Precauzioni e linee guida per la sicurezza
• Prima di utilizzare l'unità leggere attentamente tutto il manuale.
• Non installare il prodotto nei luoghi seguenti: luoghi con condizioni di temperatura estremamente alta o estremamente bassa;
luoghi esposti a pioggia, neve o umidità elevata; luoghi contenenti o esposti a materiali infiammabili o deflagranti; luoghi
esposti a vibrazione e urti; luoghi esposti a luce solare diretta o agenti atmosferici esterni; luoghi esposti a onde radio (RF) o
vicino a cavi dell'elettricità. Si potrebbero verificare riduzione delle prestazioni o malfunzionamento.
• Non disassemblare il prodotto e non inserirvi corpi estranei.
• L'unità è soggetta al rischio di scossa elettrica. Fare attenzione a non prendere la scossa durante l'utilizzo del dispositivo.
• Utilizzare solo alimentatori con certificazione di sicurezza e di compatibilità elettromagnetica.
• Non utilizzare e/o collegare dispositivi non idonei all'unità. Si potrebbero causare malfunzionamenti o incendio.
• Utilizzare il prodotto solo a temperature comprese tra -10°C e +50°C.
• Fare attenzione a non confondere i cavi durante il collegamento.
• Prima di accendere il dispositivo, controllare l'isolamento del cavo.
• Prima di installare il prodotto, controllare la tensione, quindi accendere l'alimentazione.
• Prima dell'installazione assicurarsi di spegnere il prodotto.
• Non sottoporre il prodotto a urti e non esercitare forza eccessiva per azionare il prodotto.
• Non utilizzare il dispositivo se quest'ultimo emette fumo o cattivo odore. Rischio di scossa elettrica o incendio. Se dal dispositivo esce fumo o se emana un cattivo odore, spegnere immediatamente il dispositivo, togliere il cavo di alimentazione e
contattare il distributore affinché controlli accuratamente il prodotto.
• Se l'alimentazione non si accende, controllare che il cavo di alimentazione sia collegato correttamente.
• Se il dispositivo non funziona correttamente, contattare il distributore.
1.Introduzione
1.1Panoramica
L'unità 46360.004 è un distributore del segnale HD-SDI a 4 canali. L'utilizzo di questo dispositivo consente di dividere il segnale
HD-SDI in due o più segnali. Il dispositivo fornisce una distribuzione stabile del segnale e un'immagine video chiara, in quanto
ogni canale è dotato di chip video separato. È inoltre facile estendere la distanza di trasmissione con i prodotti ELVOX per HDSDI.
1.2. Caratteristiche
• 1 ingresso/4 uscite
• Senza artefatti o altra distorsione/degrado del segnale
• Case durevole in alluminio con schermatura ottimale
• Possibilità di inviare il segnale HD tramite il dispositivo con cavo coassiale
1.3 Standard dei segnali HD
• Le soluzioni di trasmissione ELVOX HD-SDI sono conformi agli standard dei segnali SDI fissati dalla SMPTE (Society of
Motion Picture and Television Engineers)
• Il sistema di trasmissione dei segnali SDI (Serial Digital Interface) è un sistema di trasmissione innovativo con cui è possibile
trasmettere segnali video non compressi su un unico cavo. Dal momento che i segnali SDI sono segnali digitali, è possibile
trasmettere a distanze illimitate senza alterazione del segnale eseguendo l'equalizzazione e il reclock a distanze specifiche.
Inoltre, poiché i segnali non sono compressi, non sono soggetti al ritardo associato alla compressione.

4. Schema di collegamento
4.1 Esempio n. 1:
• Collegare la telecamera HD-SDI con cavo coassiale all’ingresso del 46360.004 e collegare l'uscita ai dispositivi HD quali il
monitor HD (con un convertitore) e il DVR HD.
• La distanza di trasmissione consigliata tra il distributore e gli altri dispositivi HD è di 70 m (RG-59) al massimo (la distanza di
trasmissione varia in base alla specifica o al modello di DVR/Monitor)

Precaution and Safety Guidelines
Please read this user’s manual thoroughly prior to use the unit for its easy and convenient use.
• Do not install the product in the following places: extremely low or high temperature conditions; places exposed to rain, snow,
or high humidity; places containing or exposed to oil and gas; places exposed to vibration and shock; places under direct
sunlight or exposed to outdoor weather conditions; places exposed to radio waves (RF) or near to power lines. It may cause
low performance or malfunction of the unit.
• Do not disassemble the product or insert foreign objects.
• The unit is subject to electric shock hazard. Be careful not to get an electric shock while using the device.
• Please use only electrical safety approved power supply unit (power adapter) with electromagnetic compatibility.
• Do not use and/or connect any devices inappropriate to the unit. It may cause malfunction of the unit or fire.
• Use this product under temperature conditions only between -10°C and +50°C.
• Should be careful not to have the lines changed when connecting them.
• Prior to turn on the device, check the cable insulation condition of the data cable, connected with external devices.
• Before installing the product, check its voltage rate and then turn on the power.
• Make sure to turn off the product prior to installation.
• Do not subject the product to physical shock or exert excessive force to operate the product.
• Do not use the device when any smoke or smell is produced from the unit. It may be subject to fire or electric shock. If any
smoke or smell is produced, please turn off the unit and remove the power cable immediately, and contact your distributor to
check the device properly.
• If the power does not turn ON, please check whether the power cable is connected correctly or not.
• If the device does not work properly, please contact your distributor.
1.Introduction
1.1 Overview
The 46360.004 is a 4 channels HD-SDI signal distribution amplifier. Using these devices, you can split the HD-SDI signal or into
two or more signals. This device provides stable signal distribution and clear video image as each channel has a separated video
chips. Also, it is easy to extend the transmission distance for the video output by using Elvox HD-SDI products.
1.2 Features

1.3 HD Signals Standards
• Elvox HD-SDI transmission solutions are conformed with the SDI signals standards of the SMPTE(Society of Motion Picture
and Television Engineers)
• The SDI (Serial Digital Interface) signals transmission system is the innovative transmission system with which it can transmit
incompressible video signals over one single cable. As the SDI signals are digital signals, it is possible to transmit limitless distance without modification by equalizing and re-clocking at each certain distance. Also, since the signals are incompressible
signals, there is no aging or delay of video signals caused by the compression.

4.1 Example #1:
• Connect HD-SDI CAMERA with 46360.004 using coaxial cable and connect 46360.004 output port with HD devices such as
HD monitor(with a Converter) and HD DVR.
• Recommended transmission distance between the distributor and other HD devices is Max.70m (RG-59) (Transmission
distance varies depending on the DVR/Monitor Spec or models)
