Nowadays Trial has a solution for this and has developed, together with Decoma Design, the project IKS WITH HINGES: the hinges are put inside the top
and the bottom of the wardrobe, so that it’s nomore necessary to make any
workings on the side of the wardrobe, and since the hinges are hidden, they
don’t cause any problem in the positioning of the shelves, inner equipment and
in the opening of the drawers also.
The hinge, with return spring and damper, can be adjusted in height, width and
depth and can be used both for aluminium frame doors and for wooden doors
of a maximum height of 3 meters.
Trial has a standard frame door profile for aluminium door (IS-954), but together with our technical office, the customer can customize this profile. The
hinge too can be customized, putting the customer logo on the abs plate that
covers the hinge. (in this case, there is a minimum requested quantity).

Con questo sistema di ante la cerniera non è più in vista, non occorre più effettuare lavorazioni sul fianco del mobile e le
cerniere non creano più impedimento al posizionamento dei ripiani o all’uso delle attrezzature interne, in particolar modo
all’apertura dei cassetti. La cerniera è dotata di molla di richiamo e di ammortizzatore, è regolabile nelle 3 direzioni, altezza,
larghezza e profondità e può essere usata sia su ante in legno che in alluminio fino ad un’altezza massima di 3 mt. Trial
Alluminio propone un proprio profilo standard per la realizzazione di ante in alluminio (IS-954), ma lo stesso può essere
personalizzato a disegno del Cliente.

Die Türen können aus Glas mit dem IKS System bzw. mit Holzplatten hergestellt werden.
Flexibilität und ästhetischer Wert verbinden sich in einem Mehrzweck-System, das einfach zu verwenden ist.
Mit diesem Türsystem ist das Scharnier nicht mehr zu sehen, man müss nicht mehr Bearbeitungsvorgänge an
der Korpusseite führen und die Scharniere verhindern nicht mehr die Anordnung der Regale, die Verwendung von
Innenzubehören, insbesondere das Öffnen der Schubladen. Das Scharnier ist mit einer Rückstellfeder und Stoßdämpfer
ausgestattet und ist in drei Richtungen (Höhe, Breite, Tiefe) einstellbar; es kann sowohl mit Holztüren als auch mit
Aluminiumtüren bis zu einer maximalen Höhe von drei Metern verwendet werden. Trial bietet eine Standardprofil für die
Herstellung von Aluminiumtüren (IS-954) aber das gleiche kann Kundenzeichnung angefertigt werden.
