as mittelalterliche Dorf Lingueglietta liegt an der ligurischen
Küste, zwischen Imperia und Sanremo und ist 7 km vom M eer
entfernt (10 Min. A utofahrt). Da s Dorf ist umgeben von
Olivenhainen und Pinienwälder und bietet das ideale Ambiente
für Erholungssuchende, Naturliebhaber und Familien. Der ideale
Ausgangspunkt zum Baden, Windsurfen, Wandern, Rad fahren
direkt am M eer, Wale beobacht en, Segeln ler nen im nahen
Yachtclub, f ree climbing, bungee jumping und para gliding.
Unser Familienbetrieb "Casa Vacanze Oliveto" vermietet dort
liebevoll eingerichtete, komfortable Ferienwohnungen für 2 bis
6 Personen. Al le Wohnungen befinden sich in hist orischen,
sorgfältig reno vierten Häuser n, im K ern des im ty pischen
ligurischen Stils erbauten, an den Hügel geschmiegt en Dorfes.
Im Or t finden Sie G astronomie und einen kleinen
Lebensmittelladen.
Die Wohnungen verfügen teilweise über Terrasse oder Garten
mit Blick auf das Meer oder die umliegenden Berge sowie einen
privaten Parkplatz (ca. 50 m entfer nt). Die geschmackvol le
Einrichtung wird ergänzt durch eine vol lständige Ausstattung:
eine großzügig eingerichtete Küche, Zentralheizung, ein modernes
Badezimmer sowie Waschmaschine. Bettwäsche und Handtücher
werden zur Verfügung gestellt, Kinderbetten und Kindersitze
sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Haustiere sind herzlich willkommen.
Internet kann gegen Gebühr zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Wir
sprechen Deutsch, Englisch, F ranzösisch und I talienisch.

and Sanremo, in the "Riviera dei Fiori", a well-known part of the
Liguria region. It enjoys a view of the Mediterranean Sea, just 7
km away (a 10 minut e drive). Well-established olive trees and
pines surround Lingueglietta, which offers an ideal ambience for
nature lovers and families, or seekers of relaxation. The ideal start
point for: going to the beach, Windsurfing, Hiking, Bicke ride
on the seaside road, Wale watching, learn how to sail through the
Yacht, f ree climbing, bungee jumping and para gliding.
Our family managed holiday apartments, “Casa Vacanze Oliveto”,
offer refurbished and comfortable apartments, suitable for 2 to
6 persons, for relaxing holidays. The apartments are situated in
fully restored antique houses in the hear t of the vil lage, which
was built in a typical regional style on top of the ridge of a hil l.
Lingueglietta provides you with restaurants, a grocery store and a bar.
The terrace and gardens of the apartments enjoy a view over the
sea and the surrounding mountains and hil ls. Two apartments
also dispose of reser ved parking spac e. The careful ly chosen
furnishings offer a maximum in comfort. Each apartment comes
with a fully equipped kitchen, central heating system, a modern
bathroom and a washing machine. Laundry (towel and sheets) is
provided. Baby beds and a high chair are also available. Pets are
welcome. Internet is available as extra service. We speak English,
German, French and Italian.
