranno il pagamento di una
mora a seconda dell’entità del ritardo (€ 40.50 fino a 26gg. dopo la scadenza, € 72,00 oltre 27gg. dalla
scadenza - previa accettazione da parte di Cambridge English). Eventuali rimborsi (tramite lettera di
credito) Se il candidato è assente per malattia, avrà diritto ad un rimborso parziale della tassa di iscrizione
(50% della tassa pagata) esclusivamente dietro presentazione di certificato medico in originale, inviato entro
un mese di calendario dalla data d’esame ed accompagnato dall’apposito modulo da richiedere contattando
l’Uffcio Esami.

Summary regulations for candidates 2014
This document contains a summary of the information you need in order to take a Cambridge English Language Assessment exam. You must read this very carefully. If you do not
understand something, please ask your centre. The full regulations, which set out your rights and obligations as a candidate, are in the Regulations booklet which is available from
your centre or you can download it from www.cambridgeenglish.org.
■■ Cambridge English Language Assessment: A part of Europe’s largest assessment agency, Cambridge Assessment (the trading name for UCLES, a non-teaching department
of the University of Cambridge).
■■ Centre: an authorised Cambridge English Language Assessment exam centre. Centres are independently run institutions and Cambridge English Language Assessment is not
responsible for any actions or omissions by centres.
■■ Candidate: someone who has registered to take a Cambridge English exam.
1. Who can take the exams?
■■ Cambridge English exams may be taken by people of any age, gender, race,
nationality or religion. Although they are designed for native speakers of
languages other than English, no language related restrictions apply.
2. Registering for the exam
■■ You must register for the exam through a centre. Your contract is with the centre
and you pay your exam fees to them.
■■ For some exams, there may be more than one session in the same month.
There is no restriction on how many times a month you can take an exam with
the exception of Skills for Life exams. (There is a restriction that applies to the
Certificated BULATS test which has a separate Summary of Regulations for
candidates).
■■ You must take all components of an exam on the dates specified.
■■ You are not allowed to take some components in one session and the remainder
at another time.
■■ You cannot transfer an entry from one exam session to a future one, or to an
exam at a different level.
3. Special requirements
■■ Cambridge English Language Assessment will always try to make arrangements
for candidates with special requirements (e.g. extra time or adapted papers).
■■ You must tell your centre as soon as possible if you have any special
requirements because they need to send the application to Cambridge English
Language Assessment 8–12 weeks before the exam (depending on what is
required and which exam you are taking). Some exams may need up to 6 months’
notice.
4. Taking the exam
■■ The centre will give you information about where and when your exam will be
held. You must make sure that you arrive at the right time and that you bring the
pencils, pens, etc. that you need for the exam.
■■ Candidates must bring a photo ID on the day of the test. The ID must be an
original national ID, valid, current and not expired (i.e. passport or national ID
card). If you do not have a national ID because you are too young, you must
notify your centre of this when you register for an exam. The centre will then
provide you with a Candidate Identification form that you must fill in before the
exam day and bring with you to the exam. If you do not bring your ID or the
Candidate Identification form to the exam, you will not be allowed to take the
exam.
■■ If you are aged 18 or over and from a country where there are no compulsory
national IDs, please ask your centre what to do.
■■ The centre will give you a copy of the Notice to Candidates which tells you how
you must behave in the exam. You must read it carefully. If you do not follow the
instructions, you may be stopped from taking the exam, or you may not receive
a result.
■■ The use of offensive, rude or racist language in your examination answers will
not be accepted. Your examination may not be marked or a result given if the
examiner finds language like this. Cambridge English Language Assessment’s
decision on this is final.
■■ You will be asked to fill out a Candidate Information Sheet. Cambridge English
Language Assessment uses this information as part of its research and
development programme to improve the quality of the exams. The information
you give is treated anonymously and is strictly confidential.
■■ You may be asked to complete a short ‘anchor test’. Cambridge English Language
Assessment uses this information as part of its quality control programme. The
‘anchor test’ will not affect your exam result.
■■ We may also record your Speaking test as part of Cambridge English Language
Assessment’s quality control procedures.
■■ If you are taking the following exams: Cambridge English: Preliminary, Cambridge
English: First, Cambridge English: Advanced, Cambridge English: Proficiency,
Cambridge English: Business Certificates, Cambridge English: Legal, Cambridge
English: Financial, a photo will be taken of you on the test day as an extra way
of checking your identity. This list is subject to change. This photo will only be
visible on the Results Verification website and you choose who can view it by
sharing your candidate ID number and secret number. For more information, go
to www.cambridgeenglish.org.
■■ If you do not feel well on the day of the exam or think that your work may be
affected for any other reason, tell the supervisor immediately. If appropriate,
the centre will report this to Cambridge English Language Assessment for
consideration when deciding your result.
■■ If you miss the exam because of illness, you may be allowed a full or part refund.
You will need to give medical evidence to your centre for this to be considered.
5. After the exam
■■ Cambridge English Language Assessment cannot be held responsible for loss of
exam scripts or materials while in transit from the centre and/or its venues to
Cambridge.
■■ For some exams your results will be available from the Results Online website
between the dates specified. Your centre will give you access to this site. For
other exams a copy of your results will be posted to your centre who will forward
the information on to you. Cambridge English Language Assessment may amend
result information under exceptional circumstances.
■■ Cambridge English Language Assessment reserves the right not to issue results
for those candidates where a test day photo is required and was not taken or who
breach our rules and regulations.
■■ If you think that your result is not correct, please contact your centre without
delay and they will give you details of the enquiries and appeals process and the
related fees. Information is also available on www.cambridgeenglish.org.
■■ Cambridge English Language Assessment will not give feedback on your
performance for individual questions. All the available information is given in your
Statement of Results.
6. Certificates
■■ If you have passed the exam, your centre will give you your certificate
approximately 4 weeks after the results are released for paper-based exams. For
computer-based exams this is approximately 2 weeks after the release of results.
Unclaimed certificates will be destroyed by your centre after 2 years.
■■ Your Cambridge English Language Assessment certificate is an important
document containing a number of security features, do not lose it. If you do
lose your certificate and need to prove your result; you can apply for a certifying
statement, which provides an official confirmation of your result. An additional fee
is payable for this service. The certifying statement application form is available
from www.cambridgeenglish.org.
7. Copyright
■■ Copyright on all question papers and exam material belongs to Cambridge English
Language Assessment. You must not take question papers, notes or any other
exam material out of the exam room.
■■ Cambridge English Language Assessment does not allow candidates, schools or
centres to view candidates’ answers or any other work done as part of an exam.
■■ Cambridge English Language Assessment will not return any work you produce in
the exam to you or your school.
8. Data Protection
■■ Cambridge English Language Assessment abides by UK Data Protection laws
and centres are required to comply with local data protection and privacy laws.
Your information will be stored securely for a limited period of time. However,
information which may be needed later to confirm and verify your result is kept
for an unlimited time.
■■ Cambridge English Language Assessment will not use your personal details for
any purpose other than for the exams except as described below. In particular, if
the information you provide is used to contact you for marketing purposes, you
will be given the choice not to be contacted again.
■■ Information provided when registering for a Cambridge English exam will be used
in the administration of the exam, and may be used as part of Cambridge English
Language Assessment quality control, in research and development activities or to
inform you about other Cambridge products and services. Cambridge University
Press may also use information for these purposes.
■■ Work produced in the exam will be used in the assessment of performance in the
exam and written work, video and audio recordings of candidates’ speaking tests
may also be used as part of Cambridge English Language Assessment’s quality
control, research and development activities, or extracts in anonymised form may
be reproduced in published exam preparation material. This may include activities
within Cambridge University, such as with Cambridge University Press.
■■ Your Statement of Results will be made available to your centre and the school
which prepares you for the exam, and may be sent to another authorised third
party as confirmation. Where you authorise it, third parties may view information
for verification purposes. In addition, certain third parties may view information
and details can be found at www.cambridgeenglish.org/verifiers.
■■ If you are suspected of and investigated for malpractice, your personal details and
details of the investigation may be passed to a third party. For example, if you
want to use your result for visa purposes, we may need to share this information
with the relevant immigration authority.

NOTICE TO CANDIDATES
All Cambridge English examinations (except Cambridge English: Young Learners
and BULATS)
This notice contains important rules and regulations for the day of the exam.
Please read it carefully. If there is anything you do not understand, ask your teacher or supervisor.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
• YOU MUST provide an original, valid, current and not expired
photographic ID (for example, passport or national identity
card) at every paper, otherwise you may not be allowed to sit
the exam.
• YOU MUST only have on your desk what you need to
complete the exam (pens, pencils and erasers).
• YOU MUST NOT have any notes on your desk or on your
person.
• YOU MUST NOT have on you any materials or devices which
could help you, otherwise you will be disqualified.
• YOU MUST disable any alarms on your mobile phone and
other electronic items, then switch them off and put them
with your personal belongings where the supervisor indicates.
• YOU MUST stop writing immediately when told to do so.
• YOU MUST wait until the supervisor has collected your
candidate access token or question paper, answer sheet(s)
and any paper used for rough work before you leave your seat.
• DO NOT cheat, copy, give anything to or take anything from
another candidate, otherwise you will be disqualified.
• DO NOT talk to or disturb other candidates during the exam.
• DO NOT bring to your desk any electronic items such
as mobile phones, digital sound recorders, MP3 players,
cameras, etc.
• DO NOT use, or attempt to use, a dictionary (except for an
English-English dictionary in Skills for Life Reading Entry 1, 2
and 3).
• DO NOT use correction fluid or tape on any exam materials.
• DO NOT smoke, eat or drink in the exam room, apart from
water in a plastic bottle.
• DO NOT leave the exam room for any reason without the
permission of the supervisor.
• DO NOT take any question papers, answer sheets, candidate
access tokens or rough paper out of the exam room.
• DO NOT make any noise near the exam room.
ADVICE AND INFORMATION
Make sure you are on time
• Know the date, time and place of your exam and arrive well
before the scheduled start time.
• If you arrive late for any of the papers, report to the
supervisor. In some cases you may not be allowed to take the
exam.
• If you are admitted late, not all of your work may be accepted.
• If you miss any of the papers, you may not be given a grade.
Advice and assistance during the examination
• Listen to the supervisor and follow the instructions.
• If you are not sure about what to do, raise your hand to
attract attention. The supervisor will come to your assistance.
• You must not ask for, and will not be given, any explanation
of the questions.
• If you do not feel well on the day of the exam or think
that your work may be affected for any other reason, tell
the supervisor immediately. If appropriate, the centre will
report this to Cambridge English Language Assessment for
consideration when deciding your result.
For paper-based tests
• Read carefully and follow the instructions on the question
paper and answer sheet.
• Tell the supervisor at once if:
• • your personal details on the answer sheet are wrong
• • you think you have been given the wrong question paper
• • the question paper is incomplete or badly printed
• • you cannot hear the Listening test.
For computer-based tests
• Read carefully and follow the instructions on the screen.
• Tell the supervisor at once if:
• • your personal details on the screen are wrong
• • you think you have been given the wrong test
• • the on-screen questions are incomplete or poorly presented
• • your headphones are not working.
DISQUALIFICATION WARNING
If you cheat, use any unfair practice or break the rules, you will be disqualified.

1. Chi può sostenere gli esami?
■■ Gli esami Cambridge English possono essere sostenuti da tutti, senza distinzione
di età, sesso, razza, nazionalità o religione. Anche se gli esami sono pensati per
candidati non di madrelingua inglese, non si applicano restrizioni di tipo linguistico.
2. Iscriversi all’esame
■■ È necessario iscriversi all’esame attraverso un centro, il quale si occuperà della stipula
del vostro contratto e della riscossione della quota di registrazione.
■■ Per alcuni esami può esserci più di una sessione nello stesso mese. Non vi sono
restrizioni sul numero di volte in cui si può sostenere un esame in un mese.
■■ È necessario sostenere tutte le parti di un esame nelle date specificate.
■■ Non è consentito sostenere alcune parti in una sessione e le rimanenti in una data
successiva.
■■ Non è possibile trasferire un’iscrizione da una sessione d’esame a una successiva, o a
un esame di livello diverso.
3. Requisiti speciali
■■ Cambridge English Language Assessment si impegna costantemente a predisporre
esami dedicati ai candidati con disabilità o con requisiti speciali (per esempio,
concedendo più tempo per lo svolgimento o adattando determinate prove alle
specifiche esigenze).
■■ Si prega di informare tempestivamente il centro d’esame delle proprie esigenze
particolari, in quanto il personale deve inviare una richiesta a Cambridge English
Language Assessment 8-12 settimane prima dell’esame (in base al tipo di richiesta e
al tipo di esame che si intende sostenere). Per Alcuni esami può essere necessario un
preavviso anticipato di 6 mesi.
4. Svolgimento dell’esame
■■ Il vostro centro di riferimento vi fornirà le informazioni sul luogo e sul giorno dello
svolgimento dell’esame. È necessario presentarsi all’orario prestabilito e portare le
matite, penne, ecc. richieste per lo svolgimento della prova.
■■ I candidati devono presentarsi muniti di documento d’identità originale, in corso di
validità e non scaduto (per es. passaporto o carta d’identità). Qualora non siate in
possesso di un documento d’identità personale in quanto al di sotto dell’età minima
richiesta, è necessario informare il centro al momento della registrazione all’esame. Il
centro vi fornirà un modulo di Identificazione Candidato che dovrete compilare prima
del giorno dell’esame e portare con voi all’esame. Se in sede d’esame sarete sprovvisti
di un valido documento d’identità o del modulo di Identificazione Candidato, non vi
sarà consentito sostenere la prova.
■■ Se avete 18 o più anni e siete cittadini di un paese che non prevede documenti
identificativi obbligatori, vi preghiamo di chiedere informazioni al vostro centro su
quali misure alternative prendere.
■■ Il centro vi fornirà una copia dell’Avviso ai Candidati, il quale spiega come
comportarvi durante lo svolgimento dell’esame. Si prega di leggere attentamente
l’avviso: qualora non seguiate le istruzioni fornite, il vostro esame potrebbe essere
interrotto, oppure potrebbe non essere possibile attribuirvi una valutazione.
■■ L’uso di un linguaggio offensivo, maleducato o razzista nelle risposte all’esame non
è tollerato. Qualora l’esaminatore riscontri un simile linguaggio nella vostra prova,
potrebbe non essere possibile attribuire un voto o una valutazione al vostro esame.
La decisione di Cambridge English Language Assessment sarà definitiva e non
sindacabile.

5. Dopo l’esame
■■ Cambridge English Language Assessment non è responsabile dell’eventuale perdita
di elaborati d’esame o materiali durante il trasporto dal centro e/o le sue sedi a
Cambridge.
■■ Per alcuni esami, i risultati saranno disponibili sul sito web Results Online
nell’intervallo di date indicate. Il vostro centro di riferimento si occuperà di fornirvi
l’accesso al sito. Per gli altri esami, una copia dei risultati verrà trasmessa al centro, il
quale vi fornirà tutte le informazioni necessarie. In circostanze eccezionali, Cambridge
English Language Assessment potrebbe apportare delle modifiche alle informazioni
relative ai risultati.
■■ Cambridge English Language Assessment si riserva la facoltà di non emettere alcun
risultato per quei candidati sprovvisti della foto identificativa richiesta il giorno

6. Certificati
■■ Nel caso in cui abbiate superato l’esame, il Vostro centro di riferimento sarà in grado
di consegnarvi il relativo certificato entro circa 4 settimane dalla pubblicazione dei
risultati per gli esami cartacei. Per gli esami svolti con mezzi informatici, la tempistica
è di circa 2 settimane dalla pubblicazione dei risultati. Eventuali certificati non ritirati
vengono distrutti dal centro dopo circa 2 anni.
■■ Il certificato Cambridge English Language Assessment è un documento importante
dotato di garanzie anticontraffazione e pertanto si consiglia di conservarlo
accuratamente. Qualora perdiate il certificato e abbiate bisogno di dimostrare il
vostro risultato, è possibile, con un costo aggiuntivo per il servizio, fare domanda
di dichiarazione sostitutiva, che fornisce un’attestazione ufficiale del vostro
risultato. Il modulo per la domanda di dichiarazione sostitutiva è disponibile su
www.cambridgeenglish.org.
7. Diritto d’autore
■■ Il diritto d’autore su tutti i questionari e i materiali d’esame appartiene a Cambridge
English Language Assessment. Non è permesso allontanare questionari, appunti o
altri materiali d’esame dalle aule d’esame.
■■ Cambridge English Language Assessment non consente ai candidati, alle scuole o ai
centri di visionare le risposte d’esame o qualsiasi altro elaborato facente parte di un
esame.
■■ Cambridge English Language Assessment non restituisce ai candidati o alle loro
scuole alcun elaborato d’esame.
8. Protezione dei dati
■■ Cambridge English Language Assessment agisce in conformità con la legislazione

Questo avviso contiene importanti regole e norme di comportamento da seguire il giorno dell’esame.
Si prega di leggerlo attentamente e di rivolgersi al proprio insegnante o supervisore in caso di dubbi a riguardo.
REGOLAMENTO E NORME DI COMPORTAMENTO
• I candidati DEVONO obbligatoriamente presentarsi a ciascun esame
muniti di un documento d’identità in corso di validità con fotografia
(per es. passaporto o carta d’identità), pena la possibile interdizione
dall’esame.
• I candidati SONO AUTORIZZATI a tenere sul proprio banco
esclusivamente il materiale necessario per svolgere la prova (penne,
matite e gomme).
• I candidati NON POSSONO avere alcuna annotazione sul proprio
banco o sulla propria persona.
• I candidati NON POSSONO tenere con sé alcun materiale o
apparecchio che possa aiutarli durante la prova, pena la squalifica
dall’esame.
• I candidati DEVONO accertarsi di aver disattivato qualsiasi suoneria
dai propri telefoni cellulari e altri apparecchi elettronici, quindi
spegnerli e riporli assieme ai propri effetti personali nel luogo
indicato dal supervisore.
• I candidati DEVONO smettere di scrivere immediatamente quando
viene loro richiesto.
• Prima di alzarsi dalla propria sedia, i candidati DEVONO attendere
fino a quando il supervisore avrà raccolto il voucher di accesso o
l’elaborato d’esame, il questionario e ogni foglio utilizzato per la
brutta copia.
• È PROIBITO contraffare l’esame, copiare, passare o ricevere qualsiasi
oggetto da un altro candidato, pena la squalifica dall’esame stesso.
• È PROIBITO parlare o disturbare altri candidati durante l’esame.
• È PROIBITO portare con sé apparecchi elettronici quali telefoni
cellulari, registratori audio digitali, lettori MP3, fotocamere, ecc.
• È PROIBITO utilizzare, o tentare di utilizzare, un dizionario.
• È PROIBITO utilizzare correttori liquidi o a nastro sui materiali
d’esame.
• È PROIBITO fumare, mangiare o bere nelle aule d’esame, eccezion
fatta per l’acqua in una bottiglia di plastica.
• È PROIBITO abbandonare la stanza d’esame per qualsiasi ragione
senza il permesso del supervisore.
• È PROIBITO portare fuori dall’aula d’esame il questionario,
l’elaborato d’esame, il voucher di accesso o la brutta copia.
• È PROIBITO fare rumore in prossimità della stanza d’esame.
SUGGERIMENTI E INFORMAZIONI
Presentarsi puntuali all’esame
• Si prega di informarsi bene su data, orario e luogo dell’esame e
arrivare con largo anticipo rispetto all’orario di inizio della prova.
• Qualora il candidato arrivi in ritardo a una prova di esame, è
pregato di rivolgersi al supervisore. In taluni casi, non sarà possibile
sostenere l’esame.
• Qualora il candidato sia ammesso all’esame in ritardo, non tutto
l’elaborato potrebbe essere accettato.
• Qualora il candidato non riesca a sostenere una delle prove,
potrebbe non essere possibile attribuirgli un voto.
Consigli e assistenza durante la prova d’esame
• I candidati sono pregati di ascoltare il supervisore e di seguire le sue
istruzioni.
• Se non siete sicuri di cosa fare, alzate la mano per chiamare il
supervisore, il quale verrà a prestarvi assistenza.
• I candidati non possono chiedere alcuna spiegazione sulle domande,
la quale non verrà comunque fornita.
• Se non vi sentite bene il giorno dell’esame o ritenete che il vostro
lavoro potrebbe risultare influenzato da qualsiasi altra ragione,
informate immediatamente il supervisore. Se la situazione lo
richiede, il centro trasmetterà tali informazioni a Cambridge English
Language Assessment per effettuare le dovute valutazioni al
momento di stabilire il risultato della prova.
Per gli esami cartacei
• I candidati sono pregati di leggere attentamente e di attenersi alle
istruzioni sul questionario e sul foglio di risposta.
• Informare immediatamente il supervisore se:
• • le vostre informazioni personali sul foglio di risposta sono errate
• • ritenete che vi sia stato consegnato il questionario sbagliato
• • il questionario è incompleto o stampato male
• • non riuscite a sentire l’audio della prova d’ascolto.
Per gli esami informatici
• I candidati sono pregati di leggere attentamente e di attenersi alle
istruzioni mostrate sul display.
• Informare immediatamente il supervisore se:
• • le vostre informazioni personali mostrate sul display sono sbagliate
• • ritenete che vi sia stato assegnato l’esame sbagliato
• • le domande visualizzate sono incomplete o presentano dei
problemi

I candidati che saranno sorpresi a copiare, utilizzare pratiche illecite o a contravvenire alle norme,
