In particolare, il gruppo è composto dai marchi VALSPED ed MW TRADE, dove: • VALSPED si occupa principalmente dei mercati della U.E. con arrivi e partenze anche giornalieri da/per le principali città Europee. • MW TRADE ITALIA si occupa principalmente dei mercati dell'Est Europa, dei trasporti Marittimi ed Aerei, con corrispondenti nelle aree geografiche più importanti. • MW TRADE GROUPAGE di Bucarest, oltre a garantire un servizio groupage da/per le principali città della U.E., dispone di un proprio dipartimento doganale e di un magazzino doganale privato. La LOGISTICA, è svolta presso i ns. magazzini di Dalmine (Bergamo), ove disponiamo di una superficie coperta di Mq. 11.000 su una superficie totale di Mq. 20.000. ABOUT US We are an all‐Italian, 100% private group. We have been in business since 1987 and we specialize in international transport and freight forwarding services. In the past few years we consolidated our presence in Lombardy by opening new branch offices in Milan, Como, Bergamo and Brescia. Furthermore, we have a subsidiary company in Bucharest (Romania) with its own offices and warehouse as well as its private custom‐house. In the years between 1997 and 2000 we took over several companies operating in our sector and became a “group”, which is now capable of providing our customers with reliable Freight Forwarding, Transportation and Logistics services. Our group is made up of two brands, VALSPED and MW TRADE, and more specifically: • VALSPED mainly trades in the EU markets with departures / arrivals from / to main European cities, even on a daily basis. • MW TRADE ITALIA mainly trades in the eastern European markets and it also provides air / sea transportation services through its correspondents located in the most important geographical areas. • MW TRADE GROUPAGE, located in Bucharest, not only provides a groupage service from / to main EU cities, but also has its custom department with its own private bonded warehouse. LOGISTICS is carried out at our warehouse in Dalmine (Bergamo), built on a site area of 20,000 Sq. m. [ca. 215,278 Sq. ft.] with an indoor floor space of 11,000 Sq. m. [ca. 118,403 Sq. ft.]. I magazzini di circa mq. 11.000 (divisi in 2 blocchi), dispongono di: • Impianto di allarme collegato ad Istituto di Sorveglianza • Impianto di riscaldamento • Allacciamenti Enel e Telecom (anche Internet ad alta velocità ‐HDSL‐) • Scaffalature di cui parte "dinamiche" atte alla gestione FI.FO. • Impianto radiofrequenza cablaggio, antenne, terminalini per gestioni codici a barre Potremmo quindi gestire per Vs. conto le seguenti attività: • Trasporto nazionale ed internazionale tramite ns. servizio diretto giornaliero anche espresso con le maggiori città europee • Gestione Vs. merci, per Picking ed imballaggio Attività ‐ Logistica • Ricezione merci dai FORNITORI • Inserimento conferma di ricevimento su file/ordine precedentemente caricato a sistema (all'emissione dell'ordine al fornitore) • Controllo merci ed eventuale etichettatura della stessa • Emissioni delle eventuali riserve ai trasportatori ed informativa al cliente • Ricezione ordine cliente entro ore 16.00 gg. “A” • Preparazione ordine, emissione DDT entro ore 17.00 gg. “B” e messa a disposizione per la spedizione • Aggiornamento delle esistenze ed eventuale segnalazione per Stock minimo • Tenuta registrazioni magazzino • Inventario fisico 1 o 2 volte l’anno SERVIZI OUR SERVICES Here is a brief description of the features of our warehouse in Dalmine, where your goods will be handled carefully and professionally. Our 11,000 square meter warehouse is split into two separate blocks and is equipped with: • Burglar alarm system connected to the Istituto di Sorveglianza (an Italian Alarm Receiving Center) • Heating system • Power and telephone connections with an Internet HDSL (High bit‐rate Digital Subscriber Line) • Rack system with several dynamic shelving units suitable for FI.FO. management • Radio frequency system, wiring, antennas, terminals for barcode management. We are therefore able to perform the following activities on your behalf: • International / domestic transportation through our direct daily service, even by express delivery, from / to main European cities • Picking and packaging of your goods Activities ‐ Logistics • Receipt of the goods by our SUPPLIERS • Input of the receipt confirmation on file / order previously submitted to the system (as soon as the order is issued to the supplier) • Goods inspection and labelling, if necessary • Notice of any possible reservations to carriers as well as issue of a Report to the Customer • Receipt of a Customer’s Order up until 4 pm • Draft of the Order, issue of its delivery note up until 5 pm of the following day so that the goods are ready for shipment • Revaluation of the goods available from stock with a Minimum Stock Level Notice, if necessary • Management of stock records • Physical inventory once or twice a year OUR SERVICES MW TRADE ITALIA S.P.A.
